Vegan/nut free safe :)
We had originally booked elsewhere but were terribly let down at the last minute. We booked this only 30 minutes ahead of time with no problems.
I have a nut allergy, and am a vegan, and called ahead to check they could accommodate. The server on the phone was so kind and pa
We had a delicious afternoon tea. The setting was perfect, just like a fairytale. We had an amazing server who was very nice and took pictures of us. The tea was great (strawberry and cream) in very cute tea pots. The food was also very good. I loved it and I will recommend it to everyone!! x Britt
There were lots of very negative comments on this restaurant, so much so that my daughter & I were unsure whether to go. However we did and were really pleasantly surprised, the staff were friendly, the setting was relaxing and fun, just right for the afternoon tea. This was lovely, fresh sandwiches
An absolute delight in all aspects. The girls were attentive, very friendly and helpful. The Afternoon Tea was fresh and delicious with an excellent choice of sandwiches, scones (apple and cinnamon to die for!)and varied flavours of tea. The decor was sublime...so pretty and appealing. Reduced tw
Very pink but surprisingly not girly. A great place to grab some afternoon tea, fairly large vegan selection (not cheap). The service is a bit slow but very friendly, would recommend to go to if you are in the area, doesn't have a massive seating area so you may need to book ahead of time.
I had afternoon tea in the carriage with my husband, sister, and 5-year-old niece - we all loved it! The food was good and the staff were very friendly. You need to book in advance for the princess carriage and there is an extra charge of £12 per person, but then the afternoon tea is £22 per person
Eunice has an excellent customer approach. We asked questions about different teas and she answered them all expertly. We enjoyed tea chocolate & vanilla tea and scones on this occasion. We shall definitely return and recommend the experience to our friends and families.
Beautiful place and loved the decor, is a small part of the top floor kids section in the house of Fraser on Oxford street.
So many options to choose from to eat, lovely customer service, the food will definitely fill you up. Loved the selections of tea, I had Darjeeling and Pomegranate and both we
A 'girly' experience!! Quaint tea room straight from the pages of Alice in Wonderland. Decorated in pastel colours with quotes adorning the walls, comfortable, padded seating and some high backed chairs. Fantastic selection of teas, (wonderful looking coffee and cool drinks also available), and won
This is a great place for getting a quick bite or unplanned afternoon tea. Their selection of desserts is quite tasty! Especially great after a round of exhausting shopping in House of Fraser or Oxford street itself. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is that they are slow in the servi
We found this place on Google and despite the fact of low rate we gave it a try. So, in the nutshell we had amazing afternoon tea. I am not big drinker of tea but we had everything served fast and on time, tea, scones and cakes were delicious as well. Traditional afternoon tea for 2 will be 44.95£;
Went to the Tea terrace as a surprise birthday treat for my 29 year old, who is a complete Disney Princess.
We ate in one of the Cinderella carriages, lovely. We had the lunch menu, portions were large, but tasty. In retrospect wish we'd gone for the teatime menu.
Friendly helpful staff, would def
