Beatrice & Hanifa served me brilliantly well. Fantastic people. I asked for a milk shake but it wasnt available at that time. So,they suggested me a different drink. They made a customised drink for me as per what I like. This made my evening after a long day at work.And that's what I call true cust
Very friendly staff, who serve customers very quickly.
If you plan to get a seat, maybe rethink your plans. The people seem to sit on the seat all day and it is a social spot, they will not move within an hour etc.
And the seats outside of the Pret, you’re definitely not going to get one of those.

Has to be one of my favourite Prets in and around Baker Street/Edgware Road.
Staff are always on point. On one occasion they didn’t have the sides for porridge and offered me a mix nut and raisin bag from the front counter.
That’s being pro active and customer driven and the reason why it’s so bus

This place can be a busy one.but their customer service is commendable. Food is really tasty and affordable. This place very spacious even more than 20 people can sit at once without feeling like they have been crowded.
