I tried there Toasties before too which I liked. Today I had gluten free carrot cake which was okay. It looked better than it tasted. My partner loved the almond croissant though. They also do fresh orange juice which is yummy. Bit slow service
It was okay to be honest. I went here for lunch and had a salt beef sandwich. It wasn't the best and it also wasn't the worst it was average. For the price is was okay. Service was slow mostly due to it being so busy during lunchtime. I'd say it is an average place to eat and sandwiches are over p
A nice café near the Apple Market in Kingston. Outdoor and indoor seating available. They have a large menu of mostly sandwiches and baked potatoes. I was told that the salt beef sandwich was good and filled well. The applewood smoked cheese sandwich with mango chutney is very nice. There are a few
Good selection of breakfast and cafe lunch options. I went for the Turkish eggs which were pretty good and my partner went for the pancakes. Coffee was good and we have a nice looking piece of cake to take home. A big group of cyclists had arrived shortly before we did so it was a little wait until
We had Mother’s Day breakfast here and it was lovely we got 3 full English breakfast, 2 sparkling waters and a tea plus 3 ginger shots and it was I think around £50. But the food quality is up there so you don’t mind paying a bit more than other places. I am very fussy with my meat and I have to say
We stopped by for a late breakfast and really enjoyed ourselves. They have a lot of outdoor seating, so when the weather is good, it’s one of the best places to sit in the town centre. I had the Spanish Eggs Benedict, which was fantastic - I highly recommend it.
Fantastic breakfast experience 'Pancakes all American' and a flat white, cannot fault it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely visit again.
Many vegan cakes and good english breakfast 👌
Wow, The Hot Salt Beef Sandwich was Amazing. Hot Salt Beef with Pickles and Mustard on Brown Granary Bread. I added Sauerkraut and Melted Emmental Cheese. We finished our lunch by sharing a piece of Carrot Cake which was delicious. The coffee is good too. We will definitely be back to try more of th
Fantastic breakfasts with a bustling vibe. I've got a big appetite but the veggie breakfast left me full for the rest of the day. I really liked the avocado and spinach with it. My wife had the avocado and egg on toast with an extra of halloumi, which she thought was an excellent combo. Our mates
Cute eatery, good sandwiches. I got the cookie dough brownie and it was absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend!!
Service is very slow. Long queue to order and friendliness is not the best. Food was good and well served even if in a quantity only reasonable for someone not hungry or with a small stomach. Clean space in city centre where you will expect more for sure. Very expensive.
My son and I have been going to The Terrace for many years now. My son is a wheelchair user and the owner now knows us both well and greets us warmly which is nice. My son is supported and well looked after when he goes in alone for a snack. I am most thankful for this. It is a lovely local cafe wit
