We can always rely on Busaba for good, tasty, well cooked food. There is always plenty to choose from on the menu, all very reasonably priced. The service is efficient and friendly and I can thoroughly recommend this place or any Busaba for a great meal.

Great service! We were served by tall Asian guy and he was really kind, friendly and genuinely interested in providing best service possible. Therefore I would really like to praise him high and recommend this place to visit by others if you expect good customer service.
The food came really quick, which was a warning sign, however it tasted really good as usually in this establishment. Prices as always are very affordable and especially nice compared to other more fancy places in the area.

Food and service were good but I really believe that Busaba atmosphere and menu changed too much during the last years. I missed many nice dishes and the contemporary music was inappropriate for the location and concept.

Prefer the seating in this Busaba compared to other branches I have been to. Booths are available as well as more formal seating, I'm not a fan of long benches.
Food is tasty, I've only ever been here on a Sunday when it's not so busy. Service staff are friendly and helpful.
Pad thai is always nice, tom yum isn't the best I've had as it lacks extra ingredients like some other places.
Chocolate fondant desert is a must here.

Lovely restaurant, clean and hygienic, good staff, nice atmosphere and most importantly good food.
Jordan Ali
Food is always great and tasty especially when I eat at the restaurant.

You will be disappointed if you are looking for authentic Thai food. And the coconut rice is way too sweet.

We enjoyed our lunch, tasty food, big portions and a choices for all dietary requirements.
Staff were very polite and attentive and the bill was super low for the amount of drinks and food we had, I would definitely recommend!

Avoid this branch!
Food was bland and not good quality (at the bottom of my pad thai jay there was a big chunk of garlic ?! I unfortunately bit into... bleee).
Service was very poor - first waiting to place an order (I had to stop the floor manager who couldn't care less), then not everything was provided, not once anyone asked about the food, plates were taken without a word. The worst Busaba experience, we will not be coming back to this branch again.

Lovely food, attentive staff. Was undecided on my main and ask the waiter which one. He said without a doubt the ribs as they were his favourite. He wasn't wrong. Really tasty. Needed a little more bread as ran out although better that way tHan the other. Sell Chang beer which I adore.

The food is amazing. Best calamari I've ever had. Not satisfied with service, unfortunately. We had to wait really long to be served and every time we wanted to order some more. I'd recommend if you go for good food!

Appalling customer service, horrified with the the way the "assistant manager" to be told, Mr Jones, treated my partner and I.
We arrived at the restaurant at 18:25 or 18:28, expecting to order from the menu available until 7pm. We wanted the Chicken Laksa Soup, unfortunately we were told the menu wasn't available. We decided to leave the restaurant only to find out only when we were at the door that the menu was available to us.
When we left the table the assistant manager followed us to the door saying that the menu surprisingly was available again, just 3 minutes after I personally asked him about this option.
It's very disappointing that a server has to follow a customer to the door to offer what they requested. Reminding that a customer is not visiting the establishment to do them a favour, we are paying customers who want to be treated fairly and in a reasonable manner.
We had to leave in this occasion, as this has happened before and we were refused this menu in the same circumstances.
After leaving the restaurant I called them back and spoke with their supervisor Sofia, explained the situation and she asked me if I wanted to come back and she would be happy to offer me I wanted, unfortunately I had ordered my food in another place just next door. Totally my choice to leave I know, but it just did not fell good to be refused something I wanted when I left home earlier to be able to order that should be available in the first place.
I went back to the restaurant to complain after I had my dinner in another restaurant, the "assistant manager" and Sofia sat with me my partner to explain why this has happened. There is reasonable reason for this.
In this case we would like to book an appointment to discuss this further with the manager of this restaurant.
Please contact me we need to have a serious talk.

Only reasonable food despite the location and price. Fair enough the service was good and the food came out promptly - but I've had better. Nothing special

Excellent service and food. I often go there for lunch and the food is always so tasty and the staff are amazing

We ordered food delivery from this restaurant. The delivery was over 45 minutes late and only half of the items ordered was delivered. Not only that but the items which were delivered tasted bad. The rice was burned and the chicken tested bad. It was a very bad experience.

Ok food in this Chelsea spot. The best dish was the pad thai. Aside from that most of the food seemed a little overly sauced and not fresh. Decent price but there are batter locations throughout London. Quite disappointing that this isn't great.

Great place to eat Thai food. Portions are rather on the small side and quality can vary too, depending on the chef's mood. Once my padthai was really nice, another time it was quite oily. The cocktails are great, the service staff is very efficient and friendly. Prices are normal. Overall recommendable.

