I've just been to camden branch. The burrito is just perfect and the beer is good. The price is reasonable as the food is filling and the staff are friendly. I'll defo be back here again and again.

The pork burrito is a ruddy messy eat. IMHO that's the best way to eat! Talk about #foodporn. I was literally in hog heaven :-D

Since moving recently from the US to the UK, I have been craving - and been in search of - fresh, delicious Mexican food. I couldn't have found a better place! The burritos are scrumptious!! I will definitely be a regular at the Brighton location. :) x

I have just been to you guys in trinity kitchen, Leeds. The most delicious burito I have ever had, customer service was fab, compliments to you guys and the chef, teamwork was fantastic :) I'll come back again,

Awesome opening day at the new Liverpool branch!!! Queued out the door but it only took 15 minutes to get my Burritos!! Service with smile from all those involved!!!

Had lunch in the Lakeside restaurant today. OMG I cannot give you enough. The man serving was fantastic. So helpful. I have Coeliac disease and was able to have corn tacos which I topped with pulled pork, braised beef plus all the trimmings. It wss AMAZING! Next time which will be very very soon I'll be having a naked burrito. I must say I can't wait til my next visit. Well done and thanks so much from a very happy coeliac.

I've been to almost every Tortilla location and this one is no exception. The quality of their burrito is unquestionably good. I would be home sick from California-Mexican food if Tortilla didn't exist. The guac is delicious, the pico de gallo is on point and the beans, rice and chicken is delicious :)
Tortilla is a small mexican joint in central london. I love this place for their burritos.
Must try this place if you want a quick bite.

Tortilla is a big deal. Or at least, it’s a really, really big burrito. I naively went for the large size (£6.40) and I can’t recall having so much Mexican in one hand. Other than that one time I accidentally grabbed the person-not-my-mum’s arm in the supermarket. Back to present day, I still cleaned up my mexi-wrap nice and efficiently, and that’s what you get with years of overeating. Or I call that practice. There’s around about thirty or so Tortilla stores around the UK and here it’s about a customisable experience so you can get something to your liking. I couldn’t quite understand my server but not nodded and pointed to get a mix of everything – black beans, corn, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, rice. Oh yeah, and the main filling was the slow cooked pulled pork. Once rolled (I miss the places that do that slight grill after the rolling) I was ready to feast. And feast I did, the fillings all came together nicely with the pork being of a good quality. Could have done with more of a sauce, but the flipside is it keeps it a relatively meat drip-free eat. Could definitely come back, but for the standard size.
Amazing burritos served by friendly staff. Like all Mexican places in the town it is quick in service and has a decent seating capacity. Another good reason is city wide footprint and network of outlets.
Tortilla. We ordered chicken, pork and beef burritos. Sumptuous!! One of the few times when we wished we had unlimited appetites. Would love to keep going back every time we visit London.
My first time munching a Mexican Burrito-
On a busy day in oxford street me and my wife wanted to try a different cuisine. Googled and found this eat out.
We were confused looking at the menu and subway style arrangements. The friendly staff helped us with a combination of a wrap, pocket friendly and was delicious. Generous in cheese and sour creme they were stringent with glacumoli sauce. What they gave was adequate with right flavour and quiet filling. Not sure if these tasted like authentic Mexican burritos but first timers won't regret.
Ambience - This place tend to get crowded during late evenings. Try the basement with dim lighting to avoid the hustle at the entrance and counter.

Great burritos. I'm a regular customer and never regret queueing for my favourite pork burrito with beans (black!), loooooots of cheese and sour cream and hot salsa. Guacamole was a bit too salty last time, but everything else is really good.

Walking around the area starving I used to Zomato app to look for something that's close by and that I can eat- finding this place.
It's very simple, cheap and a good place for quick lunch. You stand in one line, name whether you want a burrito / naked burrito / or taco and go from there. You can pick from the typical sides, including different types of rice, beans and vegetables.
I went for the naked burrito, and chose to pay extra and have it with Grilled Steak. The steak was a little chewy and next time I go chicken will be a better choice, but other than that the ingredients were definitely fresh, and the whole meal was tasty. Worth trying if you're looking for a quick lunch.

Zeyad attended me and Nathan helped with a little doubt I had with my loyalty card. So happy with my burrito!! I love coming here when I’m extremely hungry, literally starving today. Best place to satisfy that feeling!

Don't let the slow moving line stop you, this place is well worth it. You head to the counter and build your burrito or taco from the high quality ingredients on offer. Think mexican Subway but with surprisingly good food. The seating downstairs is electric candle lit and very cozy, the seating upstairs and outside is airy and spacious. The servers came down to check on us and brought part of the meal as table service as well which was much appreciated. I will absolutely be signing up to the loyalty scheme and going back there soon.
Sadia, Jarek and Leutrim have been the most amazing in helping us out. Food and service excellent ! Food is delicious I will for sure be coming back. Team is so welcoming and brownie is delicious
Pork was very nicely cooked and whole burrito was filled with flavours. I got the chance to mix both type of rice, add the beans, salsa, corns, pickled onions, etc
Quite cheap and amazing snack to fulfill stomach. Big plus 1 on the staff members, really helpful and patient.
Oxford circus Tortilla team are exellent. They got me signed up to their app to own reward and it's paying off. The team is very friendly and whenever there is a long queue they keep an' impeccable composure even when ' customers ca' t decide what to take at the counter. The potions are generous and they always talk about their offers, happy hours, their loyalty program... You guys are smashing it well done ❤️
Was my first time at Tortilla ever, I went with a friend of mine, and the worker Sadia (I hope I spelt it right) was a pleasant soul, she assisted me and recommended me what options to choose. The food was delicious and I was so full I had to get a take-away box - definitely coming here when I can. Thank you for the pleasant service. 🙏🏻

Food was nice, cannot go wrong with a burrito. There was very kind server who made our night, honestly forgot his name but he was a (18) caucasian male, very friendly guy and provided excellent service. I believe his name begins with ‘F’ ? Would definitely come back.

I am a Korean student attending one of uk university. I urgently needed a place to charge my cell phone because it turned off, and I visited any store and asked for help, but no one helped. However, only the staff at this store said that they would gladly charge it, and even though there was no charger for iPhone, they went to the office to check if it was there and eventually charged my phone. All of the staff here are so warm-hearted, I don't know how to describe it. Burrito tasted amazing and the margarita after meal I ordered was so cool for the weather, and the quality and taste were good.. If I come back to London, I will definitely visit ngl. I highly recommend this place!

I haven’t even started eating this amazing food but I took a bite out of the guacamole and boy!! It’s fresh and original, the kind of guacamole I make at home (or even better👀).
The staff members are so nice!! And very patient lol as I have bad hearing and they kept having to repeat themselves without a problem!
