This is a fairly standard Greene King pub. The staff are polite and friendly. Its long thin shape makes it difficult to picture large groups being easy to accommodate here. Being slightly off the the main road it's a little quieter than you might expect. I confess that I've not tried the food here b

A lovely pub with a true English vibe. I had the Steak & Ale pie, which was absolutely marvelous. An absolute must try.
It is self service, you have to walk up to the bar to place your order, but the staff at the bar is helpful

We came for rugby it was fantastic atmosphere lovely vibe very nice to watch it with other fans. Beer selection is huge thanks to blond bartender Michel we chose the best ipa I have ever drink in my life. Truly recommend
