Lovely staff and selection of drinks, especially since the portobello took over.
We tried their dinner menu last week and the veggie burgers looked a bit sad with a half a slice of cheese and one slice of gherkin.
Hopefully just one off as we are keen to come back.
We went here before attending the theatre. Nice local with plenty of seating. We sat outside to take advantage of the lovely unseasonal weather. I would go again soon, hopefully.
Fantastic Pub, just by the station with an outdoor space too.
A very friendly team and some excellent Beers on Tap including Portobello.
Would definitely recommended, especially as there's a new food menu on the way too!
Fantastic venue, we came here yesterday for a friends meet up. We all loved the friendly atmosphere, the waiter was very attentive and we got serviced in no time.

You can never knock a station pub whether you’re arriving or departing. The bonus when you’re in Catford is having two stations next to each other.
The CBT had a good selection of standard beers and craftier options on offer at fairly standard prices.

I got 2 bao buns (pork and chicken): pork was fine but the chicken was very salty and felt a bit disappointing spending £10
This pub has recently changed management and there is some work to be done to rebuild its reputation. The new manager has very good ideas and she has previously successfully run the GPO in Eltham. I look forward to popping in when I can and wish the new team the best of luck.
Great selection of drinks, had a gluten free menu for drinks too. Does cocktail deals at certain times. A few different screens dotted about showing sports and a pool table. Prices are very reasonable and lots of seating. Close to the station which is handy and close to the centre. Look out for

The chicken wings have a great challenge but the quality of the actual chicken is really poor. Other food items are pretty good when the kitchen is open and but the jewel of the pub are the very welcoming staff. My dog tries to drag me in every time we walk past and he's always given a wonderful fus
Warm inviting atmosphere with friendly staff (chef checked how our food was). Great prices for food and drink although the menus (food/drink) isn't as vast as other places. Worth a visit for a quick drink get together. Food is average but won't disappoint.
Decor environment pleasant & relaxing.
Food good but hear there changing the kitchen.. So watch this space but high hopes. Staff very bubbly friendly!! Defo recommend
What a lovely pub. The staff were very friendly and the pub was clean and tidy. Loads of space to move around and comfortable seating available throughout plus the normal table and chair options. The Guinness was excellent but there was no ales/bitters available but apparently the Blue Moon Belgian
Been in here a few times now, but today was the first time for food. Had the dry aged beef burger with truffle mayo (pictured) and I have to say, it was really tasty. Cooked medium rare, and on a fresh bun. The fries were also great. There's some good beers on tap here, enough to satisfy those that
The best Sunday roasts ever, the pork belly & crackling is really something else! I’m so lucky to have such a great place as my local - highly recommend
New management and staff are really friendly and welcoming. Good selection of beers and lovely spicy wings.
