Without doubt my favourite restaurant in London, bar none. Fantastic friendly atmosphere, helpful and knowledgeable staff and Italian food to die for. I've always had a great time here and never had cause to complain. Would recommend La Famiglia in a heartbeat.
Loved this restaurant. We were squeezed in at the last minute even though the place was absolutely heaving with diners. The atmosphere was very lively and considering how busy it was the food was not only of a good quality, their was great choice on the menu and it arrived quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly. Glad we found another great Italian in London
Went for a mine and friends belated birthday the food was delicious service was great and the staff were very attentive and knowledgable. Would recommend it. Can’t wait to go again. Thank you
I came here on recommendation and was not disappointed. This is more Italian than Italy, totally buzzing, fantastic atmosphere, friendly waiters. The dessert trolley was amazing , full of mouth watering puddings, the Almond Soufflé was out of this world. I would call it a neighbourhood restaurant at the end of Kings Road , far better than some famous restaurants with celebrity chefs. It's also a people watching place and there was a well known celebrity eating there when we visited. Can't wait to revisit.
Great atmosphere. Fantastic staff . Perfect food . Brilliant wine list . Be sure to be seated in garden area with its automated roof .
Wonderful wonderful place - feels like you are dining in Capri! Old charm Italian at its bwst!

Fantastic family run classic Italian home food. Wonderful atmosphere. We loved it and will definitely be back.
Gluten free bread and pasta available, and my bread was fresh, warm straight from the oven. Delicious!
Amazing italian place in chelsea! Very authentic.
The best in London! Amazing authentic Sicilian food, great atmosphere, and service. Been going to La Fam since 2001
It's my favourite restaurant in London. Food, staff, location - everything is wonderful
Great food and friendly staff, really authentic Italian
I love La Familiga and I have been a frequent visitor to its tables for the past 25 years. It was our local restaraunt when my wife and I started dating, it is now the place we take our teenage boys when we come to visit for the weekend. The waiters faces get more wrinkled over time as has mine, but their smile and warm welcome remains the same. The menu hasn't changed in all the time I've been going and nor should it - if it ain't broke as they say. A wonderful place it's home.
Fabulous genuine Italian restaurant with an amazing atmosphere
Without comparison, hands down the best place in town!!! Parpedelle Chingiale - you'll think you died and went to heaven!!!
Top #3 italian restaurants in London.
Amazing atmosphere, true italian ambiance and delicious and fresh food.
The Service is trully italian, as it is the food.
Must tries: burrata, so smooth and fresh; fried zucchini flower, lovely Tasty. Mix both for top flavor; fidelini al pomodoro, fine spaghetti with true and delicious tomato sauce; and finally the picci alla carbonara, made with perfection: eggs, parmesan and bacon.
So simple, yet so good!
Very nice restaurant with a lovely terrace in the heart of Chelsea.
We ordered the truffle pasta which was good, although a bit too oily.
Otherwise, everything was good. The ice cream desserts were delicious.
A good place to chill out with your friends or family!

My favourite restaurant in the world. I go here almost twice a month. The atmosphere is warm and romantic. The staff are all so friendly. The vibe in the place is unbeatable. Amazing food. Fresh fish and great wine.
La Famiglia in located the World’s End part of Chelsea. They offer quite an extensive menu that includes a seasonal selection of dishes. A food menu that is longer than average is something that would normally make me question the quality and freshness of ingredients, but I have never been disappointed La Famiglia. Good wine list.
Good food, great service and definitely worth adding into your dining calendar!
Started off with olive oil and bread, carpaccio, and burratta. All were good, but the olive oil was incredible!
The locely owner of the place overheard me saying that i loved the oil and actually gave me a bottle on the house!
We then dug into the mains of black truffle egg noodles, and broccoli fussili, we split half the dishes woth each other and we enjoyed both of them.
Then came the desert trolly, we got the famous almond sufle and the melfille. Out of this world!
Total bill was £110 including tip.
