Me and my family had a really fantastic time here! My mum who is the most fussy eater of all was well satisfied, and the rest of us all loved the quality of ingredients and authenticity of the recipes! Nobody was the least bit disappointed. Portion sizes were generous, and the inclusion of a garlic
It was nice to be welcomed in with a drum beat 😁 the waiters and waitresses were all lovely and welcoming. They explained menu in good detail so it made it easier to order. The cocktails were great too. I thought I could handle three courses but I was wrong haha the ramen was very good and filling.
Amazing steamed buns, fresh ingredients. All cooked by Japanese staff. First time doing chilled noodles and did not like them, but food was high quality. Staff wearing masks, contact less. Plexiglass between tables so felt safer.
Very slow service, came here for the Final Fantasy menu and it took an hour to get any drinks and 3 hours to complete the meal! Food was very nice but I think they should have had more staff working since they knew this menu would be popular especially when they extended it for a further week. Staff
Nice place. And pleasant waiters. This was my first time there, and they asked of any allergies, and made sure I was aware of any potential allergens. You get a hint of the Japanese tradition/culture upon entering the restaurant. My meal was the right amount of spicy.
Went for the ffxiv menu tie in event. Initial impressions were positive but service did seem spotty, starters came out for each of us one by one over several minutes. My colleagues were getting mains and I was still waiting! The food overall was good, especially the starters (when they came!). Had t
Loved the place! Very nice attention from the staff, cozy place and wide selection of ramen for all kinds of taste. Their matcha latte cold 🍵 tea was very nice! A bit over priced but in general I would come back! Beware: The spicy ramen is super super spicy 🌶
Went for the first time for the Gudetama Halloween collaboration. Very nice collaboration with a seperate menu, themed dishes and take-away items. The interior was nice. Staff very friendly and efficient.
Good place for Japanese food. Service was slow but the quality of care was good. Food tastes good. High range of choice. Pricier for tempura than previous years by a 2-3x.
Ramen was amazing. Hot fusion teas a must try. Friendly staff. A little cramped in seating when busy. Food Presentation good. Food quality average. Our Ramen soup arrived spicy but not so hot. But we were hugry so we just ate it. But we prefer it steaming hot. Food portion average. Toilets also cram
Quite like the noodles here, its got good texture. The soup is quite yummy too with good solid base. Only reason that is not 5 stars is that the staff wonders around too much. How many times do they have to walk past to realise that there are empty glasses and cups on the table to be cleared. They
Amazing experience at this restaurant. It was my first time trying Japanese food and I am sure this was definitely satisfying! Would recommend to anyone looking to try new food. Will surely come back!
Lovely dishes - kids enjoyed it, they all left asking for more. Service is very good and the kids ice cream was lovely if your into your green tea.
