A go to breakfast place to start a beautiful day. Absolutely delicious , indulging, fresh and filling. Great ambience, reasonable prices and optimal hygienic conditions.
Can’t remember what these orders were called but I thoroughly enjoyed them 😍😍 Staff were extremely friendly, and had a positive atmosphere. We were served in a timely manner, and ofc the food was exceptional
My old dutch k bakery products Sai me laajawab hai. Yaha par aap ek baar to jarur aaye. Yaha k bakery products ka taste sahi me mast h . Kensington me h ye jgah
I have had My Old Dutch on my list for yonks. It's probably not the sort of place I'd normally seek out but I do love pancakes. Finally I got around to going for dinner before heading out for the evening. I was kind of in the middle of a health kick so I ordered more modestly than I might otherwise have. ...
Small cute place the pancakes are delicious and huge. It was good experience to go there, but in my opinion is not a must. The staff are okay, they get the job done
This was one of the first few places I visited in London and I absolutely enjoyed it. They have a cute decor with extremely welcoming and friendly staff.
We always have a savoury and a sweet pancake. The savoury being egg florentine( which was a safe option) or my old Dutch. (The best of their menu)
I loved the sweet pancakes owing to my sweet tooth. We had Nutella pancake with ice cream and nuts. I definitely liked fluffy pancakes over Dutch style pancake but everybody’s taste differs.
Their portions are huge and filling. It’s an absolute steal to go on Monday’s as they have Monday madness when a part of the menu is reduced to 5 pounds a pancake.
What a concept! My Old Dutch is one of the pioneers in pancakes and tasty things. Offering a very creative menu, it is the place to be visited by all ages and categories of people. The most common mistake that visitors fall into is their prediction of dishes' size. If you have never been part of a similar experience, you will not believe that dishes of this size do exist, so it is better to beware of ordering.
We ordered the following dishes:
-My old dutch pancake: The best!
-Asparagus pancake: a very tasty and lighter one
-Four cheese pancake: tasty and rich in flavor
-Some Like it Hot pancake: can be better than this
-Banana, nuts and chocolate sauce pancake: regular taste
-Nutella pancake: a very tasty one
-1 Cappuccino: regular taste
-1 Ferrero shake: pure pleasure!
All food and drink orders were really satisfying and we were so full.
The service needs improvement as the waitress is not at all interactive with customers: no smile, no discussion and no recommendations.
I recommend My Old Dutch for friends willing to be part of a special pancake experience.
Halal chicken- happy to note that they serve halal chicken. On the day I ordered salmon, scrabbled eggs and pancake with maple syrup. Loved it. Pretty good service and basic ambience.
Smoked Salmon and My Old Dutch are their best pancakes. I highly recommend them. If you go on a Monday(except for Bank holiday Monday), they serve pancakes for just 5.25£, which is an amazing deal for such good food.
Best pancakes ever.
My old Dutch pancake located in good location in London ( King Road). Staff very friendly. Restaurant is very buy. I went their to have my breakfast and was very fresh and delicious food. Definitely I will visit again and it's highly recommended
My Old Dutch is a family-friendly, Dutch (duh) inspired/themed pancake house (or creperie) in Church Street, just off High Street Ken. The interior is cheerfully decorated in bright colours, orange (for obvious reasons) being the most dominant. Their Indian dosa sized pancakes have the texture and consistency of a crepe, and are served with an assortment of sweet or savoury fillings making them as good as a main as they are a dessert. The coffee and hot chocolate they serve are very good too making My Old Dutch a colourful option to the oh-hum high-street coffee shop franchises. Service is good, attentive and fast. Worth a visit.
Waste NOT. Want NOT.
Pancakes – an all-time favourite no matter you are a kid or grown-up. Whether it be for breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea or dessert, it’s something that surely puts a smile on your face. My Old Dutch is a pancake house in London offering an extensive variety of pancake dishes to you. Their menu includes savoury and sweet pancakes as well as a selection of salads, traditional Dutch starters and desserts. That being said, you get to enjoy a full pancake packed meal at this place at any time of the day.
