We came yesterday with 51 children, what fantastic service, thank you Ross for looking after us so well 🖒
Heerlijk eten en leuke bediening. Goed advies en gezellig.
Nice food, however much expensive than other restaurant chains without being significantly better. Nice ambience, staff were helpful. Worth a try!
A place we have been several times in the past. A favourite of the kids who loved the Marco Polo and the lasagne which still stand out in the menu though they have moved on. For old times sake it was a must visit and it didn’t disappoint. We started with the flat bread and then ordered three kinds of pastas and a diadola pizza. The brownie was a must.

I believe this used to be a pub before with lots of games machines and always very crowded. To be honest I'm glad about the change. Bella Italia was one of my favourite chains when I lived in Norwich but I had not had the chance to go to one in London even if they are all over the place.
I found the chance to visit it now however as I redeemed some Tesco points for meal vouchers there. The restaurant was a bit busy but we were given our menus and first drinks quickly, then left to look at the menu in detail. I went for a stew type dish while my boyfriend got a pizza and we also shared the whitebait starter. The dessert was very nice too but it took a while between for bushing our main and them coming and taking the next order so we had to finish in a hurry to go to the theatre.
While I did enjoy all the food I think it was pretty standardised. It's tasty and filling but can be found in most places. If you are in the area and have dinner there you will not be disappointed but it's not really a must visit restaurant for me. At least not in London where there are so many alternatives when it comes to Italian food.
The food is delicious, I get a carbonara pasta and I liked even the service is excellent. I have to say that the coffee in the place is good
Very nice atmosphere and service was excellent. Food was well cooked and well flavoured.
Friendly, fast service. Food was very well cooked and presented. Very reasonable prices, especially for an establishment within Leicester square. They have an upstairs and downstairs dining area, with tables also outside. Worth a visit.
Cozy little place. Not a lot of seating but I didn’t mind. The food was fabulous. Plenty of gluten free offerings. When in London, check this place out. You’ll be glad you did.
Great food for a reasonable price! Nice strawberry daquiri's. Service was adequate and to the point.
We went here on sat 1.07 around 6pm. The service was excellent. Food was really good too. There was 6 of us, 4 adults & 2 children. Family came down from Edinburgh. Staff were so busy but went out off their way to accommodate us & look after us. They even got involved in the magic tricks that our little girl was doing, which she was so happy with.
For a really busy venue, that has such a huge turnover, thank you for looking after us so well & with a smile on your face.
It was perfect lunch with smile face team and great manager lady. Her name is start with S….. ( I couldn’t remember her name :( )
. I visit this brunch first time and I will keep coming here
Thank you for nice hospitality
We went here with a group of 60! You heard...60! We were accommodated brilliantly by the restaurant with us ordering beforehand. The restaurant itself needs a bit of money spending on it as some of the spaces are looking tired - especially the bathroom. HUGE shout out to Pavel who was absolutely brilliant - patient, personable and hardworking; he is a real asset to the restaurant.
A trendy and bustling sushi bar with a modern twist. The sushi rolls were beautifully presented and bursting with fresh flavors. The talented chefs behind the counter made it an entertaining and delicious dining experience.
Service was exceptionally quick, and the food was amazing. We went at around 13:00 on a Saturday, so were expecting a bit of a wait, but that wasn't the case at all. We only waited eight minutes for our meal!
We were served by Noemi, who was very nice and accommodating through our whole visit. She, and another member of staff, Dorota, constantly checked in to make sure that everything was okay with our food. They were both so lovely, and their kind treatment towards us was enough to make us want to come back!
I ate the Spinach and Squash Cannelloni, and my sister had the Queen Margherita (as well as our starters of Sicilian Olives and Garlic Dough bites). The cannelloni was the perfect size, and absolutely delicious. The pizza was gorgeous as well, and my sister was so full she had to take some home! For our drinks we had the Passion Fruit Cooler, and the Strawberry and Mint Cooler. The Strawberry and Mint Cooler was a little too bitter for my liking, but that comes down to personal preference. The Passion Fruit Cooler on the other hand, was delicious!
I would highly recommend going to this Bella Italia, as every part of our experience was amazing. Thanks again to Noemi and Dorota!
Food was delicious, very good. Unfortunately, tiramisu was a total miss! It was frozen like, it wasnt soft and puffy, felt like a totally other dessert and came in a cup.
I hope they will get rid of the moldy printed plates, they dont look right 😅
I know it's a chain, but it was very tasty, the resturant was spotless, the staff friendly, prompt. The price was good, paid more in Balloch.
I had the vegan pepperoni pizza and it was great. The cheese was a bit sticky but overall I enjoyed. Service was a bit slow
