I don't get it, all the recent posts seems to suggest you're more likely to have a bucket of shit dropped on your head than receive a good cocktail by good people. Maybe I don't have the greatest expectations, I once received a slice of slithery American cheese between two dilapidated floury buns having expected a "cheese burger" but still managed to admit the humans delivering the abomination were of a positive genus.
For me personally, and on behalf of the others (three girls whoop whoop) the service was extremely friendly, the recommendations great, the cocktails cocktaily. Brilliant ambiance, would go again.

First time visiting, decor fantastic and welcoming.
The staff are very nice, approachable and consistent. Working for a "branded company" we have staff visiting on a weekly basis, one place that gets my thumbs up for sure! Positive feedback 😀
The atmosphere in here is lovely, amazing variety of wines and cocktails, good food and very friendly staff. Great place!
68 and Boston is two bars for the price of one. Â Downstairs is a wine bar and upstairs is a cocktail bar. Â The wine bar section has that whole "European chic" vibe going on, whereas upstairs is a warren of opulent, dimly lit rooms. Â The cocktails are imaginative (Squid Ink Martini anyone?) and they taste fantastic - they don't skimp on the booze either so you definitely get some bang for your buck! Â This is a great place for a night out, or just to spend a few relaxing hours over a bottle of wine and some cheese. Â One of my favourite new Soho haunts.

The bar is fairly sleek, as you would imagine from Soho, but not too overly designed. The staff were also pretty friendly and very good at keeping both wine and water glasses topped up.
So glad that I had the opportunity to check out 68 & Boston before it becomes a Soho staple and I can't get in!Â
Effectively a two for one, this wine bar/cocktail bar has something FOR EVERYONE.Â
The first floor (the 68 part) is a super cool wine bar, with a very nice selection! So often wine bars in soho are really unreasonable, but the menu is not going to break your bank and you are going to get some really interesting choices. Every bottle is priced at 20 quid, so you really can make a selection based on your interests and not on the price. And sure, they have your safety wines, but what makes 68 so interesting is the varied selection of wines from 'unusual' places. Â My companion for the evening (no, he was not an escort) selected the Pueblo del Sol Sauvignon Blanc from Uruguay, which was a crisp and refreshing wine.Â
Not sufficiently lubricated after our bottle, we climbed the stairs to the tres shwank cocktail bar (Boston) on the second floor.Â
A totally different vibe, this cocktail bar is just sexy. The dapper bartenders also really know their drinks and, like 68...the menu is imaginative and pushes the limit. My favorite was the Rose Tinted cocktail.Â
I will absolutely come back here again! So great for a date night or an evening of drinks with your more savvy/selective friends.
Yet another new bar alert, this time a wine bar & cocktail den on Greek Street… And trust me, you’ll definitely want to hear more about this one before thinking it to be just another Soho boozer.Â
For a start, there’s the formidable trio at the helm of the new venture – Eric Yu of the Breakfast Group (which own Opium and the Social); Martin Malley, co-founder of the Planet of the Grapes; and Luca Cordiglieri, who many might recognise from his days as manager of the China Tang bar at the Dorchester. AND they’ve brought on Denise Medrano – who also goes by her blogging alias, the Wine Sleuth – to run the wine bar downstairs.
Beautiful venue, friendly staff (with astounding memory when taking orders!), lovely cocktails and food. Had a really enjoyable night with friends and colleagues. Highly recommend!
Good selection of wine for the value. The food was very tasty as well. Excellent place to hang out and have a good time.
Great wine selection and good size cheese platters. Staff was very friendly. Highly recomend to book, even with reservation you might need to wait up to 10-15 min for your table as place is extremely busy but has lovely buzz.
Lovely wine list with decent bottles as cheap as 20 GBP. Espresso martinis are absolutely delicious with a strong coffee flavor and not too sweet.
Service was polite and attentive.
Very dim lighting though which makes it difficult to read the menu and very loud, but that's to be expected from a bar in soho.
Great place with amazing choice of cocktails and friendly staff. Will definitely be going back
Was recommend to come here, and was not disappointed. Had cocktails. Friendly staff and even better cocktails.
Highly recommended.
Loved how we did not have to book and got a table straight away, only because they always make sure they have a few tables for walk-ins. Gets very busy after 9:30 pm and the music gets very loud. Wide range of cocktails on the menu but you can always order out of the menu and they make it for you. To top it all, amazing lighting!
Really cute cocktail bar. Walking around Soho with a girlfriend on a Friday evening you really don't have many options if you want a nice cocktail and actually be able to talk!!!! This place was perfect. It's a little hidden gem. I don't think that many people know about it as most places we tried that evening was absolutely rammed but this one was quiet, great service and the cocktails were nice. We could actually hear each other!!!
Do pop in for a seasonal cocktail. They are a real treat. The staff and environment are a pleasure as well.
Was recommended this bar by a friend. Walked past it so many times going into Soho.
Service is faultless, we arrived on a Saturday night and staff directed us upstairs. They provided a menu with singature drinks and also do all other cocktails upon request. Love the bird coasters and theme of the menu. I only explored section where the bar is and don't actually know how big the place is. But as a small group we really enjoyed it. Great atmosphere and vibe
This is a good wine bar, but don't expect great things from the food. I've ordered the Calamari, the Padron peppers, the prawns and a couple others and nothing really blew me away.
The wine selection is strong and the ambience is great for a friendly get together or a date.
If you want a table on a weekend, your best bet is to call the day before as it books up quickly.
Nice cocktails upstairs, £10-11 each with beers for £5 and fantastic value prosecco £20 per bottle. Great cocktail menu and decent sized, unlike a few in the area. Need to book on Friday/Saturday to get a decent space.
It's the concept that drew me to this bar. Any wine for £20 you don't have to worry about price just pick the one you like. Except when you get there there's are only a selection for 20 and I wanted the ones that happened to be £30 so the concept and uniqueness of this place is kind of lost. That said the bar has a great atmosphere though it was very loud. It may have just been the night I went but everyone in the place was shouting over each other to be able to hear their conversions.
Cozy cocktail lounge with stylish interior and nice music. The drinks are awesome and the waiters served us well & charming. We would definitely come back. Many thanks for hosting us!
My favourite place to meet girls over a great bottle of red wine. Lots of options of wines for different budgets. Lovely vibe and nice staff. You DO need to book and yes and you only get the table for 2 hours, but this is central London so to be expected!
