Perfection! The food is beautifully presented, and the flavours are so intense and well-balanced even with the simplest freshest local ingredients. I can not recommend specific dishes because it's omakase style, but you should trust the chef fully. The chef is very talented. You will be contacted in advance to state your dietary restrictions. They respect your preferences, and they are very careful to serve the right dishes to you. I asked for a pescaterian option. The chef adjusted the menu accordingly. We loved the experience. Highly recommended!

Great experience, Charlie is really friendly and would chat with you and get to know you. However, chefs could be more generous with the mains. Simple dishes with fresh produce. This is a kitchen with no front of house, the chef wasn’t clear who wasn’t served which snacks. I came as a solo diner, and was paired up with another lady. Besides that, the order of my snacks was mixed up and because I wasn’t served by just a server my water was mixed up. Still a good experience overall! 3 star for the sommelier because it’s the best non-alcoholic pairing I’ve had.

Outpost of L’Elcum from Lake District. I would say it is as good as the original one. All dishes are umami based. Layer upon layers of flavors. Only complaint: the restaurant could be more spacious and luxurious. I guess they are going conservative as London is always expensive.

For me, this place was great. I love the concept. The many dishes were well explained. As another reviewer has said (and had issue with, for some reason), you're not always served by the same person... because there are no servers - you're served by the chefs themselves. Being sat at the table is great - you're watching finishing cook and plating up in detail. There are three chefs lead (in our case) by a very friendly and charismatic 'Charlie', the head chef. They all do their bit, cook and serve. Charlie (II), the Sommelier was enthusiastic and knowledgeable (as he should be in a place like this). Food price was very reasonable. Every dish was cooked perfectly - only one didn't quite balance for me, but could be my taste but other than that I enjoyed every one and hearing first hand in detail from the head chef what detail had gone into it improved it. You should go (if you can get a seat!)

An interesting experience, you witnessed the whole process on how the chefs transform food from farm to table, you can also interact with them- very friendly, attentive and quite chatty. I like most dishes, my favourite is the fish course, so flavourful. I must say that it’s very difficult to book. Recommend to give it a try - if you love experimental concept.

AMAZING -Michelin star worthy. 8 diners, two chefs (Charley & Nico) & the wine hostess...BOOK well ahead for this intimate chef's table experience of a 15 course taster menu at £125.00. Part of a small group of restaurants holding a Michelin star.

There was so much to love about dining here, and the first thing I’d like to mention is the service. I can’t even describe it as service because it really felt like friends hosting an intimate dinner for 12. There was zero pretentiousness, our glasses were consistently topped up, and there was a genuine excitement about the food being served. I haven’t had this much fun at a 16-course tasting menu ever. I loved popping in early before dinner for a drink, they have an elegant lounge set up for that purpose, and you enjoy the first 5 courses in that area. These “snacks” as they were called, were some of the best courses of the whole meal. Book in advance. Way, way in advance. If nothing is available, sign up for the waitlist, they do actually call if there’s a spot.

An amazing dining experience that I would highly recommend to everyone. The setting is perfectly suited, keeping it cozy and intimate, with no more than eight other diners and two chefs. The food is outstanding, each dish served is a minefield of flavours in the mouth, accompanied by specially designated wines. The food is prepared in front of you with the chefs sharing the origins and the thought process of the dishes whilst giving you the sommelier treatment. At the same time they keep the music going, the dishes clean and the atmosphere friendly and relaxed. We will definitely be returning.

A great experience! You get to see the dishes made in front of you ans talk to the chefs about how it all came about. The food is delicious and the wine pairings were very good too. Highly recommended for a foodie experience!
