The Coal House Cafe - London - Photo album

Not a breakfast style cafe. Come for the good coffee and great views. And Honestly pretty good service considering how busy it is and the facilities staff is working with. Food is good, just expensive for sandwiches though. They don't make a fancy hipster brunch which they probably should.
What a fantastic view of the wetlands as you eat and drink something made with love. Feels like a lovely little secret, a few minutes from Manor House tube. A local group were playing live jazz music and it all felt like a lovely melange of city and nature - just the type of place you’d set a roman
Cute little neighbourhood spot, great place to grab a drink and bring a book to read. Coffee and tea excellent. Great service, very kind servers.
We had delicious ice coffee with kosher approved by KLBD soya milk. It's sooo refreshing under the sun with nice scenery. 😎
The Coal House Cafe is a charming spot that truly encapsulates the spirit of a traditional cafe, complete with friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. The team members are exceptionally welcoming, enhancing the overall experience with their attentive service and warm smiles. The ambiance is relaxed an
Missed five stars - what a pity!!! It's definitely the best landscape in the area, full of awesome wildlife. Serious competition between the two local Reservoirs, both stunning for different aspects. The problem is that this one it's apparently served by volunteers. Volunteers should be happy to d
It's a place which you like wholly: - in harmony with nature - good coffee - tasty food - nice staff and people - simple and yet beautiful interior - ridiculous (for London) prices for avocado sourdough toast (I think, it was ~5£ for 4 pieces that you see)
This is really beautiful spot, very peaceful place to relax and take a break from the city. The food and drinks are nice, although a shame that all items are served with disposable cups/plates. The one big downside is the attitude and friendliness of staff (especially management).
“Hidden” away the coal house is a great cafe to visit rain or shine. Overlooking the lake and bird sanctuary it’s a perfect spot for some avo-n-toast and a posh coffee. The grub is also good and with a typical posh cafe menu.
An amazing settling for a cafe with the view of two reservoirs on either side. The former industrial building adds that little bit of charm to the place and the terrace on the roof gives the extra vantage point. The staffs were very friendly and the coffee and poached egg breakfast were both tasty.
Lovely Caffè in the middle of nature surroundings, peaceful and so calm lake with tweaking birds . Looked busy, but definitely staff know what they are doing, smile ,good service these days rare, thank you Ps Chai late absolutely delish 😋
Cute caf overlooking the calm waters of the reservoir. Coffee is decent too with a selection of cakes. Nice local honey butter priced at £8 so unfortunately I didn’t buy.
Very nice cup of coffee served by friendly staff. Menu looks good. Great relaxed location to enjoy a break in the middle of the city.
Lovely little cafe hidden away from the main road, and with a direct view of the local basin. Very peaceful, very relaxed. Menu is not too extensive yet affordable, there is an aura of calm about the place. Guilty pleasure of the day was vegan granola, see picture. (disclaimer: I am not vegan but st
Wow, the classic Cheese and Ham toastie is a meal itself. Not here two slim slices of going off bread with one piece of mouldy ham and cheese that disappears when heated. This is a brick of a double-decker toastie with plenty of tasty cheese and ham. Well done genuine food for the price paid under
Every experience I’ve had at the Coal House has been lovely. The coffee is always good and quickly made. The food has always been warm and quite delicious, they are not short on options including vegetables which I find is rare in affordable London cafes/restaurants. The view is incredible, especial
