Laduree is a very charming patisserie and tea room located inside of the harrods department store. The interior is very chic and French with white marble counters and gold accents. The ambiance really helps to set the mood for an elegant dining experience. The macarons are renowned worldwide and I can definitely see why! They have the perfect texture with a hard shell and chewy interior. The flavours are very bold and each one is very unique. If you are in London I really recommend you try Laduree out. It will be an experience that you won't forget!

I visited the Ladurée in Covent Garden while I was on tour in England! This was definitely one of my bucket list items😀 i really love macroons and this was certainly the best I’ve ever had. Ordered 8 from different flavors to take away. They we succulent and rich with flavor and so crispy and just melts in your mouth ! Absolutely heavenly. If you are in Covent Garden this is a place you MUST visit! 😊 the box of 8 macaroons were 13 pounds odd. But definitely worth the price!
Unique cafe with special design and decoration. It has comfortable seats. The outdoor area is nice with energetic atmosphere. The menu is diverse. Cesar salad, mini burgers, croque monsieur, sea bass and sea bream are the best. Yummy desserts as well. The service is good.
I absolutely love this, it's probably my favourite place to have tea or a meal in all of London. The service is just amazing, everyone is super helpful and sweet. I always sit outside with whoever I'm with, because they are smoker-friendly and the outside balcony is heated. Besides, if you're still cold, they'll offer you blankets! Just, everything about it is lovely - not to mention the beautiful view over Covent Garden, especially in the winter.
And then, there's the food - everything you can order from their Rose tea, to the Macarons to the club sandwich is superb. Anything you can order seems to just melt in your mouth, but I am really partial to the macarons, as they are defined the best ones I've had in my entire life.
Well, I can just go on and on about this restaurant, but I will just say that it's the best place for any meal in all of London.

The most famous French house of macarons is located in Covent garden in a beautiful and privileged place. The colors of the decoration and the delicate boxes are superb, the staff is not so friendly and that is a negative point!

Ladurée Covent Garden is the perfect place to sit down, relax and enjoy a perfectly brewed pot of tea. We shared tea here countless times whilst travelling in London and even indulged in Afternoon Tea Menu, Croque-Monsieur, Fries and an array of desserts. Be warned the menu is quite pricey for food but definitely worth to try just once. Unfortunately the macarons are a grand disappointment in our experience. After trying macarons in 10 different countries including France, the best macarons can be found surprisingly at La Belle Miette a beautiful Boutique in Melbourne, Australia.
TIP: Do try the Rose Tea it is our favourite! Don't forget to order a Lemon Meringue Tart. Booking is critical! Otherwise 15-20minute wait should be expected- Aww, mannnn!

The Laduree London branch that I visited is tucked away in a little corner in Covent garden. It has unique decor. Pastel green, with touches of cream and pastel pink, which make for a light, dreamy, feminine atmosphere. Laduree was well stocked when I visited, with tons of macaron flavours to choose from. A friendly native french man was serving. I asked him what the most popular items were. He pointed to some chocolate thingy - I can't remember the name. He also said that Isaphan was

Laduree boasts the best macaroons in town and from past experience of buying a box here and there I have always found them to be delicious. I had not yet though been for the full tea and macaroons evening so I was quite happy when my best friend suggested we go there for tea on my birthday.
Being a total girl for a minute, I am a huge sucker for pastel tea cups, vintage decor and pretty colourful sweets. Laduree checks all of the above with the added bonus of it all being French and delicate. Fittingly, their signature tea and macaroon flavour are called Marie Antoinette. So while you let them have cake you can get down to eating all of the yummy macaroons.
The Marie Antoinette tea's main flavours are citrus and rose with a honey aftertaste. It's a strange taste at first but you get used to it and by the end you will me up loving it. The corresponding macaroon is more caramel and vanilla based so in my opinion the rose flavoured one is a much better match and my personal favourite.
There is certainly a difference in flavour when you have the macaroons at the venue instead of buying the boxes. They did taste very fresh and even yummier than usually if that is even possible.
Basically if you're looking for a girly afternoon with your friends you should go there.