Busaba Eathai have launched their summer menu and boy do they know how to do refreshing and punchy flavours. Having been to Bangkok in their ‘cool’ season earlier this year, and still sweltering in the heat, I can imagine how hot the summers are. So no wander they know what they’re doing when it comes to refreshment.

This was a nice casual dining experience of thai food.

We got some spring rolls, chicken satay and padthai noodles.

I would come back to this place if I am craving Thai, but wont necessarily go around recommending it to people.

This is a good weekday dining experience when you don't know what to do and happen to be in the neighborhood.

Stay hungry my friends!

I'm going to find writing this review a little bit conflicted as the food was so so amazing but the service was so so rubbish! Everything was cooked to perfection the seasoning was perfect the portions were generous but for the life of me I don't think I've seen waiters and staff not give a blinding toss more anywhere then here. And never in my life have I ordered a bottle of wine and had the bottle opened placed on my table and two glasses sat next to it and left to it. I was in giving cutlery to eat with they forgot to bring certain orders they didn't clean up our plates until we finished up puddings and they were from our starters and they were not even busy at the maximum maybe seven tables so not even half full. The only reason I would go back here is purely for the food but I don't have expectations of anything else to be satisfying.

Popped in here for dinner recently. Service was good to start with, but quite slow overall and not as attentive as they could have been. We ordered the chicken satay, matchstick chicken, the green chicken curry and the songkhla red curry with sticky rice, and beers to drink. The food was good, but nothing spectacular. I did quite like the green curry, it was much better than the songkhla red curry. At over 60 quid for a meal for three, I wasn't blown away by the food or the ambience.

Whenever I've visited London (in the last 4-5 years) Busaba Eathai has invariably been the place where we get our first meal. I don't think it's a coincidence when one makes every attempt to do so.

I pretty much only get the Massaman Duck Curry with jasmine rice and Singha beer. I am sure there are some other brilliant dishes on the menu but when you know what you love (and until recently didn't get it in own hometown) then there's no point looking for something else. I have on occasion tried what others who go with me order and those dishes end up tasting very good too. The green curry stands out as well.

Basically I don't think Busaba Eathai can go wrong with anything (food related). An absolute must visit in my books. I am thankful to the food Gods that they have now opened a branch in Dubai.

I love busaba eathai, it had to be the most value for money place to eat on kings road. For starters u cannot miss the calamari it is so good it will light u up. I also recommend the pandan chicken, which I reckon is more Malay than Thai. Main courses I recommend are the chilli prawn fried rice and the chargrilled chicken. All very spicy dishes so watch out! Only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 is because the food all came at the same time! Defeats the purpose of calling them mains and starters?!? My main dish got cold by the time I ate it! Also, although the food is very tasty, once u get home u have a very salty taste and the need to drink lots of water....

This is a really nice restaurant, I actually went last night for the first time and loved it. The ambiance inside is really cool, They have little round candles with little flowers floating in these water filled displays, that line the outer windows. They even have incense in the entrance giving the restaurant this very international feeling to it.

The table concept in the restaurant is quite cool. They have these massive square tables allowing several parties to sit around it; a good and fun way to socialize not only with those who you went out to dinner with but with others as well. The down side to this is that it does get quite loud in there, which can sometimes make it hard to keep up with conversations that you may be having. And this is one of those restaurants that tends to always have a lot of people in it so I do recommend to make reservations before you go.

The food otherwise is very good and service is amazing. I recommend the Phad Thai Jay! and another little perk with this restaurant is that when you order tea they bring out little biscuits to go with it! (and the biscuits are delicious!)

As it has been mentioned before me in a review by Nadia, I also am not the biggest fan of chain restaurants, however Busaba Eathai's an exception and this particular branch has to be my favourite.

The staff are extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The food also is of a high standard as you would expect. The calamari is, in my opinion, the most incredible calamari out there and also comparing with the other sides on the menu it is slightly expensive, but it is definitely worth it.

If your thinking of Thai and have decided to go to a Busaba, or if your around Kings road and fancy Thai, then don't think twice and head down here.

Even though Busaba is a chain, this is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in London. Food is "fusion" so you can expect Thai food with a modern twist. I think the food is very light and healthy and I can go there anytime during the week for a quick snack or a nice dinner over the weekend. The sides are very good, you can take a few of them and call it a dinner :) definitely try the Pandan Chicken, Chicken Satay, Phad Phuk (delicious green vegetables) and the Thai Calamari. Also make sure you try the Guava Collins juice, it's amazingly refreshing!
