A nice small casino. Has a bar, restaurant, some slots, tables, and other bits. Best bit is they show Formula One live! Not many places you can watch F1 on a large screen with audio commentary. I normally don't come to casinos but needed a place to watch and was not pressured to bet. Did have to join to get entry but that was quick. Race on a big screen and got some decently priced food in the restaurant. Would have placed a small bet on their website (no sports betting in person) but for some reason they were having technical issues. Would definitely come back to watch another race if I'm in the area. Oh, also super friendly staff all around.

As far as UK casinos go, this is perfectly reasonable (which says a lot considering my general opinion of the term Casino in the UK). This one has a couple of tables and not an excess of fruit machines/slots. Usually a small, decent crowd of mixed etiquette, just enough to give the place a little atmosphere without blocking all the tables. Croupiers are of mixed ability and charm, bosses tend to be on the dour side.

Lovely place with amazingly friendly staff. Smaller than most casinos in Central London but still busy enough to have a nice atmosphere. Food was amazing and is reasonably priced. Good mix of tables and machines. If you want an enjoyable evening this is the place to go. Will definitely be going back.

It is quite a small casino, but you can easily have a comfortable visit. They show sports, sell food and have enough tables to keep you entertained. The security person was kind, as were the people at reception Its a good place to go to watch boxing when it's on in the US

It's a really pleasant casino with good staff. Has free parking which is a help. Far better than some other casinos around the same area. They have done their best to help out with Covid with screens and hand gel everywhere. Also they serve free beverages that is a help. If you are a resident or tourist it's worth a visit anytime of day. Loads of outside areas as well and a lounge.

A small casino compared to most, this is just a casino there are no tournaments held here. Staff are pleasant and there was plenty of them if you needer anything, and the place was kept very clean and tidy. I definitely would recommend this casino if you want to play on roulette, as a beginner there was machines that started at 25p. Used another of there casinos (victoria). but I preferred this casino, it seemed alot more user friendly and the machines were alot more modern, I would revisit next time I am down here.

Well, we had a wonderful experience at Grosvenor Russell Square on a £15 Groupon voucher (two course meal and £5 chip each) that ended up being way, wayyyy more than I expected. To put this in context: I lived for 14 years in Las Vegas--so I don't expect much out of small scale venues. What GCRS lacked in size it more than made up for in punch. Walking in, it looked like an itty bitty Palms Casino. Sophisticated, clean, organised. Be aware that with the Groupon you do not get the full menu, so the description of "French, Arabic, Indian and Chinese cuisines" as the selection isn't accurate. Since I came for steak, it didn't matter. It might matter to you. We went for Monday lunch at 1:30pm and were the only ones in the restaurant the whole time. The service was exceptional and everything came out in a timely fashion. We ate leisurely and the next course wasn't presented until we had finished the last. The appetizers: (1) Stilton glazed mushrooms and (1) crispy coated calamari. Exceptional, both dishes. Huge for appetizer portions, hot, crisp, delicious. The mains: (2) 10oz rib-eye steaks, one rare and one well done. Tender, well seasoned, both perfectly cooked. Worth the £3 surcharge per plate. The sauce: (1) Pepper for the well done steak. I don't eat my steak well done and don't like to ruin good steak with gravy...but my friend liked it. £1.95 surcharge. The wine: My friend had two glasses of the Hardys Cabernet/Merlot blend. She said they were excellent and a wonderful value at only £4.40 per 250ml glass. The gaming: We were each given a £5 chip and played roulette. I left with £10 more in my pocket (£9 technically, after tipping the attendant), my friend left with £10 less in hers. We had a really fun time! The total cost: £15 for the Groupon + £16.75 for the wine, sauce, and steak upgrades + £3.25 tip to the waiter (not imposed, just given for great service). I will be back to Grosvenor Casino Russell Square without a voucher and would ABSOLUTELY be willing to pay full price for the meal and casino floor fun. FIVE STARS!

better the experience when playing the terminals on roulette if you could see the wheel and the ball when the numbers on the screen other than that it was all good you used to be able to enlarge the roulette wheel on the terminal so you could see it but for some reason it's changed and it is now tiny

It's a nice casino, the staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked them a couple questions; but the croupier I played against made a few mistakes, and I had to keep correcting her.