HALAL!! What can i say Laduree serves halal chicken, 5 star just on that. From breakfast, lunch to dinner. Amazing feel great place. Almost makes you feel posh. Besides there macaroons. I had the plain omlette stuffed with chicken, spinach, cucumber mixed well with other dressings. To accompany the omlette had french toast. Ive had some nice french toast but this was out of this world. There selection of fine tea is mouthwatering. Need i say anything about the choices of macaroons and its heavenly taste.
My husband and I love this cafe and we go there just for the macarons. We have tried Laduree in Paris and it was by far a much nicer experience, worth the money we paid.
The only downside of Laduree London, is that the hot drinks do not come hot -the coffee here is very average, would have expected nicer coffee and the drinks come too early therefore its finished by the time our desserts arrive.
However, the desserts are to die for. The macarons are the best. Very nice to sit outside on the terrace with your other half.
A favourite place for catching up with friends. The macarons are amazing and so are the many varieties of tea. The rest of the menu is a bit over priced and average so I usually stick to the patisserie section.

This has to be one of the most special places to eat. It is itself a tiny cafe in Covent Garden but it makes up in class what it lacks in size. The best macaroons you will ever have. The sandwiches were truly breathtakingly yum and my truffle omelette was at another level. Not to forget the excellent mix of formal sit down with the carnival sort of atmosphere at Covent Garden. I was pretty excited to visit the place which invented the macaron. Although, this place is not that cheap but macarons are just awesome with perfect texture, colour and taste resuming it’s original essence. Apart from macarons, the eclairs are quite good as well. They are not too sweet, stiff or soggy and are pretty delicious and also had gold specks. The location is perfect and the interior is also pretty gorgeous, the ambience is quite and I just love it. The service is also pretty friendly and polite. Had a wonderful time here. This place truly lives up to its name.
This place has very good service with impeccably attentive staff. The ambiance of the joint was very enjoyable. The food came beautifully presented and was delicious to the end. I had coffee with macaroons which were a delight! It is a bit expensive but well worth the money in my opinion.

I had seen some poor reviews about this place but I still went as I heard that they have the best hot chocolate. I am so glad that I went as the the hot chocolate was yum- Thick and creamy as promised. Also tried the the pistachio pastry which was also delicious. Service was polite and attentive. It is a wee bit on the expensive side, but I feel it is worth a shot.

We passed by this adorable bakery and had to come back for tea after our walk. I am a regular drinker of tea and love to accompany it with a pastry. The macaroons at Laduree are fantastic. We tried Chocolate, Raspberry, Coconut, Coffee, Lemon and Pistachio which were all exceptional. The service was very good and they allowed me to take a place mat with me as a souvenir. I can't wait to use it at my next tea party! Too bad I won't have their macaroons!

One of my favourite tea rooms in this city for it’s location. They have some very comfortable sofas one can sink into and enjoy an afternoon . It is done up in soothing pastel colours. These were the the finest and the best French macaroons I have ever tasted in London. I came her for a small bite after a long trip to the Apple Genius Bar. I ended up buying a set of seven macaroons and I must say that each bite drew me closer to heaven. I loved the salted caramel macaroon- you must, must, must try it! New York finally got the first restaurant of this chain two years ago. However, the waiting time at this place is around 45 minutes and it is known to be very expensive. I am yet to try a macaron from this famous place. When my partner and I were in London, we decided to try their famous confections.
I love meringue in all forms and I love macarons. I must admit Laduree's macarons are quite exceptional. Specifically, their pistachio macaron,which is stellar! don't usually like pistachio because the flavour comes off as artificial but Laduree's is excellent. Also loved the cassis macaron and the marshmallow filled ones. I'll definitely have to give in and splurge on a box once in a while.
They have some adorable cookie sandwiches which are going to cost a little bit over your budget but according to me you won't be getting anything like this , with this good quality in whole town so this place is worth a visit.

I absolutely loved the food here. The strawberry candy macaroon made me smile from ear to ear as it was very very delicious. The location of this restaurant is very convenient. We dined upstairs and the decor was brilliant. We had a few different flavoured macaroons and the coffee shake, both of which were yummy. The service was pleasant and quick. The prices are not cheap, but considering the food quality, it is good value for money.
We were seated on the terrace of this restaurant at dusk which is the a perfect time to enjoy the sunset and the place offers an excellent view of the street where you can see artists playing instruments and shoppers passing by.

Laduree is a world renown french patisserie, especially for their macaroons. This cafe is in the middle of Covent Garden and therefore a great spot to visit for some afternoon tea after a long day of shopping!
I would highly recommend the raspberry and salted caramel macaroons. They also offer a selection of teas to accompany the patisserie that you so desire.

