Ole & Steen Canary Wharf - London - Photo album

This place is special. Very understated and minimal (shout out to Scandinavian design). It's not exactly cheap either, it's like a 1 🌟 Michelin coffee shop, it's great quality and consistency every. single. time. If there was 1 thing to fix, it's working a bit more on their coffee, maybe better be
Super impressed with this bakery. The quality of the food is excellecent, my breakfast roll had freshly baked bread, good quality sausage and eggs. The danish pastry was fluffy and fresh, and the coffee is also of very good quality. Will definitely be coming back.
A brilliant cafe right in the heart of Canary Wharf. We enjoyed some tasty open rye sandwiches, cakes and coffee, for an excellent price. Everything was delicious and we couldn't ask for better service.
Very good coffee! Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. They have a great pastry, my favourite is the pistachio one! Great place tp sit down and relax with coffee and some paatry, I'm definately comming back there
Very tasty deserts - I really like almond social. I also recommend strawberry tart - quite delicious treat. The place is quite large so most of the times you are able to secure a spot. Coffee is ok, but could be improved in my opinion. Service is usually quite quick.
I went in this morning & was served by Lana who was nothing short of amazing. I had a long, complicated order full of different bits for a bridal shower. Lana took care to get everything right and carefully pack the boxes of pastries, she also advised me buy a ‘whole pastry’ so it would work out bet
Good place for coffee and a slice of cinnamon social. This time we got some hot coffee plus a slice of their Gateau Marcel, a nice balance of sweetness with the coffee. I’ll probably keep coming back for the cinnamon social the most though.
Definitely our comfort place in London. Awesome food and good coffee. Especially the cinnamon social. The prices are quite fair. Always a good option for a fast breakfast.
Really nice and cozy bakery full of Danish treats. Very yummy food and good quality coffees. Interior is very monochromatic and Scandi style. Love also the fact that seating was spaciously out and hand sanitiser everywhere. If you’re a fan of all things Danish pastry then this is your destination.
Fantastic place to get a pastry and coffee. The team are fantastic and will remember your order if you are a regular!
Nice “off the grid” coffee shop with good quality ingredients in their sandwiches, and a tempting selection of desserts too. Coffee is at the decent end for quality and service is upscale also. Artisan feel rather than a global coffee shop one which is quite a feat for a chain.
FIRST things first - their payment machines does NOT accept virtual Amex cards (e.g. Apple Pay/Google Pay) so if you only pay using your phone you can only pay using non-Amex cards. Speaking of the value proposition it is a bit too expensive compared to what you get. So for example we tried the Fast
Amazing cakes and breads on display and they taste as good as they look. Very helpful staff on site that showed us how the Ole & Steen App worked ( It worked immediately for our first purchase ). The food samples were all all good choices. We had 2 pastries for our first purchase - the Chocolate Rye
Breakfast just got better this place is like a guilty pleasure. The cinnamon social is what I usually get but they have gone ahead and pulled out something called a Almond Social which is just as amazing. It goes well with a flat white.
Amazing selection of cakes and at a good value too. Thank you to the server for great service and I loved the mixture of normal tables and the raised seating/stool areas. Loved the vibe.
Didn’t stay long enough to order any pastries, but their coffee was amazing, I had a flat white. In terms of ambience, it’s a great location to work from and have a quick meeting.
