Love the food here. The coffee is perfect. Avocado toast and the EZ breakfast is my thing now... And don't forget the banana/chai smoothie!!!
Great homey atmosphere with fantastic fresh food made right in front of you (my avocado toast was tailor made upon request with added chillies). One of the finest cups of coffee ive had in london (thoughtfully made with organic milk). Soothing music and kind staff make this place a great getaway spot. Ill for sure come again!
Just started working down the road and was seriously happy to find this place! Great coffee, yummy food and lovely staff

Best oat milk cappuccino in London and amazing vegan mushroom omelette. The desserts also prove respectable competition for nearby Cookies & Scream. Free WiFi, Tap water, and toilets are a plus. Staff are lovely and ambience is nice!
The coffee is the best I've had in London since I arrived here! Literally cannot beat the quality of their food and coffee! The EZ & Moss team are the loveliest friendliest bunch of people too! Cheers for the hospitality! ✌️
Great coffee, great food, lovely staff, great find!
The best coffee in North London. A loyalty card wouldn't go amiss!
Call it home! The smile, and light background music, and the aroma of sweet memories of happy days in the Mediterranean... Can come here every day, sip on a smooth Caffè, taste one of their delicious (and healthy) cakes and won't feel any guilt as the day passes by! Lunch & Weekend brunch options are simply an evocation of the sun; at the fraction of the price you'd pay at any other "trendy" café. Vegeterian (and vegan) food redefined in a way that only the likes of Ottolenghi could describe! A place to lose ans loosen yourself.

The best chef!
Superb food of unbelievable quality.
Great vibe, food and music. Love this place.
A fabulous part of London's hippest new area, LoHo. Me (and my dog!) highly recommend. #loho
Best new cafe in London!!
food & atmosphere is amazing
I love everything about it
Ez & Moss is a really chill coffee place, where you can sit all day and read and nobody will bother you for sitting for hours and just having coffee. They have comfortable couches in the back and have nice modern art paintings on the walls from local artists which I find really awesome. The ladies that work here are really friendly and they get to know their regular customers and they remember what you like to have.
They serve some pretty good food, I especially like their healthy sandwiches, my favorite has poached eggs and avocado. They also make a delicious coffee, I recommend trying the cappuccino.
Ez & Moss has the kind of relaxed atmosphere which actually makes the thought of doing work quite inviting. I have spent many an hour here with my laptop, ordering coffee after coffee all to the back drop of chilled guitar music. The place is unashamedly indie, from the brown vegetable sacks that decorate the walls, to the bottles of organic fruit juices that are on display. The food is all vegetarian and very healthy serving bowls of goodness in the form of lentil soups and chickpea salads. The specials are usually a bit more naughty; yesterday I ordered the vegetarian quesadilla which came with a poached egg which was lovely, tasty, and with a side of avocado, doing my body a great deal of good.
The service is slow but this only adds to making the place into a general chill station. You forget you have ordered your coffee or food, so its arrival is a lovely surprise in the midst of calm. Really recommend this place to counter any deadline stress you may be feeling
I'm fortunate enough that, more often than not, there's a really good café somewhere close by.
There's Café Vintage near where I live (a quaint place in N4 that combines cakes and second hand clothes), Vagabond N4 next to my brother's, and its bigger sister Vagabond N7 just about near enough to where I work.
In winter months I have desisted in straying so far, thus opening a gap that needed soothing with coffee and a sense of sweet, sweet habit.
I almost missed Ez and Moss as I pounded down Holloway Road after an impromptu lunch with Jayne from Jayne's Kitschen on Upper Street.
Turning sharply on my heel and peering through a foggy window I could confirm that yes, it was most certainly a new café and yes, I would most certainly be skating back at first given chance.
And so skate back I did and have done so many times since. And oh, what a lovely little gaff it is with warming colours, surprisingly delicious soy milk and vegan/vegetarian dishes (and I'm neither).
Ez and Moss makes the perfect bolt-hole for those who work in the area and a fine example of a community hub, proudly displaying Rowan Arts' fantastically interesting books 'Born and Bred' (documenting the lives of people born, bred and raised in the area) and 'Making Inroads' (documenting the lives of 40 people who have migrated to Holloway Road).
The connection between the two really highlights an area that is striving to regenerate and reposition itself as a pawn playing on the London board.
While Holloway Road is hardly a top the 'most desirable' location list, Ez and Moss is cleverly placed at the tip of Highbury and Islington's affluent yawn. What's more, if you dig deeper, Holloway Road is actually exactly where you want to be in terms of rich history, great opportunities and fascinating stories.
North of the station, it would seem that the 'Islington charm' stops dead, but with caffeine-players like Vagabond N7 and Ez and Moss, we may very well see a transformation of the area- hopefully one that manages its gentrification appropriately and strikes evenly with the existing culture of Holloway Road, already so rich in character.
With coffee playing a starring role as the social lubricant that transforms an area's culture, the establishment of a micro community in a city where it often feels difficult to associate yourself wholly, is more of what Holloway Road needs to keep people talking.
I’ve stumbled into this place twice in the last week and felt compelled to write a review. Really relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, made better by the books available to pick up and skim. Excellent cake selection (mostly vegan) and coffee that tastes as good as it looks. Will be back!
Lovely cafe to enjoy vegan meals, pastries and a hot cup of hot chocolate (or coffee). Nice vibe, music and friendly staff. They currently have a no laptop policy which was quite inconvenient for me as I traveled there to work, but I ended up having to do some other tasks from my phone. However if you're not looking to work from you laptop, you can sit in, use your phone and enjoy the free range egg omelette with mushrooms and brie cheese- it's delicious! 👌🏾
A lovely place with friendly staff. I enjoyed flat whites with EZ breakfasts.
For some reason their coffee doesn’t make me anxious at all, great quality beans and very tasty! Super friendly staff as well
After meeting one of my friends living near Highbury & Islington station, I was looking for a space nearby for my work. And I was attracted by a boy focusing on his laptop with his back to the glass window of a coffee shop named EZ & Moss. Ok, maybe a good place, why not try?
It is a quiet small vegetarian coffee shop but still full of good vibes. Unfortunately, there are only two power points. However, another thing made my day is their toilet with a special sense of humor. They named the bathroom “interview room”, which makes people confused the first time you come. And interior design is quite industrial, quirky and vintage. There is a label above the toilet——Do not use the toilet while the train is standing in the station.
As usual, I enclosed the review report for people needed.

Great cafe, reliably delicious coffee, lovely staff and food! Great latte art even with alternative milks - or milk flat white pictured.
Lovely little cafe, very clean, super friendly staff and delicious treats!
We had the French toast, nutella brioche and banana bread with our tea and chai latte. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again!
Delicious pastries and coffee that’s good and strong without being burnt. Relaxed ambiance and kind service. A great place to tuck away for a bit and forget you’re just along bustling Holloway Road
Favourites: plum loaf, cardamom buns
Popped to Ez & Moss on my way to work to grab a soya moca.
The place makes you feel like home, they do bake themselves and you can actually see when everything comes from the oven.
The moca I had , was one of the best soya moca I have had in my life - and I love my drink. The take away cup looks so cute and it made my morning!
Everything looks so nice and cosy in there.
Defo coming back for a food!
You my fav in Highbury x
