Capote Y Toros - London - Photo album

Great dinner. We shared 6 or 7 tapas and 2 desserts - all were fabulous! I couldn’t imagine! Delicious and perfect plating! 10 stars with big congrats!
Delicious Spanish restaurant nested in the heart of South Kensington. Great ambiance with live guitarist roaming through the 3 group of restaurants and amazing staff/service. A little pricey but worth the experience.
Loved the place.. plenty of taps options, nicely cooked steak (just right 👌) and nice wine choices. Happy to go back.
Soooo delicious!! Best tapas we’ve ever had. Definitely pricey, but so worth is. My favorites were the tacos with potato on it, the chicken croquettes, and the Spanish tortilla. Will definitely go back if in the area again!
Lovely little group of Spanish restaurants in Kensington. Nice little twist on patates bravas and the steak is lovely.
It's one the best Spanish tapas in London, live music, excellent food, it couldn't be any better.
Lovely tapas restaurant not too far from Gloucester Road. Great selection available, including a large variety of seafood, and a somewhat unusual take on Patatas Bravas. Good atmosphere, with a guitarist playing lightly in the background the whole time, and good service. Unfortunately not cheap at a
It was fabulous! The food was awesome. The wait staff was impeccable. The wines were delectable! Very intimate and cozy.
Amazing selection of tapas categorized by vegetarian, vegan, seafood, and meat. Also, gorgeous looking larger meat plates, in a cozy, traditional Spanish atmosphere. I recommend the crunchy fish tacos, ox burger, crispy nigiri, roasted carrot, and patatas bravas
Second time I’ve been to this restaurant in the last couple of months. The food is absolutely fantastic, as is the service. It was a shame though that on my second visit the guitarist didn’t make a stop at our restaurant, as we were told that usually he rotates through all three venues. Either way I
We have been coming here for a while. The service is excellent, they make you feel welcome, especially from Eric who helps us find new interesting wines and his attention to detail is outstanding. There is nice live flamenco music most nights, you are never rushed and the food is authentic and fresh
Great food and amazing wine list. The live guitar music makes it really special!
Not cheap- but it’s in Kensington & Chelsea, isn’t it. Really enjoyed the £8 El Pacto Rioja (175ml) and the beetroot/fig/walnut/cheese/pomegranate salad was incredible! Very good traditional guitarist played for a long set. Online menu is indeed a little awkward given the wine menu’s length, but tha
Fantastic authentic Spanish restaurant, superb service and great wine selection in a lovely atmosphere
Definitively the best Spanish restaurant in London. Great quality ingredients and perfectly elaborated recipes (don't miss the pork cheeks...delicious!). Large selection of sherrys. All served by knowledgeable, attentive and kind staff. A must go.
Of the three (or is it four?) places owned by the same guy on this street it’s Capote Y Toros which stands out as having the best ambience. Yes the obsession with bull fighting comes across as a little strong (imagine an English restaurant in Spain peppered with images of cricket) but its heart is i
This is one of the four Spanish restaurants under the same ownership in a 40 metre stretch of the Old Brompton Road. There are all superb, and Capote Y Toros is the most casual , but with the same quality food , Tapas styles. Good value, excellent service.