Try this place!
Stay hungry my friends!
“If you cook well, then you are cooking like mamma used to cook. But if you cook really well, then you’re cooking like grandma used to cook!”. Alvaro Maccioni, Owner of La Famiglia –. It’s about time I wrote a review of my favourite Italian restaurant in London. If you’ve yet to visit, you’ve got to add this to your bucket list. La Famiglia, as the name suggests, is a family run restaurant offering the classics one would expect from any Italian household. What I love about this place is that I somehow feel as though I’ve landed in Tuscany almost instantaneously. Located at the end of Kings Road, this unsuspecting gem of a place is by far, the best Italian restaurant in London.
Have been coming here for years. Still great atmosphere, relaxed and friendly. The service is fantastic, food excellent, well presented and generous sized portions.
Worth every penny. Had a great evening celebrating with the Family.
La Famiglia, I believe, is a family run restaurant just off the Kings Road and has quite a local following. I for one have been oblivious to the existence of this place (after all, entering this part of town normally brings me out in some sort of rash) bu
A very pleasant Italian restaurant , located conveniently in a perfect peaceful location off Kings Road , food is great , in fact real genuine authentic Italian , like home made stuff .
Perfect , the menu is great and the staff and the service is more than I expected , friendly and so accommodating .
I certainly recommend it .
👏👏👍👍
Such a wonderful vibe and great team work. Really makes a difference, this place truly is special and worth every penny. The food was second to none and they also cater for gluten free which is always a win! Can’t wait to return to try more dishes!
La Famiglia is as the name states a family style Italian restaurant in the heart of central London. We were greeted with smiles and welcomes when we arrived and we’re seated at our tables. The food was great, authentic and tasty! The tiramisu was fantastic! Service levels were great and staff were attentive and polite. As expected it’s quite pricy, but worth it for location and quality of food and service.
Family run, very authentic Italian restaurant. Great value for money, will be going back for sure!
My absolute favourite place when I lived London. Absolutely loved coming back when I was in town this evening. Delicious food, fantastic service.
Went here for dinner on a Friday night. I’ve been here in the summer as well and the outdoor seating is truly spectacular! A true Italian al fresco experience. The food is just to die for - really one of my favourite Italian restaurants in London. It’s tucked away without the flash and instagram hype of other places. 10/10
Atmosphere, ambience, service and especially the food was excellent.
There is a warmness about this place that appeals to all demographics. From a date night to a family dinner to a business meeting its just a perfect place in an unassuming street where the only thing you have to worry about is your company and your conversation. Everything else is taken care of. Loved it!!
Very good food. I had the risotto frutti di mare and it was fantastic. Dishes were abundant. Very good desserts. Service was good too. Prices around £30 per person without wine. Book a table before going since it’s always crowded (it can be noisy as most italian places). Family environment.
Friendly old-school Italian restaurant with a beautiful garden dining area at the back. The menu is of traditional Italian dishes very well executed, the wine list included many decent bottles that won’t break the bank, and some that might. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area
This upmarket Italian has been here for decades and has managed to keep prices steady despite troubling times. We had an excellent Seafood Pasta and a very generous Roast Rabbit dish. Our ice cream portions were gigantic and delicious. About £50 p.h. with a glass of wine each and coffee.
We always come back to this place when we’re craving authentic Italian food. Freshest ingredients and best tuna carpaccio in town! Atmosphere lively but also very special. Fabulous for a catch up or celebration.
Good food but no "dolce vita"
Italian, family run restaurant. Food is very good and portions are generous. Rich choice of original Italian starters and mains. Not a "britalian" this 'n' that restaurant.
All good? Unfortunately not. You been pushed through the meal, dishes arriving in Warp 4 speed and service is professionally friendly but short worded.
Sorry La Famiglias, for high end Italian dinning you need to deliver more hospitality and patience.
Wonderful restaurant. Tasty food, amazing service, warm atmosphere. We had baby in pram and all staff were very helpful. Will be coming again!
