Completely unexpected. I randomly wandered in off the street and was met by the best Indian food I ever had. I love when that happens!!!

This place is very close to vauxhall station. Went on a weekday and told there was 2 hour wait. Went again on a Saturday night and was able to find a table. We ordered paneer chilli masala and bhindi. Both the dishes were amazing and had good quantity. Price is reasonable too. Would definitely come again!

As a started I ordered the Prawn Pathia Puri which consists of prawns cooked in a sweet and sour sauce and served on a Puri bread. I really liked this one. Then I tried their butter chicken. I tasted good but I have tasted better. The place is cozy and the staff is friendly.

Fantastic curry. This is the first time I have had saag in London that hadn't been frozen. It was delicious, sprinkled with delicate slivers of spring onions and (what else?) coriander. For a main dish, I ordered Adha Diya from the Bangladeshi specialities. It came with a piece of nan cooked on top that the waiter broke open for us with a spoon. Then he smiled. Great presentation, great food. I have to admit, I researched Indian food in Westminster, Pimliico, and Chelsea online for an hour, trying to find a restaurant I could easily walk to from my rental flat. Every place had mixed reviews, and it wasn't until the last minute that it dawned on me -- just cross the damn river. Lambeth's Kennington Lane is hardly buzzing with tourist energy, but (from Westminster) the walk along the embankment and across a bridge adds to the pleasure and excitement of a night out.

Really great food. Each course took a little time to arrive but it was clearly freshly cooked and was well worth it. Look for the chef's recommendations.

Decor is decent, the staff not the friendliest but the food is good fair for a good price. Have been there a few times and not been disappointed with the dishes yet.

The best for a hearty meal! The coriander special starter was especially good as well as the noorjahani. Great service throughout, the staff were very attentive, and the dishes came out very quickly, we did not have to wait long. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful, with warm lighting and nicely plated cutlery and food.

A great Bangladeshi/Indian spot in SW London! Perfect for a cozy, casual weekday dinner if you’re after something quick and delicious. My boyfriend and I were ravenous before our meal and felt more than satisfied with the portions and value. Highlights were the mushrooms and Rogan, though the chicken bits could have done with a bit more marinating. The sea bass was well cooked and served as a great accompaniment to our other dishes. Fantastic Pilau rice and garlic naan (as you’d expect). And finally, the server spoiled us with 4 choccie blocks upon leaving, which is the kind of service that always leaves a 10/5 in my books. All in all would recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning :-)

Delicious food - everything we ordered was faultless. Service couldn’t have been better, went out of their way constantly to make sure we were having a good experience. Lovely setting - glassware and plates were particularly nice. Previous take out meals have been good too.

Great “Indian” food on Kennington Road although my suspicion is that it’s in fact run by Bangladeshis as the food is rich, less fatty and is fantastic. A Bangladeshi chicken Dansak can’t be beaten. Staff always great and attentive and food is delicious. One of the best two in London - the other being Palace Spice on Lavender Hill

What a charming place, with a kind sensitive staff. I was on my own. The waiter, named Limon, was excellent at answering all my questions. The food is excellent. The Chilean Cab was really great. They gave me a nice table that I liked. I will go back there every time I return to London. A darling memory. Five stars compared to New York , Boston, Washington, Miami or Paris. Thank you, Coriander.

One of my best restaurant now after eating in this place. I really enjoyed eating there and food was delicious. The decoration is really nice. I liked their food because it wasn’t spicy or greasy. The service was very good too.

When you want to experience the very best an Indian restaurant can provide this is the place to go. Superb food and service, highly recommended. Hadn't been for a number of years but went, as usual, after the T20 at the Oval and essential to book in advance.

Dhaal , paneer , peshwari naan and mushroom fried rice were really nice but the lamb balti curry was average , however, from the photo, it may not look like it but there was a lot of meat which I was happy about.

Nice small place with beautiful athmosphere. Indian music was played quietly in the background. The menu had lots of different options and also offered vegetarian or even vegan dishes. The food tasted very good and was served hot. The portion were not too big. Service was quick and very friendly. I recommend a visit.

If you want to taste authentic Indian🇮🇳 food , I would definitely recommend here. The onion bhajjis were really good. Herabhara kabab and samosa were not that good but ok. The chutneys given were good. The tandoori rotis were good. The subz kofta was good too. The delivery was on time with good packaging. The prices are moderate.

I’ve been coming to The Coriander for a long time. I love it. It’s one of my favorites. The food is great, the service is great and you leave totally satisfied. The chicken tikka masala and the Tandoori mixed grill are my favorites.
