Booked a table online only an hour ahead of arriving at King's cross. Not only managed to get us into an absolutely packed restaurant but the staff were friendly and helpful despite being clearly rushed off their feet. Couldn't believe the speed at which we were served and nice to see that the usually inflated London prices were no different to our local ones.
Food was really good. Service was excellent, warm and friendly. Lot of choices available for vegetarians as well.. definitely worth visiting.
Garlic Bread. This was the only place that I visited in London that had american lemonade. The pizza was a little on the greasy side. But the garlic bread was amazing... it was the best garlic i have ever had!!

The service was excellent the two times in three days we were here. Pizza comes out amazingly quick. Drinks are cheap and good. Pizza quality is above average.
Great pizzas, friendly service, and convenient location (close to Westminster hotel). Great to have a gluten-free pizza crust option and it tasted good too (pictured). Although we got double-charged on our credit card (not the restaurant’s fault), the managers they were very helpful to resolve the situation. Thank you!
Went here because I had vouchers that were expiring and I also had never been to Pizza Express so wanted to try it.
From the food perspective, it was not worth it at all. The pizza wasn’t bad, but it was tiny and - especially for its size - very overpriced (still paid £14 each for a pizza and a drink after using about £18 in vouchers). Definitely not worth it.
What made it a good experience, however, was the lovely waitress, who was very attentive, helpful, nice and welcoming. Was very enjoyable. Because of that it was not bad overall!
Food was great and arrived really fast. Great staff that contributed to the overall experience and biiig tiramisu portion

Pizza passed my standards. I always have an American taste for pizza and rarely orders sour so it definitely made me satisfied. It just took them a long time to give our orders and we were famished.
Came here after passing by it for dinner yesturday evening. Firstly the atmosphere inside was lovely.. maybe because it was super quiet for a Saturday night, but what a great time to go! Super fast service with food arriving promptly... No wait at all.
I would just like to note (I didn't get the waitress's name) but she was working Saturday 30th May at 10pm - that she was very attentive, polite, and welcoming. Always smiling to all the customers.
Secondly, the food was great and portion sizes were lovely! Please compliment the chef for us, as I know how hard they work!

I’ve been to a number of these and it’s quite good for a chain. Mostly had their pizza in the past which I found to be decent. This time I tried their cannelloni and it was quite good. As you can see by the picture I dug in before I remembered I needed a snap. The restaurant has a nice view of the Thames and is quite comfortable. A wee bit pricey.
I was made to feel very warmly welcomed as soon as I walked into the restaurant. Was shown to a table of my choice immediately. Didn't feel rushed to order. Had a delicious marguerita pizza and a fantastic dessert as shown in the photo... Caffè Reale (sweet figs in a cinnamon and white wine spiced syrup with a cappuccino). Bit pricey but everything is these days lol 😂. Thanks for a great lunch!
Went on that Sunday when there was that storm in July 2021... You know the one... So wasn't planned at all but my girlfriend and I were starving.
We were warmly greeted and taken to a table of our choice and given plenty time to select our drinks and food. Customer service was excellent, couldn't complain at all!
The food itself was beautiful, I would've said a larger portion but that might be because I'm hungry as I'm typing this right now...

Ate here in February. It's a Pizza Express so the menu and food are predictable. That is, reliable and good -- not outstanding. The difference at this location is that the space is unexpectedly attractive and the staff were friendly and attentive.
