Ordered the American breakfast and a mocha. Lovely waitress, very friendly and calm atmosphere. The mocha was one of the best I've had! Order came within 10 minutes, came on a weekday morning. Would definitely recommend!
I had an American breakfast and a side of porridge, and they were both irreproachable. Piping hot, fast service, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. AND reasonably-priced. More than slightly jealous of my friend for having this place on her doorstep!

Firstly, the place is very nice, clean, decent amount of seating place inside that is comfortable and eating area outside which is great in the heat. The atmosphere is nice it's not too loud or too quiet. The service is amazing our waitress was super friendly and helpful she cracked some jokes with us and made the experience much nicer.
Secondly, the food is really really nice. You can tell it's all freshly made and tastes super delicious. I had the American breakfast (halal version) which gives you turkey bacon instead of normal and beef sausages instead of the pork cumberland ones. The beef sausages were nice and soft and meaty but not full of flavour but their home made chilli sauce which was sooo nice helped with that. Hash browns were nice and crispy and fluffy on the inside. The turkey bacon was really good it was meaty not super thin and had decent flavour. The egg and toast was perfectly made as you can see from the picture. And the waffles was A+++ really fresh and delicious even the fruit was nice and ripe.
Lastly, the french breakfast was amazing too. Instead of hash browns you get sweet potato which were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. And you get french toast instead of the waffles which was also delicious. And you get beans and halloumi with this breakfast which was perfectly made.
Overall, I would definitely come back here since the service and food was top notch and they have halal versions of all the breakfast which is fantastic.
Me and my sister had a great breakfast recently here. She had the American Breakfast and I had the Turkish Village one. Both amazing!
Hands down my favourite breakfast spot in Leytonstone. The menu is humongous, and I'm trying my best to get back to try every single item on the menu. The American and Turkish Set breakfasts are not only the best breakfasts I think I've ever had, but probably up there for best meals! The staff are friendly and attentive, the location is great, the presentation of the meals is top class and the food is stunning. Love this place.

Great food and drinks and good value for money! Interior feels a little bit overcrowded with furniture, I think they could easily remove a few tables and chairs to make it feel more spaceous and welcoming.
Edit: since I’ve first visited like 2 weeks ago or so I have been here like 5 times already, I love it! For breakfast, lunch and dinner - tried many of the menu options and it never disappoints. San Marino is my favourite food place in Leytonstone at the moment.
Everytime I come to East London I always make time to eat here. This place is just wonderful the staff are so friendly and the menu is extensive and always interesting. The food is very well priced and filling. Fabulous place, great food, delicious coffee and such friendly staff.
Been here a few times and every time the service, quality of food and overall experience has been excellent.
The staff make every effort to make you feel welcome and the time from ordering to receiving is pretty fast…without compromising on quality.
The coffee is top quality and always on point too. This is a great little place that myself and my family like visiting from time to time.
If you like your coffee and quality wholesome food, I would highly recommend paying a visit.