Laduree is famous for it's macaroons for a reason. They are truly that good.
I had their hot chocolate too, but this definitely requires an acquired and maybe more refined taste. I'm generally used to it being sweet and liquid. The hot chocolate at Laduree was none of these things. It was an undrinkable thick highly viscous liquid which tasted like cocoa beans - before they added sweetener to make it what we know as chocolate.
If you leave that part out, I feel as though I can never have enough of their macaroons and end up dropping a decent amount on them because I keep ordering more. Two words: salted caramel.

Laduree is my go-to macaron stop, especially the one nestled in the beautiful Covent Garden, a location as magical as Laduree's macarons! Beautiful tiers of light and airy macarons bedeck the counters of Laduree in a prism of sweet, sugary colour! The air smells as light and sweet as the desserts, and you feel yourself pulled into a perfectly French and feminine Parisian wonderland.
I have to admit, I have never partaken in the lunch, but I have partaken too often in the sweets. I am partial to the floral variety, particularly the rose and orange blossom.
Definitely an indulgent treat, you have to experience the culinary artistry that is Laduree at least one!
I love love love coming here for afternoon tea or coffee. The place is magically decorated, very cosy, very warm. I particularly like coming here in the winter. I love taking a table at the balcony, so you can feel the Covent Garden atmosphere, while eating your favourite French pastry. There rose tea is a delight, it smells so perfectly nice, and it's relaxing a tastes good. I also love their macaroons, and their Plaisir Sucré, but really , everything is delicious. I never tried their savoury food however, but I hear it's good, although it can be a bit overpriced.

Went to Laduree whit a friend obsessed for Macaroons. I tried two of them, the Belgian chocolate and pistachio. Delicious! The place is fancy and elaborated. Even their take-away boxes are amazing.
Obviously, the price reflects the quality and the prestigious name. But apparently prices are lower than in Paris. In addition, Covent Garden helps to convey this decorative idea.

Laduree is set in the heart of London's famous tourist hotspot of Covent Garden. Sit on the balcony looking out on to the square or in the cosy traditional lounge upstairs, it's totally up to you!
I went for tea and macaroons to catch up with a couple friends. It was a little chilly so we decided to sit inside. Although the green sofas looked very comfortable, they were actually not deep enough for me. I'm a pretty average sized person and my friend felt the same way; I actually had to move to the chair because I was feeling a bit awkward!
Despite that little trouble, I had a great time and treated myself to their renowned and luxurious macarons. Caramel flavour is my favourite - I've got a bit of a sweet tooth! The English breakfast tea was great too; a perfect compliment to the macarons. Comes in a teapot which serves about 3 to 4 cups, however they don't allow you to share teapots.
Price for 2 macarons and a pot of tea is approximately £10 per person.
Though Laduree is famous for their macaroons and yes they are the best in the world ,but their breakfast is amazing too. The French Toast is just out if this world and so the French Omelette and yes Laduree is French so they gotta be good but it's really nice. The ambience is very good too. A must try. The presentation is also amazing.

I have tasted one of the best hot chocolates in town. Temperature was perfect! Usually restaurants tend to think that hot chocolate means burning its clients tongue. Not the case here. Tasteful. The macarons are a must try. Will be back to have a proper meal.
I love Laduree so much, i never like macaroons in my life but after i tasted laduree macaroons, i love macaroons and maybe only laduree macaroons that i like!

They do the most delicious macaroons I have ever tasted anywhere int he world. Delicately flavoured macaroon shells held together by an equally delicate filling, each bite is like biting into a bit of heaven.
A plate of macaroons, a pot of hot tea (without sugar) and a seat at their outdoor table on a clear day is sheer bliss for me.

I cannot rave enough about Laduree. If there was a group called "Laduree fanatic," I could easily be a part of it. Or perhaps I could start a cult.
There are 4 Laduree stores in London. The people of 2 of them now know me by face. They always give me an extremely amicable smile, but I'm sure they're thinking "Good good, she's here. Our sales for today will easily increase by £50." The Covent Garden outlet is my personal favourite though.
Laduree is known for its Macarons, but one must definitely try their pastries too. I absolutely love the praline millefeuille and it is one of the most popular pastries, which makes it get sold out pretty soon. So, in order to ensure you don't miss out on it, call them in advance. They'll put one on the side for you.
And if you don't get the opportunity to try the Millefeuiile, try the succès praliné. It is a good substitute. The Ispahan is pretty good too, although I personally thought it was a bit too sweet for my tastebuds.
Next up: Macarons. Vaniila, Chocolate, Coffee, Chocolate coffee, Salted Caramel, Raspberry the list goes on. Each of the flavours are a mouthgasm and the macarons are so perfectly baked. It's a sheer pleasure for the eyes and for the taste buds. Their gift boxes are so pretty, I have a collection of these!
They also sell other goods such as Jams, Spreads, Teas and Bags which are fairly decent. All this, tied up with a Parisien themed cafe will ensure you are transported to Paris. It will burn a hole in your pocket, but it will surely be worth it.

