Nice place for fish and chips. Understandably, it took a while for the dish to be cooked. I really enjoyed the chips -- thick yet crispy. Yummy.

I am do glad that they had a vegetarian burger! I love the London pub life, but sometimes it can be a challenge. The atmosphere is everything that you are looking for from the vintage furniture to the great service. The beer was super cold, which is a plus. Shout out to Johnny who took such good care of my mom and me.

Small looking from outside pub inside become quite spacious with plenty of sitting space. Decent prices were quite a shocker in pub placed on the street surrounded by "poshness" and lots of stores with overpriced items. Clean, helpful, and smiley staff.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon at about 4pm. The restaurant was not busy but not empty either, it was relatively flowing. Right off the bat the bartender was very attentive and helpful and friendly. He poured our drinks and took our food order, and gave me a sample of a beer I wanted to try. I ordered an IPA and a cider for us to share, both were great. I also got a double Jameson on the rocks. He made my grandma a new espresso when hers was not hot enough. We only ordered chips and onion rings which were great! My cider spilt and the bartender poured me a new one and gave me paper towels to clean it up at my request since he didn't see the spill. The ambiance was good and rustic, lots of history in this building. Overall good experience and will come back.

The word Pub comes from the original full version which is called a Public House.. the interesting thing about this one is that it is the only pub on Sloanne Street snd right opposite Roberto Cavalli which is quite unique on its own. Great staff good snd drinks, great place to rest if you have sny money left on your cards after shopping on Sloanne Street!!

The only pub on Sloane Street. Very nice and friendly staff. My boyfriend said it's one of the nicests pubs he's been to. Perfect place to visit after window shopping on Sloan Street.

One of the best places in Knightsbridge to have a burger and a pint after work or after a long day of shopping! Definitely one of my favourite places, great atmosphere and great staff.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the Gloucester pub on Slorne Street, where the attentive and friendly staff, particularly Gracy, provided exceptional service. The warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with the delicious food and extensive drink selection, made for a truly memorable evening. I highly recommend this pub to anyone seeking a welcoming ambiance and top-notch service. A definite must-visit in the area!

Walked in and was a very quiet afternoon. Placed my order and got a drink from a very friendly staff member. Watched other staff being efficient and attending to tables and people who were in the bar. Watched someone start making complaints, getting loud and then letting other people know what happened. I was watching and thought the staff had done their job and did nothing wrong. They then went above and beyond what was needed and the customer was still not happy. I for one will be going back while I am here in London.

Great authentic pub experience. Beers at right temperature, white wine cold, seats comfy, mid to late afternoon not too crowded but not dead. For the area prices reasonable.

Delicious fish and chips and good variety of beers. The staff didn't pay attention to us, although we were somehow the only ones at the restaurant. By the way i would definitely come again for the good food and beer :)

The Gloucester is a gem, with a fantastic atmosphere, excellent staff, and delicious food. The pub's decor is traditional yet elegant, with wooden floors and comfortable seating over 2 floors, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of shopping or exploring the nearby parks. The food at The Gloucester is outstanding. From classic British pub fare to more sophisticated dishes, everything is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty Sunday roast or a light snack, you'll find something to suit your taste. The staff at The Gloucester are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service that makes you feel right at home. They are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to offer recommendations, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
