The morning tea was so gorgeous and very filling. Definitely give this place a try if you are looking for a morning/afternoon tea experience. The mini croissant was to die for!!!

It is very sweet place. They are famous with their cupcakes. We tried autmn harvest cupcake and smashed avacado&feta toast. Both of them were really tasty. Generally people wait outside for sitting but we were lucky that we sat without waiting.

Did two other way more expensive Afternoon Teas during our trip yet Peggy Porschen Belgravia took 1st place hands down! Friendly staff and great/fast service, delicious bites/tea (my fave was the pumpkin loaf and autumn cupcake- so yummy!) and the decor/atmosphere was beautiful. Definitely recommend to give them a try and make a reservation in advance (We visited on a Wednesdayand they were still pretty busy).

Always had a lovely experience here and this visit was made even more special by the exceptional customer care given to us by Chi Chi, the waitress allocated to our table. She was very attentive and went over and above. I shared it was my birthday and was pleasantly surprised with a candle in a macaroon when she and another colleague served our order.
Both my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our cream teas with pots of Earl Grey. The tea was hot and the scones fresh and lovely texture. The cream teas include two scones, generous portions of clotted cream and strawberry jam, with a pot of tea per person. Chi Chi took some lovely photos of us with my mobile phone. The pretty faux floral decors made a lovely backdrop.
I would recommend booking online to ensure you're not dissapointed by just turning up, though I noticed there were extra pavement area tables. I booked the same morning for 12 noon. You can choose from either locations and are required to use a bank card to secure the booking. There's a payment penalty for not showing up.
Overall the whole team were friendly, welcoming and so pleasant. My friend was so impressed she plans to treat her granddaughter to her first afternoon tea here in the near future. Well done Peggy and team.

The location was quite convenient and the store very instagram worthy. Definitely recommend to book a table in advance if you want the full indoor experience!

Omgeee, I've dreamed of visiting a Peggy Porschen shop for over 10yrs. I remember reading her cake book and wishing I could visit her shop one day. So, I couldn't leave London without stopping by one of her shops.
The hostess was kind enough to squeeze me in at a pretty marble table inside. The staff keeps quite busy. The shop is bustling and so is the quaint neighborhood that surrounds it. Thank you to the nice young lady at the door, she was kind and helpful.
The summer berry iced tea was delicious. I also ordered the Glorious Victoria Sponge.
The shop is made of pretty pink and floral dreams.

Came to this gorgeous cafe as a solo trip for brunch during the Belgravia in Bloom festival. Beautifully decorated cafe displaying their range of delectable cakes, very pleasant and professional staff. I had the avocado and feta toast followed by one of their seasonal cupcakes. All delicious. I'll definitely be back. A highly recommended experience.

Look at this amazing afternoon tea! Every single item on that platter was absolutely delicious. We were stuffed, and the staff kindly packaged the few remaining cakes in a gorgeous box and bag. The team were friendly, throwing in a birthday candle for my wife and offering to take pictures. The pride that the whole team take in the parlour and kitchen are apparent, and it felt like a real treat. Oh - and a great selection of refillable tea.

This place is a girly, pastel princess dream cone true. You can't miss it - you literally can't because it looks like it came out of a Disney movie.
We reserved a table for high tea in advance online, which is highly recommended because they have limited seating and are buzzing. You can choose between different time slots and a vegetarian option.
Their high tea menu is seasonal, and for what you get fairly priced (especially considering London prices).
The service was super attentive and friendly. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and would definitively come back!

The service here is super bad, examples being as soon as you get seated you will not be given time to breathe and relax as well and you will be asked to order like immediately. The staff person came like 5 times within 2-3minutes asking us for our order. The coffees were not too great. And while we were in middle of conversation while having coffee and cakes. A lady from the staff cameup and without asking us started taking the plates from the table which already had cake left on it then we asked her to not take it since we were still having it. Lastly we were a group of 6 friends who went there and grabbed a seat at outdoorseating, one of the friend went to use the toilet and one of the staff member came and without asking us just took away her seat and walked. Very bad experience for us. Would not recommend.
Affordable way to go out in London, meet amazing people and have a great night out. The venues are fun and the hosts/organises super friendly, especially Matt and Alex.

We visited the insta famous Peggy Porschen for a sweet treat on a recent trip to London Town and whilst the venue frontage is lovely and my cupcake was scrumptious I didn’t enjoy my husbands cake selection which had a really overpowering flavour of elderflower. <br/>The choice was difficult with so many tempting options and so we sought recommendations from staff. All of the cakes looked stunning in the cabinet but with the hype so elevated I’m not sure it delivered

But the service can improve a lot.
A couple of your employees were really nice and pleasing and I appreciate that.
If you want your customers to follow your rules there are plenty of nice ways to put them forward. It is not nice to ask the customer to leave the shop when they are in the middle of choosing sth to buy. This happened not only with us but also with the customers after us. And please try and place your "one in one out" display somewhere visible.

Just take a photo of the shop from the outside, I wouldn’t bother going in! We had the most terrible service and felt very very unwelcome! The staff were rude, didn’t want to be there and frowned at every person that came in to the shop. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience at all. So much effort has been put into the shop and the cupcakes but the staff really let it down. It doesn’t take much for good customer service.

An absolutely gorgeous place to visit, the service is just lovely. We were seated outside because the place inside was packed, and they provided the cutest blanket to keep us warm. Now when it comes to cakes, the only one I tried was the lemon and raspberry slice, it did not taste fresh at all, the macaron on the other hand tasted really good and fresh and finally coffee was very good as well!

