Just had a great experience at the Five Guys Portobello! The burgers and fries were top-notch and the staff were super friendly. The place was clean and the atmosphere was chill. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area. Five stars all the way!

We arrived 20 minutes before they closed during Christmas day so theres was quiet the queue but we received our food fast. We want to give our thanks to their manager Daniel and his amazing customer services, he helped us order and gave us some recommendations for our next visit. By far the best Five Guys.
Five Guys is not just another fast food chain selling burgers, it's the perfect restaurant to eat a burger with the toppings that you like. Friendly staff, fast service and the place was very clean (including the toilet). Naturally it's not a cheap place, the price is higher than a other chains because the meat quality and the service are higher. Unfortunately there are only few tables to seat and we had to wait.

I just had a wonderful little cheese burger with my 5 year old daughter and she had a Oreo milkshake and loved it. The service was very good and quick and the man at the till had a nice mustache.

Excellent and very friendly staff and the manager offered me a milkshake as I had never tried it before and on top of that they brought my food to the table. I will certainly return to this branch as I had an amazing experience today.

The food is good, however what impressed us was the professionalism of the service. I was with my wife and little daughter and the personnel was extremely on every needs we had even before asking for them, like high chair, cleaning baby changer before our use, table and seats, etc.. many thanks for taking care of us.
