Old Doctor Butler's Head - London - Photo album

I had a moment so went here for some food. This is located down a little alleyway. Unfortunately, the grill wasn't working at the time so I couldn't get the burger I was craving. But I must admit that I really enjoyed the salad. The staff were lovely. I arrived at 11.40, by 12.15, it had become very

Very traditional pub, tucked away in an alleyway close to the Guildhall. Dark wood interior; split level bar downstairs and an upstairs dining room. The area out front is pedestrianised, so great for smokers and fair weather drinkers. A Shepherd’s Neame pub with their full range of cask ales. Ha
I went for a Christmas booking with sit down meal served in the upstairs function room. The setting is great, it's an ancient boozer and it looks it (in the nicest possible way!). The venue has plenty of history. Staff were attentive and kept checking on us. The food was surprisingly good and well

Good traditional pub. Much cooler inside during the summer. Can get crowded outside in the summer evenings especially Thursday's. Staff are friendly and attentive.
Perfect place for a city post work refreshment. Standing space outside (although not always a sun trap as it is in an alley). Great selection of beers on tap.
This pub is the bomb - awesome selection of drinks, great atmosphere. I come here regularly and I always have a great time!
Very cool little Shepherds Name pub in a City alleyway. Plenty of choice on cask, friendly staff, will certainly be back.
Eating is cheating, so didn't indulge in any food stuffs whatsoever, service was good and fast for my goal of becoming drunk as quickly as possible, well done team, we managed it, with the added bonus of soiling myself on way home, bonus points to you.
Quirky olde worlde pub that shows sports 😊. If you are in search of a London boozer this fits the bill. Enjoy. M
Nice semi hidden pub in the city. Can get very busy at the end of the day however.
Great service, well-served pints, and the staff is always looking to explain the new beers. Loaded chips are just AMAZING... Even better if you per with a Whitstable bay beer!
Good food at a fair price. Lovely old pub.
We hired the top floor function room for a pub quiz of 60+ people - we had a private bar and buffet. The staff were great and very accommodating when we had extra teams arrive late! The quality of the buffet food was much better than you'd expect, bar service was very quick and the team were general
