Honor Oak in South East London may not be your first thought of a location for a great tapas restaurant. However, Donde is a wonderful new addition to local culinary scene, bringing a relaxed and enjoyable eating experience. Opened in September 2013 on the site of a former Tapas restaurant, Donde features a bar and restaurant in two adjoining rooms.

We had the best experience in our wedding day. Thank you very much for your attention and patience with our friends and family.

What a find! Wish we'd come here sooner. The quality of the tapas was excellent, really interesting dishes and fantastic flavours. The manager was very chatty and it's very child friendly so a winner all round.

Amazing place for Tapas and wine! My husband and I come here regularly for a date night and they never disappoint us. The food is great, the service is prompt and personal & the owner, Jason is a legend. We love coming here and highly recommend it

This is a fantastic place to eat tapas! A great selection of delicious food, a few good beers, and friendly staff. They recently renovated and moved the toilets to the other side of the place. They are now cleaner and larger. My wife and I really enjoy this place each time we go.

We had a lovely evening at Donde. The staff were super helpful and friendly and there was a wide selection of vegan food options and vegan beers available. The Coconut and Lime sorbet was especially delicious!

Friends and I had a great tapas experience here - great food that was served very quickly (around 6/7pm on a Saturday night, later Saturday gets a bit busier so takes longer and Friday is usually packed) and also was delicious - we ate it all! I am honestly a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews here - I had a really enjoyable experience and will definitely be back. The atmosphere is kind of 'Shoreditch'-esque (a bit hipster, a bit cool, laid back). They serve some good lager (a few Mexican beers) and the food is lovely. Price wise, the food isn't cheap - it's around £5 per tapas serving (they serve all sorts, from vegetables to calamari to all lots of different meats) and you need about at least 3 or 4 servings to be full. But you can taste the quality, for sure. Good service, nice bar staff. Only one restroom though per gender, so that's a bit annoying as sometimes have to queue for a bit. Definitely a 'must do' if in the borough of Lewisham.

LOVE this place! Especially because last time I got take away from here I was disappointed they had non recyclable tubs and emailed them and when I got my take away this time they have changed them to cardboard! Quick service, yummy service and would order again. The sorbet is incredible

A revamped interior has been matched with a new menu offering a modern take on tapas that is still traditional. Service was friendly, the white rioja was good quality, and the food well-prepared and delicious. A welcome return of Spanish tapas yo Honor Oak.

Lovely decor and staff. Enjoyed the food too and quick service! More garlic on my pan con tomate would have been nice though and maybe music that fit better with the style of the place if I was to suggest improvements though!

Have never been to the restaurant, but ordered via uber eats. Softest calamari I've ever eaten, delicious croquettas (with ham chunks, rather than all blended). Aubergine was a show-stopper. All the food is so amazing, I'll definitely be visiting once lockdown is over.

At last proper milkshake near my house. Best thing ever. Because of some sort of insane side effect of aging and menopause I cant drink alcohol but I can drink milkshakes. Come to Donde and try one. And they have booths and hot sausage sandwich. But they are not Lorne sausages but I forgive them. Did I mention the milkshake?

A nice tapas selection. Not the best I've ever had but nice enough for the local area. The place has a nice chilled out vibe and is a great place to go when you fancy a relaxing drink and easy meal!

I placed an order through Deriveroo, food is pretty good made, I could say delicious, delivery was super fast, earlier than expected the only thing I will said is that portions are small for the price, £6.80 for 5 King prawns is not ideal 🙁, also, 3 medium size empanadillas for £4.80. But to be fare, as I mentioned, food was really good. 👍🏼
