Fantastic food, amazing staff
Myself and 3 friends dined here on Wednesday evening. It wasn't my first time, and as always, the food was incredible. The menu is top class, and every course we had was to a very high standard. The staff are also a highlight, they make it an absolute pleasure to dine there. We were served by Denisa and ordered pollo pesto pizza. It was absolutely delicious and good value for money. Definitely coming back.
I'm always a regular customer for Bella Italia Beckton. Always received good service and great food. Very recently they started doing Halal steak. In my opinion, it is a great step for Bella italia. In this area, we can't really find any restaurant where we can eat Halal Steak, I am taking my family next week.
Went for evening meal last nite had salmon and roasted vegatables partner had pizza and salad was very fast service the staff were very friendly the food was amazing and gave us another 40% off main meal voucher off nxt visit we will definitly be going again ���
I went there for family meal. Never knew that they served halal chicken. In this side we don't have any Italian restaurant where we can go as for the religious restriction. It really nice to have this restaurant in our local area. Will definitely come back again. Thanks.

Decided to visit this lovely, large restaurant on Saturday evening with my friend. We arrived about 7pm and placed an order quiet quickly... we were both starving and we kind of knew what we wanted. Sadly it wasn't a great start to our experience... not only the restaurant was super loud due to some clowns upstairs almost destroying the restaurant, we had to wait over an hour for our food (for the same reason, this large party upstairs) and my dish was luke warm. This could have been because my friend had a lasagna and came very hot by default.
However, the way the waiter and manager treated us was top notch! And for those reasons I gave it 4 stars and I would totally recommend this place to families, couples and groups. They truly understand the meaning of customer service, people skills and keeping customers happy. I will definitely come back again!!
I ordered through Deliveroo under their Pinsa Pizza name and I was so impressed! A lot of care went into packing my items and the rectangular pizzas came in perfect conditions inside their designated, beautiful rectangular pizza packaging. The sides also came in cute boxes that snugly fit the portion of the food. Thank you so much for making the fries perfectly golden and crispy as well as delightfully tender inside. My order took under 34 minutes to reach me and that includes production AND delivery. Extremely satisfied with this experience. I ordered between 2 and 3 PM on a Thursday :)
Since I heard that they now serve Halal food I thought I'll check it out. It is also on Meerkats buy on get one free deal on starters, mains and desserts. I have to say they do put more emphasis on the quality of their food than the quantity. That doesn't mean that the portions are skimpy in any way. Most of the meals are adequately portioned and they have been presented very well.
Some items on the menu are worth mentioning like the tempura prawn starters and the sirloin steak (which is also Halal). Others are forgettable, nothing much to talk about.
I would definitely come back and try their pizzas and pastas which they are known for.
Quick Sunday lunch - never been to Bella Italia before so thought let's give a go. Place was quiet and efficiently run by single team member which was impressive. Friendly and helpful. They accept Tesco clubcard vouchers which was a bonus! A meal for 4 ended up under £20 in vouchers!
Great place excellent service. Food was spot on and kids had a whale of a time. To me would be a busy period and didn't have to wait to be seated. I suggest the Pollo fungi Carbonara and pizza.
Lovely food. Service was okay. The 1st lady who served us wasn't very welcoming and came across quite cold towards us. When we asked if they accept tesco voucher the lady(not sure if she is the manager, blonde hair and tied back with eastern european accent). No smile or greeting when we walked in so straight away I was not very impressed and they were so quite at the time! I have worked in luxury customer service/retail industry and I believe it is very important to be welcoming and to smile, say hello, greet your customers and let them know you are there to help. 1st impression makes a huge difference on your experience. We didn't really get this when we walked in, sat down and ordered our food. The second younger lady, longer hair who took over the other lady was more friendlier and more approachable. Other than that, the food was delicious and we can't complain about that!
Went there on a Friday evening with a 50% off voucher. Food was good and the ambiance welcoming and cozy. Staff was friendly but were understaffed. Would have imagined that they would have more folks working on a busy evening. Nonetheless, I will sure to visit again.

Clean restaurant and very friendly staff, huge parking and great discounts but i was shocked by the quality of the food served . It tasted bland and almost like they didn’t care , not what you expect from Bella Italia ( been to other branch’s ) to the point were i didn’t want to complete my food . I don’t recommend this branch.

Even though i mentioned that i didn’t recommend this branch in my last review , i thought of giving it another chance/try . I ordered a mushroom pasta £12 (voucher 😉 ) that was soo bland/dry . Didn’t enjoy it at all. It was just plain pasta with rockets on top. I don’t understand how on earth this place is still open . Second experience here and again the food is not good . Very disappointed seen as i tried again hoping it would be better

They pulling it back !! Halal chicken , this experience which is the third was much better then those before ! Way better . Much needed and appreciated improvement ! Used a 40% discount voucher online . Food tasted very nice and waitress was kind and friendly . On the way from here i hope 🤞🏼! Lets see

This place has improved so much within a short space of time time , a few months ago i gave it a 1 star and now a 5 star ! Well done i recommend this bella italia to everyone and they always have a 40% discount you can use . Excellent and i will for sure be back again ! Thank you 🙏🏼 food 🥘 was cooked amazingly .
I have had breakfast at Bella Italia several times now and its delicious everytime. I always go for vegterian option and pan cakes. Coffee and Tea is also great. Meals cost £5 which is great value for money. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.
Went for dinner, amazing staff and delicious food, enjoyed as per usual.
They do have halal options as well.
Nice lunch experience, they serve halal chicken for the customers with that dietery requirement.
The venue is located in the retail park, loads of parking and close to the shops. The staff at the venue were excellent. We were seated near the windows. The venue is nicely decorated and seats were comfortable. Starters came in good time and mains were served soon after. All in all spent 45 minutes at the restaurant, food tasted great and staff were nice. Will be back.
It's one of our favourite place to eat, my son loves the DOUGH bites.
Amazing staff, came in for late dinner with my family, 8 min for the kitchen to close and they allowed us in without having to given reasons. Brilliant customer service..
Florian was friendly, my kids like him as he was very polite and funny.
Will be visiting again, very soon.
A all time family favourite definitely reccomend, the chicken is halal and there are vegan options. The desserts are lovely especially the panna cota and cookie dough.

Best pizza ever!!!
I always enjoined the food from Bella Italia but their new Pinsa pizza is the next level. It is the perfect combination between the tin base and the delicious topping. They outdid themselves.
