This is the must go to place for dim sum in London! It is absolutely fantastic, the service is super quick and the food is the best I have ever tried. Pork dumplings were my absolute favourite together with the beef noodles.
You need to queue, inside is packed and it can get quite hot and the staff
Royal China serves dishes that not all Chinese restaurants would not offer such as the crispy duck or lobster noodles. While the food is not the best Chinese food ever, it’s awesome for what you can find in the area. Overall, if your looking for good Chinese food in London, i recommend trying this p
The Royal China Restaurant (Baker Street) serves amazing Dim Sum menu and has more variety than most of the places I've visited so far in both UK and Switzerland 🤍
.
I actually have a reservation at another Royal China branch nearby but we accidentally saw a big que of people and mistaken that this
I came to this restaurant over 25 years ago.
And I always dined here when i come to london .
The service is fast , food is delicious and will prepared , and the host is excellent.
For me , the best crispy duck is served in this restaurant. And you must order the peppers chili fried prawns.

I ordered too much. 🤭 my favourite is the chicken lemon sauce ( not sure if I remembered the name correctly). Love black bun dessert 💝
Yes they are expensive but the quality of the dim sum has always been to a high standard, and I'm very happy to find that the quality remains the same post lockdown whereas the quality at many of their competitors has hit rock bottom. We came for dim sum lunch on a Thursday during half term, it wasn
Still the best dim sum I've had in London and one of my wife's and my faves. The consistency is epic given the amount of diverse, fiddly dishes they put out, especially over the weekend. If you can't get a table, they also have a stall in Bang Bang oriental food hall in Colindale which is solid and
Went there with friends to celebrate and we had a very good time. The food was good, the staff were quick and the venue was really nice. Although it was a busy night, it doesn’t feel cramped and noisy.
We do love dim sum and this didn't disappoint, Normally have dim sum in North london but this was a tasty treat...a little queue with a loud tanoy ticket system..room was lush, tables were nice with lots of space and tablecloths. Prices were higher than we were used to but all things were very delic
The place in London for dim sum. A lovely place to spend for Sunday lunch. Presentation of the food was lovely. Service was quick. Food was tasty. The smoking banana dessert was dramatic. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and recommend however it is pricey when compared to other dim sum restaurants.
The best Chinese restaurant I’ve eaten in so far! We went too late to try the Dim Sum but we’re already making plans with my friends to go again for lunch this time.
We had 2 set menus with my friends, a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian one, both had either 5 or 6 courses and each one was better tha
Been here countless times. Hits the spot every time. Get there before 5pm for their dim sum. Their dim sum is ridiculously good. There always a queue on the weekends. If you get there before 12:30 you have a better chance of not waiting 20/30 minutes. However it is well worth the wait even if you ha
Posh location and Top of the market Chinese restaurant. Good all round menu strong on fish. But the chicken and pork and veggie stuff we tried was excellent, plus the crispy duck. Need to ask for extra sauces. Service was attentive, even on a summer Saturday evening, we were in a good location, easy
Dim Sum are great but the rice aren't nice unfortunately. Great services and atmosphere tho.
The best Hong Kong style dim sum in London that I tried. Royal China was very clean and tidy looking when I visited. The dim sum dishes were delicious and reasonably priced. The dishes were hot when I got them as if they were just cooked. I highly recommend the pawn and chive dumplings. I loved how
Excellent, quality ingredients. Arguably the best dim sum in London, especially the soup dumplings. Removing one star for some unfriendly and brash staff. Otherwise the perfect meal.
Dim sum here is great. Came at 12pm on Saturday and didn’t have to wait for a table. I often eat dim sum in HK and the dishes here are very comparable. Would definitely come back again.
