The Victoria Hotel - London - Photo album

This place is quite amazing and exceeded my expectations when I booked a table for 2 the other day. Nice and artsy decorated inside and despite being Halloween week the seasonal additions were not overboard. We got there early at 5.30pm and by 7pm the place was getting very full. Service was efficie
A stunning place, The Victoria in Paddington is superb. A Regency building, ornately decorated and offering an extensive range of beer ales and ciders both from the cask and the keg, along with a great selection of wines and spirits. The service is excellent and the staff are awesome. When you visit
We arrived around 4pm and easily find some place to sit downstairs, we ordered the foccaccia bread, the scallops, chickens wings, 2 mains (which were quite expensive) and one dessert plus some drinks and paid around £50 pp. I highly recommend the chicken wings as a snack, they were excellent. The p
Love this pub! Beautifully renovated Victorian pub with the authentic charm of a bygone era. We love to go here for the Sunday Roast and wash it down with a cold beer! Quintessentially, elevated British Pub experience! Outside seating also available. 2 minute walk to Hyde Park.
Lovely British pub! Really enjoyed the Sunday roast. Our family stacked up on nut roast, pork roast, beef roast and lamb roast. Definitely very English food and was a great experience. Service was excellent and we left very satisfied. We came on a hot summer day and it was a bit stuffy, but that’s h
Inspired by a Rick Steve's episode, we found ourselves at The Victoria, a place steeped in legend. Rumor has it Queen Victoria herself once stopped in for a pint, and they named the place in her honor. Talk about a royal endorsement! We arrived on a late Thursday evening and were pleasantly surpris
Fantastic food and excellent service. Takes pub food to a whole new level. The dining room was small but lovely. Definitely worth booking and going early before it gets crowded.
Victoria Pub is my top pick in the area. Their beer selection is top-notch, boasting a variety of unique and classic brews. The food surpasses regular pub fare, serving up delicious and high-quality dishes. The place's architecture and decor make you feel its rich history, creating an amazing atmosp
Myself and my girlfriend visited London for 3 nights and on our final night we booked a table at short notice at The Victoria. My partner is coeliac and they catered for this, she had steak with potatoes and even the peppercorn sauce was gluten free!! I had the steak and ale pie which was beautiful,
Lovely pub.Met family from out of town there for reunion lunch first time since pandemic and had requested a longer lunch time reservation than the norm. They were so accommodating. Let us eat, drink, linger and catch up. Can't say enough about it! Wonderful staff and pub!
Great spot for a quick beer. Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. Food was delectable and would recommend the signature dish, Shoulder of South Coast Lamb.
Had a work event here where we hired the room upstairs for a team meeting then had dinner here. Fab setting, lovely and traditional features, wonderful food with great service. Would highly recommend the rib eye steak and sticky toffee pudding.
Isla was very tentative, perfect service! Very cool place! Great atmosphere, perfect old style building and decor. The food and beer are amazing as well!
Gorgeous pub with traditional, well maintained and cozy decor throughout. We came along for some quick late drinks and although it was fairly busy, we loved the look and overall feel of the place. Although we didn't order any food or stayed for hours, it had a nice mix of locals, tourists, professio
I recommend to visit there when you are in Paddington. It’s one of the best pub serves good quality of foods(risotto and lamb steak).
Traditional, proper pub. Stools at the bar, cozy nooks, delicious chef inspired pub food, great drinks. Walking distance from our hotel which was walking distance from Paddington station. Would highly recommend, we visited 2 days in a row and would have gone a third, but it was time to go home.
Such a great pub. Food (Sunday roast dinner & tried several puddings) was perfection! Atmosphere is exactly as it should be. Will definitely return!
Beautiful pub with a stunning, traditional interior. Lovely out front seating area too. Fullers ales are very well kept, with a few craft beers, etc. Definitely a neighbourhood pub, with a smattering of tourists. Welcoming to all. Had a good chat with both the barman and landlord; the latter ki
The Victoria is easily one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The steak and ale pie (one of the pies of the day) was perfectly savory, with chunks of steak in a sturdy and buttery crust, and a brown gravy reminiscent of a demi-glace. Served with tender but toothsome sautéed kale, leeks, and
