Stepping out in North London for a change and couldn't have had a better lunch. It was surprisingly quiet but perhaps something to do with being a little early (12.15) and perhaps the Queen funeral weekend. Regardless the welcome was great and the service efficient, friendly and relaxed. The roast beef was top notch and you can't beat decent horseradish. Really good and the Eton Mess was excellent albeit on the sweet side. Oh. Cauliflower cheese as a side was nice. More cauliflower and less cheese so didn't feel too heavy.

Great roast dinner. Really tasty and perfectly cooked. Good service, bit of a wait for main but not an issue.

Love the Wrestlers. It’s our favourite spot for Sunday Roast in the area, compared to other pubs. The quality of the food is definitely supreme. During the week, the food menu is different, and I really recommend you to try their calamari 🦑

Nice old pub in Highgate Village. Good real fire and panelled walls - cosy in winter. Nice beer garden at rear and tables outside at the front for Al fresco eating and drinking in the summer.

Okay. So this space has a lot of the locals come woth friends, family and lovers.. Oh and lovely dogs. This space is warm and cosy. Could do with setting the lights a little lower as its pretty bright. But didn't take away from the feel. The food (Sunday roast) was actually REALLY good. The beef was tender and everything on the plate well seasoned. Tasted even better than it looked. The veg roast was also delicious and we'd definitely go back especially for the roast AND good service. Service was on point. Very friendly staff indeed. Makes all the difference. You'll might have to book a table though as many of them were reserved and we just about squeezed and a small table in a cosy corner. On another night, might not have been so lucky. So call ahead. Unless of course you're heading over just fir a drink. Drinks selection is decent. Nice beers and okay wines to choose from. Enjoy!

Great old-style pub, complete with roaring fire. Dogs welcome. Great ales and Erdinger 0% for me. I recommend the fish and chips - batter excellent!. The service was a bit slow but it didn't matter on this occasion. Nice folk, too.

Have been coming here weekly for board games. Pub has a wonderful atmosphere - plenty of space, excellent selection of drinks. Staff are always courteous, kind, and interested. This has become the local.

This is a great drinkers pub that's really comfortable and spacious. Service was rapid and attentive. The chairs and sofas were comfortable. The atmosphere was really relaxing. I think they serve some food but the emphasis here is on the drinks.

Great local pub and a nice walk from the top of Hampstead Heath. A great range of roasts with all the necessary trimmings. The lamb was a delicious, generous serve, and the cabbage was probably some of the best I've ever had.

A nice change from the usual "Gastropub". A pub with good (but unpretentious) food, good beer, and excellent service. We will be back.

A nice friendly comfortable place. Good real ale, wine and spirit selection. The menu looks good but didn't try anything
