Amazingly tasty and authentic food, excellent prices for a delicious meal!

I often eat their food as a take away as it is convenient and it does taste excellent! Very good prices and friendly people. Joy to eat their food!

This place is obviously not meant to be upmarket from the exterior, so I don't know why people are so disappointed with a casual dining experience. Fair enough, the cuisine is definitely Chinese-centric, the staff aren't necessarily desperate to win your affections or anything but this place is in a prime location with loads of transport links, reasonably priced (this is London for God's sake, and I'm below the poverty line) and you get VERY generous portions for mains; I'd easily share one at around £7 with a friend or take half of it home for dinner the next day. The flavours and textures are pleasant, and the amount of mixed dishes mean you don't necessarily have to choose between having just pork, duck, beef, prawns etc. You can't complain, really.

If you need something quick, tasty and hassle free food this is the place to be. In the menu, you can find all the normal Chinese/Vietnamese food. one of my favorites here is the prawn toast. This is a very affordable place to come with friends or on the way back for a long night out. But the main attraction of this place is that you can bring in your own booze and have quite a few evenings out on the cheap.

I love this place but only for it's food and that's it. As compared to my last visit, this place has become very expensive and it feels unfair for what the food is worth. The food is always bursting with flavours and color, and the beef and pork are always so well cooked, but the service is awful with the staff being rather indifferent.

For the last 10 years, we have been regular visitors of this place. This time we went during lunch. This place is quite casual and humble with attentive and friendly service. We had dim sums and tom yum soup as starters. In the main course, we opted for friend noodles with crispy lamb and the roast duck. The food was as usual awesome because of its perfect cooking and beautiful presentation.

I was craving for some Chinese dishes and a friend told me about this place, and i can surely say they did not disappont me. The food was authentic, they have got some interesting Vietnamese dishes too. All those dishes are well cooked and are full of flavor.
The waiters were friendly and the service they provided was amazing too.
Great place to go if you love authentic food.

This was the first time I visited here with my sister. I thoroughly enjoyed my starter butterfly king prawns and the main dish which was Chicken with broccoli, mushrooms and vermicelli noodles. The main dish portions are very large. Had to bring a doggy bag home. My sister had starter squid with sweet chilli sauce and her main dish was chcken in black bean sauce with egg fried rice. I believe they are quite reasonably priced here I definitely recommend this place despite what some people say in their reviews. I will definitely visit again real soon.

This place has the most fantastic curries, great place to eat. I read some bad reviews but I cannot relate to them. I changed my review to 5 stars from 4 because they consistently deliver good food.

Tbh I didn’t expect much from this restaurant. But the food we ordered is actually good, specially the Vietnamese verimicelli. The portion is quite big too for that price.

Quick and satisfying dinner. First time visit. Will be back if I'm ever in the area. Reasonably priced and massive portion for main course.

As per my vietnamese origins I can say that the food was good and tasty and could really find an authentic vietnamese taste here in London. It was a nice discovery. They also produce their own satè which you can buy and that is delicious. I had also the chance to talk a bit with a staff member who came from HCMC as me. And could find one of my favourite beers in VN, Tiger beer.

Really tasty food and at a great price. The house wine was surprisingly really good too! Good service, lovely people, the meat spring rolls were awesome, the beef in black bean was perfect, not too spicy but really flavoursome and I loved the classic old school Cafe style eating. Would definitely go again.

I've eaten at this place many times over many years but stopped eating from here around a year ago after their standards seemed to drop off a cliff. More recently I returned and was disappointed to see they had increased their prices but I was hungry so ordered anyway. It was amazing! (pork and duck on fried rice) so tasty and well worth the money. Great to see you guys are back on track. Definitely won my custom back.

This is one of the first places I've eaten at when I moved to London 11 years ago. And I've kept coming since: their uncomplicated, supertasty food is pure joy every time. Basic decor, quick service, value for money: the perfect place for a dinner with friends or a quick solo lunch

Excellent value for money with most dishes £7-£9 including rice or noodles and very reasonable alcohol prices. We were served within 10 minutes of arriving and the food easily filled the gaps in our stomachs. Follow the serving staff's advice on the correct choice of noodles, it was good to know in advance the crispy noodles would have been too dry for my choice of dish.