Like stepping into Paris but in Central London! Ideal for afternoon tea or an indulgent lunch. Macaroons to die for! So elegant and in the hub of Covent Garden piazza. Great for people watching on a sunny day.
This quaint French Patisserie is an absolute must for anybody who takes their dessert seriously. Welcomed by the exquisite macaroon towers, taking the stairs up you are transported in time to a beautiful French Tea Room complete with pastel walls and luxurious antique furniture. The desserts themselves are to die for. Whether you have the fresh Raspberry Ispahan or the indulgent Carre Chocolat, you will not be disappointed. Not to mention the trademark Macaroons are by far the best you will get in London. The Caramel Macaroon in particular is not to be missed. The service is in sync with the high quality of the dessert and leaves you with nothing to complain about. Laduree isn't just a really good Patisserie, it's an experience!
I recommend it to be a pit stop marked in your calendar if you are visiting London. It is able to combine classic French service with one of the best variety of macaroons you'll ever come across.
The ambience mirrors itself to be that of a 'Luxury French tea shop' with its pastel colours and fresh fruit deserts.
This pudding parlour has towers of delicious macaroons placed in its window displays. Hard to miss that one out!
Summertime they have an array of Macaroon sorbets like coconut and strawberry, which are the highlight of summer to me! Whilst in the winter the warm chocolate, vanilla and pistachio will keep your sweet tooth busy!
Had a great experience here when I visited London many years ago. They have a terrace seating that gives a decent view of the market square. A bit pricey but their macarons and hot chocolate were great!
Delightful patisserie and sweets, great selection of cocktails and teas/coffees. The price point is a bit off in my opinion as it’s a west end terrace cafe with Mayfair prices.
Ok so it's a bit 'postureo' as the Spanish say (look at me, I'm having Ladurée) and you may be beset by buskers or trampled by a stampede of holiday weekend tourists, but this is Covent Garden, what do you expect. If you fancy an expensive macaroon and an overpriced cuppa then this place has great service and great people watching and it's in the centre of the known world. For a really amazing macaron though (like blow your mind good), I would recommend Pierre Hermé (about 400m NW off seven dials) - no tea service / people watching though.
We went to Covent Garden last week and visited Laduree. They offer the options of either traditional tearoom seating or the outside seating for customers who like the al fresco dining . We have chosen a tearoom seating upstairs which was quaint and has a cosy ambience. The French desserts were lovely and looked classy. Although pricey, it was worth the experience. It was an indulgence for us.
Excellent spot for macarons and tea. Expect to queue for 20/30 minutes .
It would be rude to go London and not visit Ladurée, the seating outside had a 20 mins wait so instead we got a take out. The flavours are amazing and the macrons are so soft and delicious, I took some in a gift box too, the chocolate hazelnut slice is divine!!
Have been there twice (last time in May this year) - once I bought for take away and we sat as well. Best French macarons - my favourite flavours are chocolate and raspberry. Cakes are tasty too, service is good as well.
Nice place to sit and watch daily shows. Hard to find place in restaurant need to wait bit to sit in.
Since I love ladurée so much, I used to come and visit this branch quite often. Today, especially I was so amazed and impressed by the staff’s service. There was mistake on my receipt, so I needed to go back to the shop to correct it. The staff there were so lovely, tried to help me, appologised for the mistake properly and even offered little treatment (a macaron‼️❤️) as a good will gesture. Very unexpected but very pleasant. They were successfully turned my disappointment to even bigger pleasure. Fantastic❤️
I came to the shop not that long ago and the young lady who served me was amazing. Her customer service skills as well as her aura were the best. She had great energy and she recommended me great stuff. Her name is Malak. Because of her, I will be coming back soon.
Staff were so helpful, we had come from the Chelsea flower show and had brought way too many plants, they created space near their server to accommodate our plants! Could not fault the food it was superb, the desserts were so tasty!! Would recommend!
