Great atmosphere, delicious food and coffee and friendly staff. Brill evenings are really lovely too, especially if it’s warm enough to sit out in the garden.

I think this is probably my favourite place in the whole of London. Everything about it is fantastic. Great coffee. Excellent tunes. A totally lovely proprietor. Vinyl. And those fabulous Everything Bagels. Thank you Jeremy and team. You rock. Literally.

Brill is the best café in London without a doubt!! Music, coffee, bagels. What more could you want from life?! What about wine, I hear you cry? They do that too on their Brill Nights.

Popped into Brill for lunch today with my baby and mate. The food was incredible and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. Big fat avocado smeared thumbs up from us!

For the time I loved in London, this was my Cheers. They knew my name and my orders. One of the baristas did my makeup for a Halloween party. They comforted me when the mango mussolini was elected President of the US. They are solid people.

If you are walking in the neighbourhood of Exmouth Market, you must stop by at Brill. It such a cozy, unique place. When you visit Brill for the first time, you might be positively confused by the ambience: it is so unsual to find a café in the frenetic London where people have time to chat and smile. How come?!

The atmosphere is so friendly, familiar and chilled and everyone seems to know each other like a family. It looks like the café in my high school where I knew the owner and all the customers. But it such an unsual combination in London!

Atmosphere is what strikes you first, but food and drinks are amazing. Beagles are very good. I've tried the one with smoked salmon and avocado. Then I had a cappuccino and later on a babyccino. I spent hours and hours working on my laptop and nobody complaint about it. Prices are competitive and staff super friendly.

For Londoners who work in the area of King's Cross / Angel, it is a nice place for an after-works when the weather is nice.

The restaurant is small and the decor are very simple, but the roof terrace is really nice.
The terrace has all wood with iron tables and chairs. But above all there is a BBQ with a chef who cooks you up pretty simple grill (burgers, steaks, chicken ribs ...) and that's quite magical!

In short, I recommend it for a good time Friday night if you're in the area! And Pimm's is very good!

This is a nice place to have a brunch in the street. it is cheap and the staff is friendly. i had a nice salmon and cream cheese bagel when I went. There are a few tables set outside if there is a bit of sun. I first went because the caravan was full and I came back several times. it is a good place to have a quiet and simple lunch. There is nothing pretentious about this place which makes all its charm.

Nice to find a non chain cafe. Bagel was good though would be nice if it came with a salad. You don't actually have to come here for food though as it's a music shop too. If you are lucky with good weather you can sit outside too

I've lived locally to this coffee place my entire 27 years of living. Today I had the fine experience of having breakfast here, it's a small place, but offers comfort and outside seating when sunny. Sadly I had a coffee prior so I didn't get to taste theirs, but if it's anything like their awesome bagels (good vegetarian options) then id wager it's also fantastic. Nice range of sweet pastry on the side and the music, well MUSIC! Staff were extremely friendly and I'd highly recommend popping in when in town :)

Try the cheesecake here and you'll never be the same person again. Is a gigantic delicious bomb that could give you energy for the whole day. Plus, great coffee and records. The have a pretty garden as well. It's a bit small and packed, but very lively as well. Great place, one of Exmouth Market's best

Recently I was at a gig nearby and walked down Exmouth Market. I knew that there are some nice spots, but I didn't know that there is also an excellent and tiny coffee shop! I don't know if Brill is more music or more coffee shop, but whatever it is, it's a great place to sit down. The staff is friendly, the cheddar cheese bagel delicious and the coffee great. Oh, and the raspberry and chocolate brownie, or whatever they are, are also recommended. Brill is a nice and light place that you will like if you like a good coffee.

Lovely little place with outside sitting area, which is very useful in Exmouth market. Very limited food selection, concentrated around bagels, cakes and cookies. The avocado bagel was quite good and so were the chocolate chip cookie and the Oreo brownie. The coffee was good and the staff very friendly.

Lovingly prepared to order and generously filled fresh bagels from a short but delicious menu. The "cheese and everything" bagel was luscious. While you're waiting you can browse the eclectic CD shop and chat to the super friendly staff.

After moving back to London and spending many hours (literally) scouring for decent coffee I found Brill and rarely go anywhere else. Its small, happy, friendly, great music, lovely coffee. I usually study for an hour every morning before work and I love the local vibe and regulars coming and going. After telling a friend how much I loved it they said i should write a review - so here we are. Definitely makes my day and i absolutely recommend.

Cute, unique atmosphere, lovely back garden. Tasty bagel and good coffee. This place has a character. Some could think the service is slow but the staff create unique vibe and once you get it, you can't help becoming a regular.

Nice little venue, friendly and helpful staff, good price for very nice coffee, my iced lattes went down very well in the heat. However, garden and toilet are not accessible for those with mobility problems due to a steep narrow staircase.