So finally went to this cafe and it’s definitely a influencer best dream. There was a line however we managed to get a table outside and since the weather was quiet pleasant we enjoyed it too. The staff is very courteous and helpful too. I can only imagine the number of photos they take of other everyday. Anyways we ordered the lemon cake and another Easter themed one. I LOVE lemon cake and this was the best one I have ever eaten. The Easter themed one had chocolate inside and it was quite good too. The caramel flavour is highly suggested too.

I visited this lovely cafe a few months back. I've been seeing it on London vlogs and I was really interested to come here. I had heard soo much about this place that when I went in my expectations were already pretty high. I’m so glad that it turned out even better than I expected. I assumed it would be the sort of place that is only fancy and pretty but the food was actually super tasty and extremely delicious. I had a vanilla cake and a strawberry cupcake and strawberry ice tea/ lemonade. Every item was extremely delicious the cakes were super soft and creamy. The cafe is so cute and well decorated and I took loads of photos. It was an amazing expereince

One of the cutest places I've have ever been in London. Almost everything is pink and white and all the cupcakes, cakes and cookies will make you fall in love just for looking at them. Get ready for a long time waiting, once the space inside is really small. Even for take away takes a lot of time. But in the end it's totally worth it. Everything is of course a little bit overpriced, for instance a simple cupcake for take away is 4,5ÂŁ but you will be paying the all "Peggy Porschen experience" with a cute bag and box.

The interior is sweet but small, it may be tricky to get a table, especially considering the popularity of this place. <br/>Also, getting a photo at the front of the cafe is a mission in itself. <br/>Overall, a beautiful attraction, with well made coffee.

The place has a huge fan base. Alot of people come across the world to get the taste of bakery or even just for a picture infront of this beautiful place. Peggy’s is teeny-tiny, lots of tables to sit outside - none inside. It is nice to sit down have a cup of tea or two and share a slice of cake. The cakes are rich and heavy - we definitely recommend sharing. <br/><br/>TIP: Want to avoid the queue for cake? Don’t need a photo of Peggy’s instaworthy floral arrangement? Its like a real life version of a cafe from a fairytale. The cakes and macaroons are delicious. The coffee is so soft and makes you want to drink it more. The most famous Instagram approved cafe. <br/>It has such a warm entrance which steals the show. <br/>It's themed after Candy Colour scheme. <br/>With a limited amount of seating indoors and outdoors Peggy Porschen has an amazing interiors. <br/>I had a Chocolate Truffle Cake and Hot Chocolate which tasted delicious. <br/>Hot Chocolate is the best thing apart from the Mouthwatering Cakes that I would suggest. <br/>

One of the best cupcake stores I've visited. I had this place on my To-Go List since I was back in India and I'm finally glad to make it here! The outlet is at Victoria, the prettiest pink store with gorgeous decorations. Undoubtedly I had the red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting. <br/>The cupcake was big and the frosting was just perfect. I'm sure I'm gonna drop by here once everytime I'm going to London now.
Cute place, pastel coloured tea cups and plates, delicious cupcakes (tried the salted caramel chocolate cupcake because it was recommended) and nice warm tea. Like the cupcake because the sweetness wasn't too overwhelming ('cause salted caramel tends to taste very sweet) and the cake itself was nice. Loved the topping too. It's a nice place for a dessert and tea break in a cool sunny day.

Such a cute little cafe. The cakes were absolutely delicious and the caramel tea was so yummy. I loved the cakes so much I ended up taking some home with me. The staff were really lovely and super friendly. The only complaint I have about Peggy Porschen cakes is that it's a pretty small cafe with only 5-6 little tables for two people each so it gets packed pretty quick, wish it was a little bit bigger. However, I will 100% recommend this place to everyone with a sweet tooth and a love for cakes. I will most certainly come back again. Loved this place ❤️️

A fairytale bakery that transports you to cake-land.<br/><br/>Since buying the book 'Boutique Baking' by Peggy a few years ago, with it's cutesy illustration of the shop adorning the front cover, I've always wanted to step inside. <br/><br/>The pretty pink exterior catches your eye, curiosity takes over and before you know it, your face is on the window - peering in to a deliciously decadent display of cakes. Carefully manoeuvring around the door, tables and customers to find my spot in the queue, I finally catch a glimpse of the flavours whilst my partner in crime nabs us a table. It's a tough decision when you have about 15 flavours to narrow it down from and then is it cake slice? cupcake? cookie? meringue? I would have loved to try them all but today I was being 'sophisticated and reserved'. <br/><br/>We had a slice of salted caramel layer cake and a gingerbread cupcake, with a latte and vanilla latte to sip alongside.  Luckily, my sidekick let me try hers and reluctantly vice versa :-P both were yummy and a perfect pre-shopping treat.<br/><br/>The staff were friendly and efficient, prices reasonable considering PP has made such a big name for herself (our total was around £12) and if you go downstairs to the loo you can catch a glimpse of the kitchen where the bakers have their spirit levels out, creating perfection.<br/><br/>A must try for a slice of cake heaven.
I went to Peggy porschen to kill some time because of the great location near victoria coach station. When I saw the cupcakes I thought they look so pretty I had to try. But here's my problem with cupcakes, I always think their flavour almost never match the looks so I was ready to be disapointed. The firts bite I gave I realize I could not be more wrong. I asked for the chocolate salted caramel. The cake was amazing, soft and fluffly, the frosting was unbeliveble, not too sweet, just the right amount and in the middle there was a bit of liquid caramel that took the cupcake to another level. Amazing, best cupacake ever, so good I ended up buying Peggy porschen cupcakes book the next day!
