I had taken my bike for service before and was very happy. Today I needed two bolts to fit my frame lock to the bike frame and Russell helpful as always gave me just the ones I needed. Thanks!

This place is so good. After another bike shop gave me a dodgy repair I took it in here, they found the issue immediately AND showed me that my back wheel spokes were really loose and needed tightening. Really quick, helpful service and a job done right.

The staff here taught me how to remedy a puncture. I’d never done it before in my life. They also knew the size of tube needed just by glancing at the bike. Impeccable customer service.
