Lovely Lebanese food within budget. We tried the Lamb Shawarma and the meat was very well cooked and sauses were tasty too. Good quick bite place.
What an awesome little Lebanese joint. Having lived in the Levant and growing up around Lebanese food (my best friend is Lebanese) this really make me feel at home! Awesome felafel wraps, stunning grilled fish and lovely people.
Ya Hala is my favourite Lebanese joint in the area, but we had eaten there just the day before and I received some "gentle" suggestions to try something new.
It had been a long day and I just wanted to pick up a takeaway before heading home.
The place seats about 20 and is clean with an appetising looking counter out front which displays all the proteins that can be grilled. Their fresh vegetables look very fresh, unlike some fast food chains that we avoid :)
Picked up a a large mixed shawarma (chicken and lamb) which was very filling in itself. The grilled seabass was very fresh, but seasoned only with salt - they did provide garlic mayo and a chilli sauce to go with it, which helped add dimensions to the flavour. The grilled sea bass came with a choice of rice or chips and salad.
The rice was a mix of rice and vermicilli (tiny string noodles).
I asked for a lemon and mint juice while we were waiting for our fish to be grilled. Low on sugar and really sour - it gave me my full quota of Vitamin C for the week. It wasn't unpleasant, but it was mouth puckering.
The food was good, but Ya Hala will remain my favourite.
Best falafel wrap and grilled fish mixed grill also very tasty as they marinate all in their own receipie, try their feesh juices with it, good atmosphere
I really like this place. Very small restaurant without any pretending. Simple food with great portions.
Staff is always very friendly and helpful to choose the right food. I've been several times at very different timing and the food is always freshly cooked. If you like this kind of food this is your place. You will enjoy.
Authentic food at a reasonable price. Fresh and delicious, the food didn't take long at all, service with a smile, ample portions of food served. A new favourite of mine. The place is small but the food makes up for it.
Absolute gem of a place.. The staff and chef are superb.. The food is top drawer stuff... Cant rate highly enough..
Best Lebanese restaurant in London. Great quality of food and friendly staff
Very delicious food with good flavours for a sensible price (for London). The service is friendly and quick. Taste the chicken shawarma wrap (large is 4.95 GBP). Card is accepted.
Took over 20 mins to cook the below, tasty and nice, good cosy environment.so if you have a short lunch may want to plan in advance
A lovely place to have breakfast and the portion is huge for just £6.50. Can be shared between two person.
Very good food and friendly service. Can be crowded during meal time. Open till late. We have a mixed grill plate and a grilled fish plate. A most satisfying meal followed by a cup of mint tea.
I had a 25-min interchange layover at Paddington around dinner time so I strolled around the vicinity of the station and found this grill restaurant. They prepared my mixed grill dinner as quickly as they predicted (10min) and I had a nice meal on the train: lamb, chicken, sausage, rice, and lots of salad. Would recommend.

Great hole in the wall, quick service and good food in a get-in get-out neighbourhood. Wraps, burgers, and sandwiches are great when you're in a rush.
It was so delicious and the staff very engaged. Most other restaurants were already closed.
Really tasty food and friendly service! Ate there twice while staying a couple of days in Paddington :)
Very friendly and excellent food , superb extra spicy sauce.
