Fish Sando 8/10 - mvp of the day with the right crunch and perfectly compatible combo of taste and ingredients. True to its name, this japanese style dish was minimalist to its core. Using the right ingredients and cooking time, the flavours had been perfect for me. Also it's big enough for 2. The
It’s worth the queue! The food is awesome, kinda like the normal London brunch classics but with a twist. Defo get some of their hash browns, they are awesome. Coffees are great, all the mains are awesome, we got some of the veggies too. Total came to about £50 for two people with a tip. Very relaxe
Had a lovely brunch here on a Friday morning at 10am, mention this as we had to wait about 5 minutes for a table, whereas when we left the wait seemed to be much longer. Food here was great! The coffee was super well roasted. Poached eggs were amazingly cooked and paired well with our dishes. Sugges
Came across this hidden gem while visiting the area. This is the only place in England that I have come across in 5 years that serves cornbread! Which as an American, is one of my favorites; and the bread was spot on! Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Such a fantastic brunch spot in Balham. It’s so amazing to have this on our doorstep. The food here is different but so delicious. #1 thing to recommend is their iced coffee in a bottle, it’s incredible. We had a Friday brunch here, and I had the sweetcorn fritters which were so good. I will come
Delicious food. Brilliant staff (just good people, helping other shop owners in the rain). Very busy at the weekend but perfect Monday mornings.
Milk Cafe is a trendy cafe in London that serves up delicious food and drinks. The cafe has a wide selection of coffees, teas, and smoothies. The cafe is located in a popular area of London, so it can get quite busy, especially on weekends. If you want to avoid the queues, I recommend getting there
Attended on Remembrance Sunday, there was a good amount of people waiting to be seated, however the staff were attentive and ensured they let you know how long a wait might be depending if you wanted to sit indoors or outside. We had a short 15 min wait. Once inside the staff were superb in letting
Just finished eating here and I have to say that this is one of my favorite breakfast spots so far. They also have great merch!
One of the most popular brunch spots in london! And after visiting, I understand why. Everything was so wonderful. The menu covered all the options that any brit would want for brunch! Hash browns, a breakfast muffin, banana bread & pancakes, salmon with eggs on toast! You cannot go wrong and they h
The busiest place in Balham, daily change of coffee beans. Everything decent, but the waiting times to get the food are killing every possible vibe.
Great place really affordable brunch in London. The pancakes are to die for. Other positions on the menu are equally delicious. The interior has very nice atmosphere and there are many parks around to go after. Coffe is very smooth and silky with delicate taste. Definitely one of the best brunch spo
The long wait on the queue always worth! Best brunch/breakfast in London and the coffee is to die for. Staff is always brilliant, they are fast and this so far is one of the best costumer service I even received in London! I wish I could give a million ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Embark on a flavorful breakfast adventure with an array of delicious dishes! The Fish Sando (£12.10) is a visually stunning dish featuring perfectly fried shokupan bread, housemade tonkatsu, and daikon. However, the red snapper was a bit bland, and its flaky texture did not really work well in a san
Super nice food, juices and coffee. Highly recommend the halva banana bread and the fish sando
Delicious - Def up there with top brunch spots we've visited. Only down side was having to queue outside in the cold as they don't take bookings. Can't fault the food.
I’ve been going to Milk in Balham for a number of years. It’s a fantastic place for breakfast or brunch. There are some stand out dishes such as the Convict, Sweet Maria (sweetcorn fritters and halloumi) and the hash browns with grated cheese. The coffee is also fantastic, the lattes are the creamie
