Best pizza I've ever had and the service was great! Pavol I believe was the waiter who went the extra mile to make my 8 year old daughter really enjoy her visit ! Great place well worth a visit

My 9 year old niece wanted the alcoholic cocktail me and my sister were drinking, so the staff went out of their way to make her a mocktail that looked identical. Service amazing, food great

This is an authentic italian restaurant located on greenwich pier next to the cutty shark with a river view.
My experience was good and the raviolli di capra was tasty.

Most unique branch with its quirky interior, although it is quite small. The staff were very friendly with helping us decide on what to order. We were very pleased with our order and enjoyed our time sitting and enjoying the window view also. If you're around Greenwich I would definitely recommend coming here for lunch if you're craving authentic Italian food!

The ambience is quite nice~warm and friendly. The waiter did take a while to get to us though.
We ordered 2 starters and 3 main meals. The food didn't take too long to come. The fondue was good, but the highlight was the bread rather than the cheese itself. The shocker was the bruchetta. Not that it wasn't good, but it was a child like portion for a double adult price. The waiter was kind enough to take that off the bill for us as we were clearly unsatisfied with it, which was nice.
I ordered the vegetarian calzone filled with mushrooms and as a mushroom lover I was very satisfied. Another ordered the starrozaressi pesto pollo and she enjoyed that too. While the third order the pizza rustica pescatore, of which the prawn side was clearly lots tastier than its crabby side. Lol. The portions were quite filling and we were stuffed.
The menu has a nice variety of Italian dishes. Definitely worth a visit.

Had a delightful lunch with a beautiful view of the river Thames. The restaurant is located right beside the Greenwich Pier. The new antipasti garlic bread was a brilliant starter to share with. The king prawn linguine and pepperoni pizza were also delicious as a main course. Unfortunately, we were too full up for dessert. We had our meals in the outdoor area upstairs where you can also view the majestic Cutty Sark. Perfect spot. Friendly staff. Will definitely come back .

Great view of the Thames from the top floor (wheelchair accessible). It was a little noisy sat next to the plate return area, Also 3 items ordered were not correct - we were a party of 5 adults and 2 children. The food was lovely though and not too expensive considering the location.

Restaurant and facilities (toilets) are looking a little tired, however it's the location that sells it for sure, seconds from the Cutty Sark and Thames Clipper stop. Service was really good, and able to cater for Gluten Free requirements (although you don't get a separate menu, you need to review it online on Zizzis website). Food was nice, wasn't bad but not a clear "I've got to come back". However, my mum's gluten free pasta was very tasty! I should have asked where they get the pasta from.

Delicious vegan lasagne- even I am not vegan and I need to admit this one was really tasty. Prawns pasta was just right but only 4* as I ate better ones, could add a bit of garlic to it to boost taste. Staff was polite and professional. We sat upstairs with nice river view, this is definitely family place, lost of children. Toilets door are very heavy and difficult to open. Overall nice place and food.

Really enjoyable experience at Zizzi! Seated on the rooftop which had fantastic views over the Thames. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were given some complimentary pasta crisps which were good, followed by two large and delicious pizzas. Will certainly come again, especially if the sun is shining for the rooftop seats!

TLDR; Good ambience, helpful staff, great views and tasty Italian food. Costs 40-50£ for 2 people ordering 2- starters/mains. Date of visit: 16/05/2023 Full version: Visiting Zizzi has always been a pleasurable experience. The restaurant itself had a stylist decor, comfortable seats and a relaxed ambiance. Must say the attention has been put In tasteful lighting, comfortably well-spaced seats, ensuring a overall comfortable dining experience. Taking about the menu, Zizzi has a lot of options including traditional Italian options along with modern infusions. And a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan as well. The pizza we ordered had a thin crust and the topping were fresh and flavourful. The pasta we ordered was tasty and authentic. The staff members were attentive, asking for any allegories, eager to help with any questions or specials requirements. One thing that stood out to me was the attention to requirement. I was trying to order a chicken pasta (and chose an option which includes pork/ham which I wanted to avoid) and waiter immediately informed me the ingredients and confirmed if that’s what I wanted. Thanks to that person for saving me and helping order what I wanted. And if you grab one of the window seats, you get a view of the Greenwich pier along with the Canary Wharf views along the Thames river which immediately enhances ur dining experience. Overall Zizzi Greenwich is a fantastic option whether you’re looking for a casual dinner or a cosy lunch. I would revisit the place and highly recommend anyone looking for Italian food. Note: we ordered 2 starters and 2 mains and paid around 50£.

We had such a lovely treat when we visited last. The food was stunning and the service.was amazing Special thanks to Ishu for.lopking after us so well. The specials are great especially the croquettes and we tried the Chianti ragu pasta which was amazing. The kids menus are brilliant and they gave them crayons for the kids to enjoy so we could relax. Great location and great meal

Came here for late lunch last weekend and enjoyed the experience overall. Service was friendly and particular staff engaged with our baby which was nice. Pizzas were delicious and we had a nice table overlooking the river. We liked the buzzy but not too noisy atmosphere in this restaurant. Only reason I'm not rating five stars is because the high chair we were provided with was covered in tomato sauce from a previous child which wasn't overly pleasant or hygienic. Would still go again and would recommend.

Excellent dinner. We shared the prawns on a skewer for starters and all had pasta to follow. All tasty and fresh. The Malbec was great. Nice efficient service. Exceeded my expectations for a chain restaurant. Fabulous views over the River. Recommended.

We had a lovely view of the river from the upstairs room. The food was good and the waiter very attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs and preferences. Nothing was too much trouble. He interacted with the children, too, making it an enjoyable family experience. We didn't feel rushed over our meal. I would recommend a visit.

River Thames and Canary Wharf views. Lovely to watch the sunset over London in the distance. Great food. Pavel our waiter was brilliant. He had amazing customer service and was very polite. Nothing was too much trouble. It was great he took the time to make conversation with us and other customers in the restaurant which is great to see these days.

This place has a combination of good view, good food and perfect service. The restaurant is in walking distance from the Old Royal Naval College and it has a rooftop with the view of both River Thames and Cutty Sark, the food is great and the waiter is the most friendly waiter I have met in London.

A really great view of the river and the city from the second floor. Nice food, the pork belly is a good dish if you are a meat eater or the goat cheese ravioli if you are vegetarian.

Nice terrace with the view of the Cutty Sark, the river with the busy pier. Food was good. Pleasant and attentive staff. I particularly liked the ease of sending my food order to the kitchen and paying online by scanning the barcode. You don't have to wait for staff to take your order or get you the bill. It was a beautiful Thursday evening hangout with a friend on the terrace till the rain visited.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming Italian restaurant located on the banks of the River Thames, and it was an experience worth sharing. Zizzi Greenwich is not just for adults; it's a family-friendly establishment. They have a dedicated Bambini kids menu, making it ideal for family outings. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff create a comfortable dining experience for all ages. During my visit, I had the pleasure of dining al fresco on their outdoor terrace. With the sun shining and a gentle breeze from the river, it was the perfect setting for a leisurely meal. The outdoor seating area adds a touch of magic to your dining experience, especially on sunny days.
