Excellent service in every location but especially this one. Christina was particularly lovely and helpful even offering to substitute my bottled drink for a colder one. Can be a little cramped but with the quick service you don’t really mind this.
Great food! This particular Wasabi had a great range of options - some that I haven’t seen in other branches. Plenty of hot and cold options to suit all needs.
There was a good variety of snacks and drinks too. Definitely one of the better Wasabi’s that I’ve been too.
Best wasabi I have ever been to and I have been to this one quite a few times and experience always the same. Staff always smiley and friendly. Can get larger portions on request which are really filling and big. Oh and they take cash, which not many places in London take now. Top job at this branch

very kind and helpful staff who advised me on which choice to make. they were very friendly and made conversation which brightened my day. the sushi was very reasonably priced and i was really satisfied with the quality for the price.
Nice concept for Japanese on the go. Cold salads and sushi, smaller onigiri, Bento boxes, hot KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), hot curries and meals. More expensive to eat in, about £1 saving per Bento Box or cold item to take away.
The food is reliably good and the staff is lovely, in particular Cristina. She is always smiling and super friendly. Her kindness is uplifting. Thank you Cristina
I’m just very impressed at the way the staff of this Wasabi consistently do their best to make customers feel welcome and appreciated.
The service was fast, lovely. The portion is quite big and filling for its price (the chicken katsu curry is around £6.5). Highly recommended for people who are craving for Japanese food but try to avoid the more expensive alternatives.
Flawless sushi as usual from Wasabi. Staff were very patient, kind and hospitable.
