Fresh, clean and flavourful. A must try place when in Greenwich. Friendly and polite staff combined with great food definitely deserves 5 . I had the lobster sashimi and it was absolutely amazing ! Make sure to call ahead and order the lobster sashimi.

This is a lovely local restaurant (near to the new IKEA in Greenwich) with friendly staff and attentive service. It's not the best Japanese food in London but an ideal place to get a fix if you don't want to head into central.

We went on a week day and ordered from the normal menu. Some items were okay and some were delicious, especially the grilled salmon and eel, cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned.

We also got a sashimi rice bowl. Although the fish was fresh, we felt that the portion size was slightly small compared to our expectations from the picture on the menu.

It is very easy to just keep ordering small plates to share and the cost can add up very quickly so it seems like the buffet on Sundays is better value for money. Apparently they have most of the menu on offer (including sashimi) so when I visit next, it will be for the buffet.

Top quality Japanese cuisine, with friendly helpful staff. Everything we had was amazing - no complaints, and their soya sauce is super tasty. Near Greenwich, and walking distance from Westcombe Park station & Millennium Leisure park. Definitely recommend a visit :)

Paid a first time visit on a late Friday night, definitely exceeded my expectations! Restaurant atmosphere, decor was lovely and so was the food! Ordered caterpillar roll, assorted sashimi rice and beef rice box. All pretty yum! Would definitely come here again!

Have visited several times since my last review. Food still fabulous & welcome very warm. There are a few favourites on the menu like the soft shell crab hand rolls, gyoza & dragon roll. However I have been investigating other parts of the menu & really enjoyed the mushrooms & a tofu dish.

Great experience. Two handsome men serving you with a great sense of humor. 15% off for students. Sushi and lunchbox for a medium price. Oriental and relaxing atmosphere. Usually very busy during evenings though. Food quality is great.

The staff are extremely attentive without ever being annoying. The food is amazing, always really fresh, and the Sunday buffet is great - they give you all the best stuff and don't hold anything back. The tea is lovely and topped up constantly. Never an empty cup! The gem of Greenwich!

Great food and service, this authentic family run Japanese restaurant is well worth a visit. Sushi was impeccable and the pickles felt fresh and a bit different to usual. Chicken cutlets were fresh and crispy with a rich and delicious curry sauce.

The food here was absolutely faultless - pretty as a picture. We had several dishes & all were cooked to perfection. The Saki was delicious too. The staff were tentative. We will defiantly be returning & recommend to friends & family.

I've been coming here since it has opened and the food has always been great, the Sunday buffet option is exceptional and really worth the money, I don't think there is a sushi buffet in London which can match the price, quality and quantity that you get. The food is always topped up and if you find yourself in a situation where they are not refilling certain dishes, simply ask one of the staff if they can make it for you and bring it to the table as long as it's a dish offered on the buffet menu. The staff are very polite and attentive, will always try their best to fit you in even if you don't have a reservation but do make a reservation as they do get very busy on a Sunday cos the food is so good you see. And for those who complained about not being able to mix and match buffet and a la carte, you have to understand this is how most buffets operate, all parties must dine off the same menu which is standard and understandable, this is a small local family run business and policy is policy so please try to understand this before coming to dine here. Boss lady is always polite and you can see she has a great relationship with all her regulars
