Came upon this place by sheer accident and absolutely loved it. Great food, reasonable prices, lovely coffee (and I'm fussy). Manakish are to die for and foul is wonderful. All is good. Have already been back again and will be a regular.

Hands down, the best Za'atar Manakish I've ever had. And I've had my share of Lebanese Za'atar experiences ;) i was in heaven and so should you be! The Hommos was also amazing. It's really mind blowing how this is not taking over Fast food all over the world. So happy to have had this "Once in a Za'atar-Time" meal and if you didn't put on your shoes by now i have no words other than: What are you waiting for?! Make it a Za'atar and cheese and one just with Za'atar. Dip it, roll it, smell it, feel it. Send my regards to the owner who gets his Za'atar from Lebanon and make sure to really have enough room in your stomach.

I've lived in London for five years and always lamented the fact that despite the great restaurants, nowhere does good manoushe... But this morning I stumbled across Zeit w Zaatar by accident. I'm over the moon. The manoushe is crisp, the Zaatar khodra excellent and akawi is just like home. They were made in an actual furnace so I had three in a row, how could I not? For someone who will happily eat manoushe for breakfast almost every day when in Beirut this is that rare thing - a Lebanese manoushe in London you can tell your friends about. It's got the charm of a street shop in Beirut, with its music, clientele and boisterous warm owner greeting you like it's your place when you walk in. The counter offers la7me ba3jeen, falafel and other baked Lebanese gems. Rarely do London days start off so good.

Really great Lebanese bakery. We tried the manakish and would highly recommend finishing with the cheese and honey one! Friendly staff and good vibes.

Really delicious - a sort of cross between a flatbread and a pizza, with a lovely crisp base and a great choice of toppings (I would recommend the za'atar, and the cheese and honey for a great sweet / savoury mix). And incredibly cheap!

Oh wow, this was my introduction to Lebanese food and I must say that everything I tried from the menu up until now has never disappointed. The food is so fresh and tasty! Please give this place a try, you won't regret it! 🤩

This place is always packed during lunch hours, for good reason too because the authentic Lebanese food is amazing and service is friendly. The place may look small but there are more seats in the back. Highly recommend the zaatar manakish and chicken schwarma. Bread is fresh and chewy, toppings are full of nutty flavours. The owner was nice enough to make me a plate of halloumi and salad to cater for my fructose intolerance. I'd definitely come back again.

Feels like I’m back in the Middle East, tastiest Manaqeesh, and tea. The owner is so fun and chill. Tastes just like back home definitely.

I will always refer to Z&Z bakery as the best Manaeesh bakery in West London. The host is always welcoming and the Manaeesh are always consistently amazing. Do not hesitate to go.

It was nice breakfast with friendly staff and service. However still the menu is limited options. The most useful thing is the inside place is quite and clean.

The best manouche you could find in london. Being lebanese, i think this manouche ranks among the best I have ever had. My go to manouches: Zaatar, Cheese & Sujuk, Cheese & Muhammara, Lahm Baajin.

Would almost like to keep this one a secret... Had it for breakfast.. And for lunch again the next day. And I'd like it today too! All made fresh, in front of you... And you can taste the difference! Try out the cheese and the spinach manakish!! 🤩🤩.. Go, bring cash (cash only). You'll thank me later.
