The best place to go, relaxing, surroundings makes you feel perfect, including service! ⭐️
Amazing location excellent staff ... do not be put off by food reviews new chef has re-jigged menu and is definitely back on an upward swing. Give it a go.
Friendly staff and had a good night! Shame about the 9:30 curfew for drinking outside on Sunday
I loved the location, the food and service was great, had a sharing surf and turf, beautiful. Added side salad and skinny fries, fries were the only disappointment, but loved the salad. Yes it was pricey but I wouldn't expect anything else. As it was in Chelsea and right on the river. I am absolutely going back.
Excellent service, made us feel really welcome, the food was delicious and good value too.
Spot on! I don't give out 5 stars often. This pub deserves it for the following reasons: 1. GREAT menu - nutritional content thought out, generous portions, not overpriced, good variety on the menu without being too confusing; 2. Location - convenient to get to, on the riverside, could easily become one of my local go tos; 3. Space - the inside and outside is well laid out with plenty of space and areas to reserve for groups; 4. Drinks selection - there was a fair amount to choose from, a good selection of gins and a variety of tonics to mix and match, the rest of the drinks menu looked similarly well thought out. Will try the wine list next time; 5. Friendly, attentive, efficient staff.
I had the mackerel salad. The dressing was beautiful. I got three generous fillets of mackerel and substantial green salad (bonus points for getting this right!) with good quality nocerella olives and dressed new potatoes.
Will definitely come back here.
Probably another one of my favourite riverside places! I've never tried the food there but the staff are friendly and accommodating. Their bottles and jugs of alcohol are extremely decently priced especially given that this place is in Imperial Wharf. I'd recommend getting a bottle of their white wine and some tonic water to start with the drinks :) Love their alfresco area by the Thames!
Update to include the food: Let me just say that I never thought that one of the best pizzas I've ever had would be at a pub! They have a new chef and the pizza was really good. Crispy but juicy base, enough tomato, cheesy, gooey and basil. Also, I sat inside this time and the interiors are simply beautiful!

Decent Young's pub on the River Thames close to Imperial Wharf. Only one cask beer on handpump when I visited. Interesting split level floor design. Lots of outdoor seating most of it covered.
The location was excellent with a pleasant view, creating a nice atmosphere. Additionally, the service was good and the price was reasonable.
Nice way to spend an early autumn afternoon. Service has improved a lot versus our previous visits. Valentino was quite cheerful and discreetly seemed to be making sure all tables were being looked after. Other staff also quite happy and cheerful, makes a suprise from most London venues.
Food, atmosphere and service were amazing! We loved all our meal choices and it all came so quickly. Valentino was the best and gave us amazing service! One of our favourite local spots!
Nice place to have drink with a view, amazing location, Sunday Roast was superb, helpful staff
It was an amazing experience with the Waterside pub. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Food is excellent and the location is fabulous with a great riverside view. All thanks to Valentino for the friendly service, specially making it more awesome by giving great suggestions for food and drinks.
Would definitely recommend........
I had the most enjoyable time. The service was great and the atmosphere of the place was relaxing and warm. The wine list is vey good.
Fantastic restaurants are a combination of a lovely location, great service (JP and Gin particular) and reasonable prices. Thanks to Abbey for the recommendation. Will definitely be back!
Just home from an amazing holiday in London & one of the highlights was The Waterside. We went here for my birthday .. late lunch & the food was fantastic, the atmosphere and views are stunning along with super friendly and great craic staff.
We got chatting with the waiters, and the manager. Lovely people.
We had starters, mains and desserts and all were on point, like a high end restaurant, but in lovely relaxed atmosphere, perfect blend if you ask me.
… Guinness wasn’t bad either ;)
Great local pub with excellent atmosphere, service, drinks and food. Most staff were super friendly and professional, except the lady wearing blue rubber gloves. She was quite rude and bossy to customers while taking orders. The worst thing was seeing her touch dogs, clean tables then serve my drinks in the same gloves! Not only once but saw this happened many many times. This behaviour is not hygienic.
