Massive, fresh portions for the a la carte fish main course, the special lunch menu is only £7.90 and it offers a bloody 3 course meal (I think it's not available after 3 pm and you have to request the special lunch because it's not on the menu) with cod in battar or matzo, or mackerel or trout grilled. I got my salad after I ordered and choose to have either tea or coffee, after eating the delicious fish I ordered a desert which comes with the special lunch. Either rice pudding (my favourite), cream caramel or a scoop of ice cream. How can you go wrong?
The fish was amazing, the portions are great and the owner there is absolutely down-to-earth and a lovely man. This place is quite cheap compared to other fish restaurants, when you order the fish it even comes with salad and dressing. I was recomended to this place by a couple of people and it seems to have a good reputation around the area
Exceptionally good fish restaurant. I went there with a friend just before Christmas, and thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. We started with the mixed meze, which were the best I have tasted. Then we had the fish and chips... My home is in Whitby, and therefore I know fish and chips. The fish could not have been more fresh if it had been hooked straight from the ocean, beamed to the kitchen, Star Trek style, prepared and fried immediately in a perfect light and crispy batter, and rushed to my table. It was exquisite. I finished with baklava and ice cream. I have been to Turkey many times for business and pleasure, and have never tasted better. I was extremely impressed. Thankyou Olympus! A meal to savour and remember.
Great place with friendly staff. The food portions are massive and really enjoy my visit to the restaurant. I have visited the take away service on a number of occasions and was always delighted with the service.
Delicious fish and chips . We had the fixed menu . Delicious Turkish starters followed by excellent matzo cored fish and chips . Brother had whole sea bass with jacket potato. Place was a bit quiet . But friendly attentive staff .
If you’re craving a hearty portion of great fish in the Finchley area, Olympus Fish Restaurant should be your first thought! This restaurant is excellent, potions are huge, and flavor is perfectly on point. I visited here for the first time recently and could not have been happier with my meal. I went with someone who comes here often, and even though I don’t remember the exact name of the fish I got, they told me that pretty much everything on the menu is excellent. I’ll take the opinion of someone who’s lived here her whole life quite seriously! So, what are you waiting for? Head down to Olympus Fish Restaurant and enjoy a wonderful meal!

The fish was cooked to perfection. We ate
grilled salmon, fried cod and fried haddock. The size of all fish was enormous. The restaurant was very clean and the tables were dressed with white cloths. It was a lovely evening out.
The best fish and chips you'll find anywhere. Charcoal grilled fish absolutely delicious and huge. Chips made from REAL potatoes and very generous portions + very fresh and beautifully presented salad. Owner is welcoming and attentive. Other staff very friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Olympus Fish Restaurant and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The service was absolutely excellent, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience.
What impressed me the most was the freshness of the ingredients used in the dishes. You could really taste the difference in the quality of the ingredients. The fish was cooked to perfection - well cooked and crispy, without being oily like other restaurants. This made the dishes truly stand out and made our meal all the more enjoyable.
I must give a special shoutout to our waiter, Onur, who provided us with great service throughout the meal. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. His recommendations were spot-on and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Overall, I would highly recommend Olympus Fish Restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality seafood dining experience. With excellent service, fresh ingredients, and well-cooked dishes, this restaurant definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

Grilled cod is amazing. We made a mistake with the order and the staff were really nice about it. Misunderstood my order as battered instead of grilled. They gave me the grilled anyway with no extra charge.
Have been going here for years excellent fresh food friendly service you always come away feeling full not like some places you visit and you go home hungry
