A stylish yet relaxed haven with good cocktails and attentive and welcoming bartenders, who don't overwhelm you with trying to be hip. They are but don't need to prove it with inanities, just GREAT service. Love going here when we're at London Bridge. Such a relief and contrast to the surroundings,
Good and prompt service— although it's terribly overpriced— it still attempts to maintain a veneer of decorum, eluding to you that you're in a high class establishment..

Staff are fantastic. Drinks and cocktails are delicious. Food looks and tastes amazing.
Delicious cocktails - but expensive. Service was pleasant but slow - especially considering the bar was practically empty.
Great place for a drink before going onwards. Service was slow though. Table service but took over 10 mins from ordering to get drinks served (a glass of wine, G&T and espresso martini), and it wasn't busy at all. Would happily return though.
Nice hotel, superb location for all attractions, near to buses, tube, rail, shard, borough Market, just to mention a few.
