Great location if you are travelling to /from Kings Cross. Good selection of beers and perfect roof top space to enjoy the sunshine. Manager looked after our coats all day whilst we enjoyed a day in London - excellent customer service. Thanks you :)
Very busy but had booked and so table was ready on our arrival. we had to wait to order food as kitchen was busy with a private party but this wasn't a problem for us. Staff very helpful and friendly and food (we had a sharing platter) was delicious!
We hired a private room next to the roof terrace for my sister's hen party. Fab venue with lovely staff. The room was great, lots of plug sockets for phone recharge, music playing through with our own volume control. Fully stocked fridge so easy to help ourselves and just pay at the end. No queuing at the bar! On our arrival there were champagne glasses, plates and napkins all set out ready. Great experience, thanks guys.
Lovely pub with lovely staff . Food was fantastic would totally recommend
As always the beer was in perfect condition which is why I decided to host a private party there.
My group was looked after perfectly so I have nothing but praise for the establishment, its management and staff.
Many thanks.
Great place. I’d always go here for a drink when I’m in London. 👍🏻
Lovely venue. Very friendly staff and made us feel very welcome. Handed us a high chair straight away. We ordered some chips and they were very yummy!
Staff friendly , lovely beer and dj play good music yesterday
I was due to meet a friend the other evening before he took the train back up North from St Pancras and so was looking for somewhere we could grab a few drinks and maybe get some food before dashing over the the station. I'm not super familiar with King's Cross but Zomato directed me to the Fellow, down the side of King's Cross station and so very convenient.
Split into a restaurant and bar/pub area, the interior is smart but cosy. Unsure about whether we'd be ordering food, we found a table in the bar area and ordered drinks. After two we decided to have a look at the menu. A step elevated from your regular pub fare, we ordered the Sunblushed Tomato Risotto, Garden Peas, Roast Red Pepper Pesto and Confit Duck Leg , Boulangere Potato, Roast Fennel, Blood Orange Jus. Mine was the confit duck and it was good, very rich though and I felt it needed something to cut through the richness. I was assured the risotto was good.
All in all, we had a lovely evening and it's definitely somewhere I wouldn't hesitate to meet friends in the future.
Good choice of beer in this Guardianista hangout. Friendly service too, but they forgot our coffees. Good quality food made up for that easily. Relatively inexpensive which was nice
Lovely gastropub!. A great new additon to Kings Cross which lacks nice place to go out. Fabulous British food, well priced and a prolific wine list (over 50 wines) with some really unique bottles on there.
The retro cocktail bar upstairs is perfect for after dinner drinks and is open until late. Excellent Martinis and Mojitos.
All in all, it's one of the best places in the are and I will be back.
What caught my eye was the the The Fellow's display board placed along York Way. Boardgames and wifi said it. I'm a sucker for boardgames and used to spend hours over the likes of Agricola and Ticket to Ride at boardgame cafes back home. I even dragged Wife along on some occasions an I suspect she has never forgiven me for that. So there we were on a Sunday afternoon just on our way back from Sean Smith's Frontlines exhibition at King's Place looking for a pitstop and The Fellow looked like a place as good as any. Right at the top of the menu was a notice stating that still water comes free. Already things were looking good. Sunday roasts was the order of the day. Wife went for the beef while I fancied some lamb instead. "The duck hearts seem interesting," Wife noted. And the
Very handy for Kings Cross so I've popped in several times when waiting for trains or meeting people. It's a pleasant enough pub and service at the bar has always been quick. £6.85 for a Moretti.

Amazing staff. Great beers. Delicious food. Fantastic location. There is no where I’d rather stop off when I pop to London! I LOVE THE FELLOW!
First time at this great old pub and hopefully will return. When I walked in the atmosphere was brilliant and the ladies behind the bar were busy but very professional and polite and just came across as really nice. My table was upstairs and was ready on time. The table was not wiped and despite asking to get this done I ended up doing it myself with a cloth and spray I spotted on the upstaires bar. The sunday roasts came and were superb, wine list was small but all nice choices, I ordered the Albarino which was lovely. I thought it a shame that no-one checks on the table during service but perhaps this is not part of what you do. As you pay as you go at the bar it meant I didn't really get chance to tip which was a shame as I thought the bar staff deserved it. A great London pub and enjoyable lunch!!
This was a great pub in London with some really good food. It was conveniently located close to our hotel which is how we found it but would also be a good place to seek out! The upstairs patio was really nice. The shareable steak and chips was REALLY good!
Great location, great selection, great food. All in all a GREAT time.
If it showed sport it would be our Kings X regular but we'll still be back!
Fabulous pub, great atmosphere, lovely food- chips amazing! Little Gem just around the corner from King's X. Nicola the manager, really lovely and helpful when my wife called today. Going out of their way to re-unite my wife and son with a precious keepsake. Wife can't add a review again as she added one last time she came. Thank you to the person who found them and helped keep them safe.
This wonderful pub is set in the heart of Kings Cross next to the main stations on York Way (near McDonald's and Nandos)
It is a 3 floor pub with private spaces available for hire. The party food was immense with great sharing options like mini burgers, hot dogs, fish and chips, sharing cheese boards, meat platters. The regular menu caters for all diets including vegan options.
André the manager was a joy to deal with. Bar staff a bit slow but I think that was due to them being new or Christmas temporary staff.
A great spot to meet friends and have a nice meal and drink.
Oh ho ho good times at the pub! Our 18-yr-old kids were carded immediately upon entering, which was so fun to see. Several drinks and a hearty meal. Good folks. Prolly a little trendy for salt-of-the-earth locals, but we had a grand time.
Only had drinks here was very nice not too bad in price after all i am a Yorkshire man so this is important to us. the service was fast and friendly.
Really lovely people running the place and food was decent pub grub. Liked the toilets were unisex and nice to sit on roof terrace but shame cannot book.
However a victim of their own success as had to wait nearly an hour for our food to arrive. I was feeling quite faint and friends had a train to catch. This was mid-afternoon on a Sunday. Please don’t order if in a hurry!
LOVED this pub so much! Close to Kings Cross station and we popped in on the day we arrived whilst walking to our hotel and then called in every day we were in London. Lovely staff, lovely drinks and reasonable - we pay over £10 for a round in York. This was just under £10 for our 2 drinks. Nice wine available (and I am fussy!), cider and beers on tap. Lovely staff, especially the guy with black curly hair and funky dress sense (sorry didn't get his name!) but he was fab, smiles all round serving and made us feel really welcome. Didn't eat as had reservations elsewhere but food coming out looked good especially the Sunday lunch which we will absolutely try next time we visit. 5* from us, can't wait to return and try the roof terrace in warmer weather.
Lively pub, good atmosphere, great french fries (just to keep us going on the train home( and good range of drinks. Great place if you are early for your train-;Just round the corner from King's Cross.
The Fellow is a great pub, great staff, nice food at good price, I recommend the roast and the burger & fries.
Nice pub, old school decor, decent range of beer on tap, slightly on the expensive side (except the lunchtime menu which was decent value)
£6.60 for a pint
Lunchtime Menu of BBQ Gammon Knuckle Bap + Fries = £11.50 (£10.07 with promotional VAT saving)