On my very last day in London I decided to have something different for my breakfast. Thus, I visited My Old Dutch for to add little bit of sweetness to my morning dose of food. I ordered Apple and Cinnamon Pancake with Cream and my cousin ordered a customized pancake with ice cream and honey. When they served us the cakes, I was really surprised with the big size of the pancake. I have never seen such a big pancake before in my life. And then I tasted it and my surprise changed into some other satisfying feeling which only comes by eating the best of the foods. I am definitely visiting there again!

I love pancakes. My idea of a perfect weekend is going for a multi-course brunch where you can have pancakes as pudding. JUDGE ME ALL YOU LIKE I’M HAPPY. And it was on a plan-free Sunday that I decided to visit My Old Dutch – an eatery dedicated entirely to pancakes – to indulge my love of this fine foodstuff.
So my first day in London, my friend took me to here for brunch. I was surprised by the size of the pancakes that were brought out (photos show the #nutellapancake and the #waffleswithberry), definitely worth the money. They were pretty good too. Coffee is not the same as Melbourne coffee, but certainly better than a few other coffees I've had on my way here :) Customer service is also great.
This was the first time that i had been to Old Dutch Kensington.
I can say that this one is way better than the one in Kings Road; in terms of taste and service.
We had scotch pancakes (which is the american type if pancakes, not crepes!), one savoury with eggs and bacon, the other one was with maple syrup, chocolate chips and banana. Loved them both!
Went for breakfast today. Very good service but the pancake filling looked rather sad and lonely! Delicious though! Their sweet pancakes are much better though
Would still recommend it though!
Great pancakes, excellent value for what you're getting (Pancakes are 20 inches across). Will definitely return.
First time there in October - so good. I had the banana/chocolate with ice cream and my friend the Nutella one. Would go back as a novelty meal.
Not bad at all. Bit expensive for what they serve so don't go there really hungry. Although the pancakes are large they are not very filling. Good atmosphere and nice, helpful staff.
I would still prefere Le Petit Bretagne for the pancake fever but the orange color around, favorable service and nutella all around you might cheer you up - not a bad choice at all for pancake brunches. the orange juice is not fresh, just tropicana served in a glass so beware for drink orders.
Best place for Sunday pancake brunch with family! Better book ahead as it gets busy, and build your own pancake! Salmon with mushrooms is delicious and should be definitely tried
Today was my first time visiting here and I absolutely loved it , the maple syrup and cream waffle was so yummy. However it is quite pricey.
Despite the fact that this is a pancake house, I decide to try their waffles. I ordered a maple syrup waffle, which was delicious. I am not a huge fan of pancakes, however it was a convenient location.
I'm a fan of the classics...so when I saw that banana waffles are on the menu, well I just had to get them. I got a nice tall stack of waffles that were perfectly moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside with a generous portion of bananas and my favorite breakfast topping: maple syrup. I dowsed my waffles in maple syrup and allowed every nook and cranny of the delicious waffle to be flooded with the sugary goodness. It was perfect.
This is my favourite dessert place. I love the interior of the restaurant and the way their desserts are presented in blue and white traditional delftware plates making it a more enjoyable experience. They offer delicious pancakes as well as savoury options such as fried Dutch cheese parcels. They also have a gluten free menu for those who prefer gluten free meals. Although it can be pricey I would recommend My old Dutch mainly for their desserts as I'm not a fan of their breakfast or cafe menu.
My Old Dutch is a lovely place. Welcoming atmosphere.
I was craving for something sweet and I decided to go for crepes, which are one of my favorite food-breaks when around the city. I ended up in South Kensington and the place looked very attractive so I decided to try it out.
I ordered a crepe with chocolate and cinnamon. It was delicate, palatable, and of a very generous size. I would suggest going to the place for breaks because it is very pleasant and not expensive. It should not cost you more than 15 £.
In 2 words, CUTE and DISTINCTIVE
I stumbled upon My Old Dutch by accident after being struck by a sudden dire for something sweet.
From the outside the restaurant looks cute and dainty but inside there is surprisingly much space. I also was amazed by the range of options on the menu and couldn’t decide between the sweet and savoury options so I went for something in between: the Amsterdammer (a pancake with bacon and maple syrup), which was delicious.
The atmosphere is very European and homely and the portions are generous and well presented. I would recommend the Old Dutch for a small group who are looking for a bit of comfort food, particularly now that we are coming to winter season. It is a great pick-me-up from the cold.
