A fantastic place. I was a bit thirsty while waking around the city and I strolled by this place with beers and other drunks on tap--and that caught my eye. Great IPA, superb & helpful bar staff (Alfie) and a menu and owner/founder who was willing to spend time chatting and explaining the place, history, concept and plans for tjis great bar/restaurant.

Excellent place right in the heart of London. Although the offering is smaller than the one in the City, the all-duck menu makes up for it and the price is not too steep. Definitely recommend it for a leisurely lunch or dinner!

Popped in as passing. As intrigued by name. So pleased we did. Staff friendly and seated us at bar to wait for a table. Lager no name just local was nice a refreshing. Quickly got seated. Not a big menu but everything sounded good and smells coming from kitchen were really good. We both chose the Duck burger after much mind changing by me, and rosemary chips. Food came quickly and hot. It was amazing. Such a relaxed space, and staff on hand when you need them. Burger so large could try sweet so that is a good excuse to go back especially for the Elvis waffle.

Great to have a centrally located branch. Got a reservation the day before. Friendly welcome at the door. Efficient service. Main - duck & waffles of course - arrived within 10 mins of ordering and was spot on. Great pretheatre dinner option.

Friendly staff, a nice location and excellent food. Who could ask for anything more. The prices are fair as well and if you can't go for the Duck and Waffle at Bishopsgate this will not disappoint.

Just had a gorgeous brunch in unique and really relaxing surroundings. A great concept for food at any time of the day. Loved it!

Such an amazing place to eat! This isn't your everyday pub/bar in London. It is a wonderfully warm environment with savory menu items that, I would say, come dangerously close to American soil food. It's as close as the British get! Loved the atmosphere and the service. All around a "must see" spot to have lunch and then stroll down regent for some prime shopping. Enjoy!

It's so dope having a 'local' version of this branch. The food is great and definitely up to par with what is served in the Heron Tower branch with discount prices. The Duck and Waffle (£14) is a classic and tasted great, I find the duck fat fries abit too fatty, otherwise all dishes cooked GREAT. Service was fast (which was great) and the restaurant was very pretty inside. Definitely a restaurant to bring a date or dine in with friends after work.

I highly recommend this place! Haven’t been to the other store ( not local) with a view but this place is good enough The atmosphere of the place is so nice and the staffs were hard working and very friendly If you love duck or waffles ( or both ) you should definitely come here !! The duck is super crispy and very tasty. It was really well cooked. And the waffle is amazing as well. I don’t really prefer soft waffles, but the waffles here were crispy on the outside and soft inside till I finished the whole thing !! Very well cooked I added mushrooms for the side which was a very good choice + The Japanese tea and the scotch egg were good as well :) I am definitely going to come here again Thank you for the delicious food & service !

It was our second visit in duck and waffle. Nice atmosphere and spacious. Menu is constantly changing but keeps up the standards. Service swift and pleasant. Bit noisy especially if you're sitting in one of the big tables and you share. Prices are OK given the location. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I visited it when it busted opened in 2017 and revisited after one year. It is in a great location and very approachable. The menu has adjusted but still feature the signature duck and waffle. The bar has not only craft beer but also cocktail from tap. Services is quick, staff are friend and could speak many European languages. Price is good considering is right in the heart of London also not as dear as the original Duck and Waffle.

Much more affordable sister of the original restaurant which I've been to a couple of times. More of a casual dining style, the menu is all duck dishes, some vegetable and salad sides and then waffle (cold cone or hot flat) sundaes for dessert. Some cocktails on tap. Food was delicious, who knew that I would enjoy duck gizzards!?! But the duck necks I was not so keen on. Rather odd set-up when it comes to ordering. You order at the counter and are then seated, everything after that (including paying) is by waiter. Had a great time and would definitely go again!!

We were supposed to goto the original restaurant, but our uber got confused and took us to this place. By the time we found out it was too late and he was long gone. Fortunately we learned that this is actually a sister restaurant with pretty much all the same stuff. So we sat down and ordered all the must haves. We got the duck and waffle with an egg, noodle salad, foie gras creme brulee and fries. Everything was very good and the best part, no wait or lines!! So if you want to try their food and don't want to deal with reservations or a long wait, come check out this location. You will thank yourself for doing it!! 😁

Great service and great food but was slightly lacking in some dishes. We had the deep fried bao (buns) which was a new one for me and the change in texture is an interesting one which really added to the dish. We also had the duck wings which were not lacking in size or flavour at all. For mains we had the burger and schnitzel after being recommended that over the steak. I think that schnitzel is a hard dish to get right and this time wasn't one of them. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing and the accompaniments were the best part of that dish. The burger was a mostly standard affair as well, good but not amazing. I guess stick with their signature duck and waffle dish instead. We finished with the fudge & brownie waffles and the 'cheesecake' which tasted good but the menu does not mention that soft cheesecake means deconstructed too. The brownie waffles were the favourite here.

Great if you’re going to watch a musical since it’s really close to many theatres around Piccadilly Circus. The food was pretty good—we had the duck and waffle, mac&cheese and a chicken. The duck and waffle and chicken were good, but the mac and cheese was very one-dimensional. Portions were kinda small-ish so this is the usual kinda-pricey-ish London restaurant I guess. Still a good place if you’re watching a musical nearby.

This restaurant has a cool theme and is in a good location. The place looks very cool. Concerning eating here, the group I was with seemed to be happy, but the food was good, maybe great, but not excellent. It depends on the menu item. The service was good, the waitresses were helpful. They seemed to do well with us being semi-clueless tourists. I recommend eating here if you're looking for something that's not ridiculously expensive but is still good. It's probably worth checking it out at least once.
