The chicken was absolutely delicious! We got the lemon & Herb in a meal deal type thing and got 4 different sides. Fed our entire group for a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly enough, although they did forget one of our later additions and two of then shared a quick kiss and flirting behind the counter, a little bit awkward but it was clean and the food was great.
Loved it! Will definitely be back!

I am a fan of Nandos. I tried this branch while on a vacation.
Waiting time is around 15-20 min. You place your order at the counter and they serve it to u.
We tried the chicken wrap with 2 sides and a chicken platter with breast and tights pieces. The chicken seasoned, marinated and perfectly cooked. You have hot sauces which you can try as well. The peri peri fries are delicious.
Prices are average.
Overall, for chicken lovers. Recommended!
From it's very unusual interior, Nando's offers grilled chicken of your preferred spiciness. Not like in abudhabi, you have to place your order in counter and they will served it to you. Plates, condiments, and drinks were self-sevice as well. Food quality levels to the quality of all other Nando's branch. We has a great time dining in this branch.
Nando's is always a great place to eat some chicken! :) The decor is very nice and the staff is very kind! This a great place If you want cheap place to eat but with tasty food!

Nando's food is glorified fast food, which sometimes really hits the spot. I am obsessed with spice and always enjoy my Nando's chicken (whether it's in the burger, pitta or the wrap) extra hot with peri-peri fries on the side and a medium spicy corn on the cob.
The location of this Nando's is convenient to find and has plenty of space to sit. The decor is the traditional Nando's style and always brings back memories of my trip to South Africa.
My only critique would be that I feel it is a little over price for what it is. Although saying that, I do frequent the Nando's chain frequently when I crave a simple but spicy meal, and thus this is not a very strong critique.
Can't give Nando's anything but a 5! The one on Gloucester Road is my favourite. Never a queue, good seating and speedy service. Added bonus that it's in one of the most beautiful parts of the city! Bit surprised they're now serving beef though. I stick to the chicken every time I go here. Mango & Lime with some garlic sauce is simply divine! I'm a bit greedy so I have 3 sides - the peri peri chips, creamy mash and Halloumi cheese. Always ask for a bit of extra peri peri salt, cheese is gooey and delicious and the creamy mash is what my dreams are made of! Coming to think of it, I may just go there for the mash as it's that good!
Very tasty chicken alternative to standard fast-food fare.
One can get it mild (if you’re not one for spice) but I went for hot and it didn’t disappoint.
Very flavorful flame broiled chicken seasoned to perfection.
Get the boneless thighs as they have much more flavor than the breast.
The rainbow slaw was good and the spicy rice was fantastic.
I had the 4 boneless chicken breasts with a BBQ sauce, and it was delicious. The fries are pretty good as well. I'm not used to having to go get your own cutlery, and there weren't enough knives, but other than that, it was a great experience. The person who welcomed us was really nice and it wasn't too noisy 😁
Tried this concept before while in Namibia. This visit did not disappoint. The food was well prepared and the flavors were on point. Will definitely will go back and recommend to anyone looking for something tasty.
love it so much. chicken was perfection. good size portion, juicy and tender, the flavour was great. truly enjoy the meal. we tried the new bbq garlic sauce! highly recommend.
sides were alright for us. broccoli are slightly over cooked but hubby didn’t mind them.
bravo to their walkie talkie systems to get people tables! love it. brilliant communication. and our servers upstairs were really friendly and very good at their jobs.
Came here for dinner one night, our first experience with Nando’s. I loved the grilled chicken aroma in the restaurant, the spices smelled really good! The meals with two sides were reasonably priced. Will come back again!
Found busier and noiser than some of the other restaurants downtown. Regardless we only waited for 5 minutes and we were seated. Food arrived quickly and it was great. Staff was very friendly.
Tiziana was able to accommodate us and assisted us very well. We made a good decision to dine in, quick service and friendly staff overall If you are hungry after visiting at the Natural History museum this place is highly recommended.
Can't go wrong with nandos. Cleanliness and service was a slight issue this time but food was on point. The manager at this branch is great but the staff can be a bit difficult to deal with.

Food was nice and server Abs was very pleasant and attentive to our group. The water machine was broken but was made up for as he quickly resolved the issue, bringing us water with no fuss and a kind spirited attitude.

Came here for lunch during the week, it was pretty busy on the first floor so we were told to sit upstairs which was mostly empty. We were sat right away and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and attentive. Our food came out pretty quickly and everything was cooked perfectly! The restaurant and restrooms were so clean here (when the restrooms are clean you know the kitchen is too). So happy I got my Nando's after three long years!
We stayed in a hotel nearby recently, and while we never got seating right away, we did order take out three times. The food was delicious, staff welcoming us was great (Abdi). Definitely recommend reserving and the food at this restaurant..
I accidentally left my bag on the table thankfully Brigitta kept it for me safely. Also the customer service delivered by both Brigitta and Anu was amazing everyone was really friendly. Francesca was really patient taking our order as my friend had a stammer. Overall great experience and yummy food! 🙂

There is also Nando’s in the US but not in New York, so we never had a chance to try. My friend who is really into their hot sauce sent us 3 bottles last year and we really want to know how good their chicken is with signature sauces.
The options on the menu weren’t various and we had their Full Platter which included whole chicken & 4 sides. The chicken was decent and flavorful but still kind of dry for us. Our favorite sides were the garlic bread which was toasted perfectly and the satisfying corn.
The environment of Nando’s is bright, clean and cozier compared to other fast food branches in our opinions. We also love how they set up the self-serving bar for the sauces.
