Wonderful Cafe to enjoy a lovely breakfast with a nice coffee and delicious homemade cookies. The place is cosy and a warm atmosphere, the staff are really friendly. The Deli is one of my favourite, the butchery , fruits and veggies are fresh and full of taste. What can be said , I’m absolutely love it!!

It’s a lovely local cafe which gets very busy with young mums, dads and toddlers. They have a good selection of breakfasts, light lunch options like soups and sandwiches and lots of cakes and pastries. There is also a little deli attached to the cafe where you can buy expensive and artisan food items. I’ve even spotted a celebrity there once! The only improvement I can suggest is that the staff could be slightly friendlier. Please smile more guys!

Busy and popular for a reason. Hugely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, delicious food and artisan coffees and fab deli produce; charcuterie, cheeses, wines, beers etc along with things like specialist chocolates (eg Roccoco) and biscuits. Highly recommended.

Best coffee & eggs in the area. Pastries & cakes not amazing. The menu and food is on the simple side, they use high quality organic ingredients for their dishes, that taste wonderful. Really nice welcoming staff. I love going here.

Good coffee, great takeaway bacon rolls and quality products. More expensive than some alternatives on the same stretch/bend of stores but overall a good choice. Occasionally, as mentioned by other reviewers, the service can be unfriendly. A 'hello' and thank you can go a long way!

I regularly have coffees and small meals here and am never disappointed. The quality is very good so it's value for money and the staff - the excellent Rebecca and co - are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Their coffee is great. Lovely spot for breakfast. The staff are always friendly. Highly recommended. Also, the peanut butter blondie is a game changer. A work of art. A heather in the mire. Why continue living a half-life when invigoration lies a mere bite away.

Have come to love this place. Lovely staff with a selection on the menu that lets you eat well for a not horrendous cost.

Owens is a lovely cafe with wonderful food and staff. I don't usually write reviews, however, following a not so great experience in another local cafe, I felt compelled to write a positive review for a cafe which has always had me leaving more than satisfied. Everything that I have ordered has been delicious, from cakes to soups and sandwiches and the service is just as fantastic as the food is too.

A lovely little place to grab lunch and the standard of food is generally pretty high. The daily specials will cater for most needs, including far more interesting vegetarian options than you'll find in the majority of small eateries. It seems that the food is being planned and prepared by someone who cares about their customers. Tied to the fact that you have an interesting deli alongside, and it's ideal for grabbing a bite on the run as well. Thumbs up.

Based purely on coffee and a delicious homemade cookie like my mother used to make, these guys get 5 stars. Lovely place, fantastic menu that I shall return with the family to sample, and a nice deli directly connected next door.

Lovely local cafe with good coffee and snacks. Friendly staff and a relaxed neighbourhood vibe. The cafe is part of Owens Foodstore which has a tempting collection of organic foods including a small organic butchers, a deli counter with an interesting selection of cheeses and fresh bread. You can pick up some ready made tasty meals there too by chef owner Simon. NB Gluten free options are limited

Got to laugh at the reviews complaining about ‘rude/standoffish staff’, lol. The staff are just young kids no doubt with better things to worry about like exams, or when that hot guy/girl is going to call them for that next date or whatever. Lovely place, lovely ambience, lovely food. Will be back. :)

Fantastic local deli and café. The cheese counter is there to lighten your wallet and literally calls to you. Great cakes and produce in general. Occasional evening events really worth looking out for.