Cost: £10-£15pp
After a nice meal we decided to go for some dessert and found ourselves in My Old Dutch, if you like crepes this is the place to come! Ive always been a savoury type of girl when it comes to pancakes, but considering this was dessert i opted for the 'compote of berries', first of all i love how big it is! I mean its practically another meal, which was totally fine by me! But also the hotness of the berries and pancake contrasted with cold ice cream really went down a treat! I am yet to return to try more on the menu which has traditional choices as well as new inventive ones such as 'chilli con carne'
Lovely place with plenty of seating, I had the vegan savory pancake option with vegan shake. The pancake is a crêpe consistency with loaded toppings. The pancake is huge and very filling 😋
Nice decor inside and service was great and friendly.
Facilities are good and located on the lower level.
Love the food from the savoury to the sweet pancakes. The staff is very nice and the design is so pretty. Highly recommended
Lovely little joint for some pancakes - the service of the food was very fast! We both had a milkshake which was really good. The pancakes were delicious but slightly expensive for what they are - it's a pricey area though.
We would love to come again and try the sweet pancakes next time.
I've been dreaming of going back here since the first time I visited 3 years ago - the pancakes are that good. They definitely lived up to my memories and I think I went to pancake heaven. Highly recommend the savoury pancakes with a sweet pancake to share as dessert! (warning: pancakes fill you up more than you think! leave a bit of time to get over the food coma)
Always a treat to be at My Old Dutch.
Visited this outlet for the first time and they didn't disappoint. Ordered ourselves a Kasaballen (one of my fav. Places for cheese balls in London) and a choose your own topping butterscotch pancake stack. The ambience of the place is quite good too.
Would definitely recommend a visit to any of their outlets.
Nice cosy place, friendly staff, reasonable prices for the area, we will visit again to try other sweet and savoury stuff on the menu as we felt there's more they can offer. We ordered compote berries and waffle nuts, cream and chocolate. Lovely coffee.
It was first time to take my whole family there,
We had a great time, great food and amazing staff members.
Mistakenly I booked this location, I was looking for the other one in Kensington and when went there, they said I don’t have a reservation with them, because I booked at the other location.
I called the team in Holborn and they have been so kind to keep our reservation, we reached there within 30 min.
That’s great customer service. Thank you to everyone there.
They have been so friendly.
Wow! Me and my partner came here for the 1st time and we were so shocked to find out how good pancakes are.
I would highly recommend the food, waitress could have done with a smile though.
Amazing gluten and dairy free pancakes - a must visit for anyone with food intolerances if you’re in the area (Eg visiting one of the museums), and beautifully located next to the park
Nice little restaurant just off High Street Kensington. They had a wide selection of crepes, both sweet and savoury as well as smoothies and milkshakes. The crepes weren’t exactly piping hot, and the savoury one that I bought wasn’t exactly to my taste. However, that’s not to say that their sweet crepes were lacking. The sweet crepes that some other customers had looked amazing, and I would definitely get one of those should I go there again. No NHS/blue light discount.
The Old Dutch never let you disappointed, their pancakes are quite tasty and despite the look they are a good portion. I'd recommend trying the Greek one. The staff is pretty friendly and efficient.
Top quality pancakes whether butterscotch sweet or savoury. Portions aren't very big for what you're paying but the quality makes it more than worth it. I colourful decor and flower theme is a delight for the eyes making the experience all the more special. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return!
Went here for lunch today. It was not busy so that was nice. The food was good as always they make tasty pancakes. I have the four cheese and my friend had the chilli con carne. Service was good too always smiling and friendly. They redecorated last year I believe. A neighbourhood favourite!
Amazing crepes as always. I would recommend comming earlier in the day so they have all the ingredients for the crepe you want. I should note the crepes are really big but they are super thin.
Great food, fresh and clean and super friendly staff, you won't leave hungry!

Really enjoyed our visit. The food was very tasty and the staff were helpful and attentive. The pancakes are a lot more filling than you might think as well. Very enjoyable.
Good price for London. Big portions. I would have liked the berry compote to be a little more mushy and sweeter, it was a little tart especially for breakfast. Savoury crepe was lovely. Ambient wa good and staff were friendly. Good location
Nice pancake place. I got the traditional my old Dutch pancake. I would come back to get the buttermilk ones. Pancakes are half price on Mondays.
