Was in London visiting my sister and her boyfriend and they took us there for lunch. The atmosphere and staff were great and Sunday roast is amazing. I also tried a bit of fish and chips which my husband ordered and the batter was really good. I didn't think I had room for dessert as the portions are very generous but when I saw what was on offer I had to try the apple crumble which didn't disappoint! Great homely comfort food. If I lived in London I would become a regular.
A great pub with food. The building and decor is a bit special, quirky and unspoilt. Staff are welcoming and professional. I have been coming most weeks for 6 months and never had a bad experience.
By far the best pub meal I have had in london since I have been here in the 7months. Staff were friendly also& great atmosphere.

I went to the The Queen Adelaide for the first time for a Sunday lunch. My first impression was good as the place is spacious and cozy. We were given personal attention when we arrived and shown to our table without any fuss at all. The manager was friendly and accommodating and reassured us that we'll be looked after, and looked after we were. The waitress was wonderful and looked after the lot of us so kindly. She took care of all of our needs without any problems what so ever. The portions were big and the food was very very tasty indeed. They made room for more friends as well and the deserts we had were above standard. It was casual, calm, cool and well WORTH IT!!! I'll definitely be returning. Keep up the great work and keep those pleasurable standards you lot. Very impressed, when so many other places fall short of great customer care. WELL DONE!

Really lively pub! Had fun playing pool! Quite loud inside on a Friday but outside is nice and quaint. Everyone was very friendly from staff and patrons!

Super friendly staff, and we had an amazing feed at this pub. The beers on tap were awesome as well. Being tourists, we tried another pub down the road, but it paled in comparison. So we returned to what we knew best, and had another fantastic experience. Happily call this place our local whilst in town :)
Well located pub, can't judge the food as I didn't have any but there was almost a fight while we were there which I'm marking it down on atmosphere for. That being said I think this was an anomaly. But it was still quite quiet for a Sunday lunchtime.

Nice little pub. Music was a bit too loud but the weather is good and there is a nice outside sitting area.

We've twice been with our 9 month twins just as the pub opens and found it a wonderful place. Jay was single handed on our first day, serving as bartender, cook and cleaner, as well as our baby food microwave attendant! He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meal and time there, as did our children. Good baby changing facilities too.

Sunday roast at the Adelaide pub was perfect! The roast beef dinner was flavoursome and very filling i highly recommend visiting and the staff were super friendly!

Such a nice local pub. Solid beer selection, staff and management are always very nice. Food is very good too, and prices are very moderate as well, considering the market overall. I really like it in here.
My family and I visited this charming pub twice while on holiday in the UK and always had a wonderful experience. The staff was always friendly, welcoming and attentive to our requests. The food was delicious and served hot. We chatted with the chef who welcomed our questions and advised us on the various sauces that accompanied our menu choices. Our family was particularly fond of the great gourmet burgers and my husband enjoyed tasting a good variety of the local brews (Henry the gaffer/bartender was very accommodating). All in all, a great intro to the British pub scene. Highly recommend for good food, drink and a fun night out!

Just went with our team for lunch. One guy serving at the pub but he is great! Got all the drinks served then proceeded to cook and serve some knockout food which left us ll smiling so super impressed! Will definitely be going back soon. Highly recommend great little pub with lovely staff and nice atmosphere. Only recommendation is they good do with a pool table! But that's just me missing more pool tables in pubs! :P
