Nice food , I try the sultani kabab , it was delicious
There aren’t many Iraqi/Persian restaurants in the area, so I was delighted to find this just off adgware road. The interior is beautifully modern and not over crowded, with a spectacular gallery of Iraqi/person art work on the walls, with a beautifully romantic atmosphere. The food was very nice, generously marinated and good portions size. I particularly enjoyed the soup. I and my work colleagues whom I went with loved it, very good service and clean. Defiantly recommend it.
One of the only Iranian (Persian)/Iraqi restaurants I have been to in London. The interior is nothing special and looks like any ordinary restaurant. The food however is of a good standard.
I tried their spicy sausages as a starter, something that I haven't seen elsewhere. It was delicious! But the portion was way smaller than I expected.
The Chelo Jooje Kebab off the bone, which is basically grilled marinated chicken breast and rice, was exceptionally nice.
The service wasn't great but if the prices were slightly lower, I would try it again.
Amazing food with freshly made naan and homemade yogurt drink.service was also great and friendly.
My friend and I happened upon this little gem after a late night, and we very quickly realized we’d stumbled upon a great find. The space is no-frills, but the food is top-tier, authentic Persian that’s fresh and delicious. They hand toss and freshly fire the naan in a clay tandoor right in the dining room, which was especially fun and delicious. Highly recommend!
The food was good and the service too
The food was great ordered the iraqi kebab and the other kebab dish with saffron rice - was like £53 but I only could take out £50 out of tesco AtM and he let me off by £3 which was nice ! It was nice food , nice service , didn’t come at a busy time so got a table and the food straight away . Thankyou
I was close to Marble Arch and wanted a nice place to have dinner. Walked down to Saffron. It was lovely and warm. Staff were friendly. I got hummus and bread for my starter. The bread was a little thin and crunchy for my liking. The main was lovely, it was a chicken shish (a variation of the Turkish shish). I would have liked to have had homemade chilli sauce or salsa but instead they bottles of hot sauce. If you’re around Edgware Road then I would recommend this place. Prices are a bit higher than some of the other places offering the same food but it’s just about within reason. Lastly, there is a 15% service charge.
It bit dated but food was good quality and tasted fresh. The server was not really bothered to bring bread so I had to ask him.
Very good food. Okay service. Very very pricy. They did not offer me tea or coffee because the want to use the table for new customers. Very stingy.
Delicious and tasty food , very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff , highly recommended and I’m sure will come again and again soon and bring family and friends
Absolutely beautiful food! Quran is sometimes played over speakers and the people there are so polite.
Succulent Persian cuisine - I ordered the Chicken Kebab with herbs and saffron rice along with Hummus, Fatoush and a Pot of Mint Tea. The only downside is that the restaurant is cash-only.
Very clean place.. delicious food.. friendly staff
