Oka Barnes - London - Photo album

Oka Barnes is a gem of a restaurant with a wonderful ambiance and ample space. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a delightful place to unwind and enjoy a meal. What impressed me the most was the affordability of their menu. For just $40 per person, I was able to indulge in a sumptuous f
It's 2020 Update: It's been a year since I was last here. Its been a busy year travelling, so nice to check in with the locals. Oka hasn't dissapionted, nice to see they have kept up the high delicious standard. The staff are still very welcoming, good service, great menu and do ask to check fo
I reached out to OKA to help me with a special request putting together a custom sushi "cake" for my partner's birthday. To say the least, I was not disappointed (see pictures!!). The staff were extremely attentive and I got to speak to the chef directly to discuss the ingredients and decorations of
Fresh and delicious food! Although I personally don’t like Asian Fusion quite much(I prefer to east authentic Chinese, Japanese or Korea food), but I can tell from their food that they have put a lot of efforts for making the dishes more enjoyable. The service there is also very nice. Highly recomme
We've ordered from the restaurant's website and had the food delivered. Everything came in perfect condition, the pieces were organised by type on the boxes, not mixed. Very tasty, fresh ingredients. Many sushi restaurants fill the pieces with rice, this one you can actually see a good amount of fis
The perfect cozy place for good causal dinners with friends and family - exceptional food and had best bulgogi beef + the vibe were excellent.
It was our first time eating at OKA and we really loved it. The starters were delicious, we had avocado spring rolls and korean califlower. The main and dessert were also really good. We found the dishes quite unique! Service was great! We'll go back for sure.
Sushi is not authentic and doesn't taste anything like Japan, but they should be commended for experimenting and creating their own sushi with artistic flair and getting it right. Can recommend the jalepeno salmon roll and the salmon truffle roll. Mains were OK, the marmite chicken I liked, but you
Lovely food and efficient service. Menu has enough options without being overwhelming. I had the tempura sea bass which was lovely. Kids chicken option was good too.
Went here for dinner with my daughter. Small yet cozy and very fresh sushi with friendly services for an honest price. The sashimi was also delicious!
This sushi is life-changing! I recommend the baked cookie desert; it is nothing short of sublime and there is great tempura too.
Service was prompt and helpful. Sushi was reasonably priced and fresh. Location is great and within walking distance of a local park. Only complaint is this restaurant can get crowded and a little small for people coming and going.
Delicious. I had visited their Primrose Hill branch numerous times before so I knew what to expect. I was not disappointed. Very nice staff too! It’s not the cheapest but that’s expected too I guess. Will be back
Really good food. Miso soup, marmite chicken, miso black cod and cookie dough are especially good
Great food, welcoming atmosphere and lovely staff. The salmon bites were amazing and the spicy edamame is the best!
V nice waitress and decor lovely only thin being tempura a little thick and does but flavour good!
What a beautiful place, delicious food, good services and a wonderful atmosphere. I recommend it
